Week 9 [09.12 – 15.12.2019] - A weekend trip to Israel

Friday

I flew to Tel Aviv with my 4 colleagues, with the Ryanair airline. Passport control was waiting for us, three people passed quite quickly, while two of my colleagues were sent back to special services for a more detailed conversation, lasting about half an hour. If someone has a stamp in a passport from Arabic countries, then they have a longer conversation, it was not the case with us. During their inspection, I rented a car. Driving a car around Israel is more difficult than in Poland, they don't always turn on indicator lights and drive quite chaotically. After arriving to the  accommodation place at 11 pm we quickly ate dinner and politely went to sleep.

Saturday

Around 9 am we went to Haifa to visit the Baha'i Gardens. It took us two hours to get there. Unfortunately, we saw only a small part of the gardens and a sea view - because of the Sabbath the rest was closed. Then we went to Nazareth because it is quite close. There we visited the Basilica of the Annunciation in Nazareth. Around 5 pm we went to Tel Aviv for an overnight stay. There we took a quick bath in the Mediterranean Sea (it was already dark). Then we had dinner on the roof of our hostel and drunk a little bit of Jim Beam.

Sunday

At 7 am we checked out from the hostel and went to Jerusalem. The journey lasted about two hours. In Jerusalem, we visited the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. Waiting in line to enter the grave of Jesus took us three hours and an additional hour of standing to touch the rock - the place where the Cross stood. The next stage was visiting the "Mahane Yehuda Market" - this is a local market located outside of the old town with many types of various spices, fruit, food, etc. After dinner we returned to see The Western Wall, then we went on a further journey by car to the Dead Sea, to a town called Ein Bokek. There was a night in a tent waiting for us. We didn't have sleeping bags and we took only one foam pad and slept in three people there. The bottom was terribly hard and it wasn’t possible to sleep comfortably but it was a night to remember for the whole life.

Monday

At 4:45 we set off from Ein Bokek to Masada, where on a desert hill are located the remains of an ancient fortress. It took us about 40 minutes to climb to the top. We went early in the morning because we wanted to see the sunrise. Visiting the ruins took us about two hours and we went down by a special lift. Then we returned to Ein Bokek for a very expensive breakfast, which cost about 30 zlotys per person (for 3 sandwiches with bread and ham and a hideous green banana). After breakfast we swam in the Dead Sea, then had a moment of rest and returned to the airport.

Masada:

Dead Sea:

To sum up the expenses, the trip cost around 1,500 zlotys per person, including the plane tickets. A 1.5-liter bottle of water in Israel cost 10 zlotys, a set at McDonald’s from 45 to 60 zlotys and a street kebab 35 zlotys. But I recommend this country, because the views are really nice and swimming in the Dead Sea is a great experience.

Unfortunately, I've never been to Israel, but this is a place I've been planning to visit for a long time. I hope that next year I will be able to go there for a short trip.

For short trips the best are places where the journey does not last long, that is in Europe. Personally I love higher temperatures, so Italy, Spain and Portugal are perfect for me.

I only travel with my family and friends, I think this is the best option, because I like to share nice moments with my closest ones.

1. No, I have never been to Israel, but next summer I would like to go there or to Morocco. I think it's a great country. Although the people who inhabit it have always been present in history, so the state is quite young and new. Israel was establish just after the war. Unfortunately, Jews are surrounded by Arabs / Muslims and must conflict with them. As I'm interested in sport, I know clubs from Israel, such as Macabi Haifa or Macabi Tel-Aviv.

2. It depends what you like. I think Barcelona is a great place. Catalonia is quite a warm place, very beautiful. People living there have a lot of slack, life goes slower, you can admire the beautiful architecture and nature. You can visit beautiful towns like Girona. I think this is the right place for a short trip.

3. I love traveling with my friends because then I don't feel alone. In addition, I have a harmonious team that I always have fun with. Usually we try to go on trips together, we feel a bit like family. Everyone is responsible for everyone and we never get bored.

1. Unfortunately, I have never been to Israel, but I would like to visit this country one day. I know there is a conflict on the line Israel - Palestin. They accusse each other not to comply with the provisions set in 2012 in Oslo. Moreover Israel struggles with Arabic
countries.

2. Last time I was in Vienna for the weekend. In two days I visited most places worth seeing and I have to admit the city is beautiful. I bought airline tickets very cheaply two months before. The flight took only about one hour.

3. I prefer travelling with friends because you have someone to talk with. Moreover it's much funnier in group instead of alone and we don't get bored.

1. I've never been there and my knowledge about this country is rather poor but after seeing Your photos I'm going to put Israel as one of my prime targets for next trip.

2. I would recommend Edinburgh as it's farely close to Poland and a flight is really quick one. Besides it's a beautiful city with interesting buildings and history, The only con of it is a constant rain :D

3. I prefer traveling with my friends as then there is more ideas about which places to visit when we are at the destined country or city.
1. No. To be honest I don't know much. I know a little about history and architecture, but I've never had much interest in this country. Some of my friends have been there. From what I've heard, as you get closer to the historic sides, the prices get higher...

2. Portugal! I've spent 6 months there and I fell in love with this country. I lived in Lisbon, right in the old town, which is very beautiful. Little streets and restaurants at every corner create an amazing place to just wander around. The town is located near Cabo da Roca, which is the furthest west point of continental Europe. The view is incredible and a nearby town, Sintra, is a must-see. To sum up, I recommend a 3-5 day trip to Lisbon and be sure to take a train to see Sintra and Cabo da Rocka and also take a ferry to the other side of Tagus to see a view of Lisbon.

3. It depends. It's always nice to travel with buddies, however, sometimes it's problematic. Others want to see sides that don't interest me and the other way around. Even choosing a place to eat is tiresome. I went for the international exchange by myself and had a great time. I made friends quickly but I could still walk around freely and decide what to see. Although, if the people there wouldn't be this friendly my time there wouldn't be this great.

1. No, I haven’t been to Israel yet. I think it’s beautiful country, full of nice-looking places and remarkable monuments. Also the history of this country is very interesting and in fact due to israeli culture, cuisine and traditions, which ale totally different than ours, Israel seems to be really compelling.

2. For a such trip I can recommend you to visit the city called Santander, It is located in the northern part of Spain. It is very beautiful and full with interesting places but at the same time it’s rather small, so 2 or 3 days will be enough period of time to see the sights. Moreover northern Spain is completely different than the rest of the country, so It’s really worth visiting.

3. I prefer to travel with friends, it’s much more fun to travel with someone. Furthermore if you go abroad it’s important to have someone you can rely on, because you never know what will happen and I just feel safer to have someone with me during the long-distance travel.
1. Have you ever been in Israel? What do you know about this country?
I have never been in Isreal. I would like to visit it as I know just a little about it and I heard a lot.
2. Which place would you recommend for a short trip abroad?
I don't have an idea.
3. Do you prefer to travel with friends or by yourself? Why?
By myself as I can control every aspect of trip i want. It is easier and you can always meet new friends.

1. Have you ever been in Israel? What do you know about this country?
No, I haven't been to Israel yet. Of course I would like to go there, although now I would be glad to go at least somewhere.

2. Which place would you recommend for a short trip abroad?
Definitely Spain. I love traveling and have been to some European countries, but I liked Spain the most. My friend and I flew for three days in a small but very beautiful city of Seville. There are incredibly beautiful places that you can often see in different films. For example The Plaza de España has been used as a filming location in the Star Wars: Episode II – in which it featured in exterior shots of the City of Theed on the Planet Naboo and it also featured in the film The Dictator. Or The Alcazar of Seville which has been used as a filming location for the Water Gardens of Dorne, seat of House Martell in the Game of Thrones series. Everything is beautiful in Seville, trees with very juicy and sweet oranges grow on the streets, the most delicious wine and sangria, cheap tapas bars and seafood. All this cost me 200€ including food, 3 nights in a hostel and flights from Warsaw.

3. Do you prefer to travel with friends or by yourself? Why?
I prefer traveling with friends, but not a large company of up to 5 people. Although once I flew to Rome for 2 days alone and it was great, there are so many different breathtaking historical sights that these two days passed very quickly.

1. Have you ever been in Israel? What do you know about this country?
Yes, I have been to Israel a couple of years ago. Taking into consideration general knowledge, I must admit that I do not know that much about this country, but I know quite a lot about its history and political situation.

2. Which place would you recommend for a short trip abroad?
From the top of my head - Naples. Flight tickets are not that expensive, nor is an accomodation. It is definitely a worth-seeing city with an extraordinary soul. Besides that, I think I would recommend any place that is reasonably far away, reasonably priced and was not visited yet.

3. Do you prefer to travel with friends or by yourself? Why?
I definitely prefer travelling with friends than by myself. Travelling alone can be unbearable and simply mundane after a while. However, the number of co-travelling friends should not be too high. The optimal value is 3 or 4.

I think there are a lot of strong feelings about this country .I kinda simplified the issue but I think main problem is that Israelis are culturally more similar to europeans than arabians, which makes tension in that area.

I love Bilbao in Spain. Really great place to visit. Mountains around city that lies next to ocean's bay. There is a lot of beautiful architecture and a lot of things to visit, try and see.

I don't really mind but if i had to choose I would probably prefer going with friends. They are friends for a reason.
Very interesting travel blog :)

1. Yes, less than a month ago I was in Israel for 5 days with friends. I was in Tel-Aviv, Jerusalem, Masad National Park and Ein Bokek. I think Israel is an amazing country. A lot of nice people, beautiful architecture and social diversity.

2. I recommend smaller cities for a short (weekend) trip abroad. E.g. Bratislava or Vienna. 2 days are ideal for sightseeing. In contrast, Paris or Barcelona require more than 2 days.

3. I prefer traveling with friends because there is someone to talk to and exchange insights and important moments :)

1. Have you ever been in Israel? What do you know about this country?
No I haven't been to Israel. But I've heard about how that country fought for its independence. Also I know that there are a lot of ancient sights to see here.

2. Which place would you recommend for a short trip abroad?
I don't travel much, and haven't been at a lot of places, but from my recommendation short 3-4 days trip can be excellent if you go to Lviv, Ukraine or to Kraków on Poland. There are a lot of sights to see and lot of food to taste :D

3. Do you prefer to travel with friends or by yourself? Why?
I like to travel with friends, so that I'm not bored, because traveling and sightseeing is not interesting for me.
1. Have you ever been in Israel? What do you know about this country?
I've never been to Israel and never thought about traveling there. I generally don't like traveling, that's probably why. However, as far as the state itself is concerned, quite recently I watched a curiosity film that presented me with facts about Israel that I wouldn't expect in my life. If I remember correctly, it said that Israel has a very high level enterprise and has one of the largest concentrations of high technology companies. It's also a world leader in terms of segregating plastic bottles.

2. Which place would you recommend for a short trip abroad?
When it comes to a quick trip, I would definitely recommend neighboring countries, I was in Vilnius and Lviv personally, also for a very short time. As for the first option, tickets bought early enough are very cheap, the flight takes just over an hour, so it's perfect for a quick journey. The city itself is beautiful - the old city as a center of narrow streets, lots of cafes, but above all - churches. Vilnius has a lot of Polish heritage - Mickiewicz, Słowacki, Gate of Dawn, Dziady, etc. - and all the places associated with these Polish flavors can be found here.

3. Do you prefer to travel with friends or by yourself? Why?
Most often, if at all, I travel with friends. That's when they usually arrange tickets, book accommodation, meals, all places to visit, I only go as a tourist. Despite this, it's always better to travel with someone than alone, then there is someone to talk to, exchange insights or plan more places to visit.

1. Unfortunately, I have never been to Israel, but I would love to visit it. I know that it's a really interesting country with many worth visiting historical places.

2. I really like European cities like Prague, Budapest or Skopje. They're all really interesting and diverse - you can both see some famous places and monuments in central districts of the town and visit less popular places to see how people live and try their food. What I really recommend is travelling across the city with a bike - you can move quite fast and see everything around.

3. I prefer travelling with friends. It's always a good fun, you can also exchange your observations with someone else. Another advantage is that you can share expenses and split them into a couple of person.
1. Have you ever been in Israel? What do you know about this country?
I’ve never been there but would like to visit it someday. I know it’s a very diverse country with many historical sites, it’s also very popular place to visit, because of its religious meaning. Some of my friends and family members have been to Israel and they always recommend going there.

2. Which place would you recommend for a short trip abroad?
It depends on what that person is more interested in - the night life of a big city or spending time in a deserted area. Personally I would recommend visiting Vienna. It’s a beautiful city with many places to see, more modern and historical ones too. It has a magical vibe to it and every time I go there, I come across something new and I’m never bored. It’s also easy to get there either by car or train, since it’s not that far away.

3. Do you prefer to travel with friends or by yourself? Why?
I prefer to travel with my friends, it’s always more fun and interesting. I wouldn’t feel very comfortable travelling on my own, it’s also more dangerous. Furthermore friends make everything better and if there are more people, they can come up with more ideas about what to do. Sharing expenses is also easier if there is more than one person, because everyone will contribute to paying for accomodation and food.

1. I have never been to Israel. But I want to visit. I only know that this is not a cheap country.
2. The good thing is that in the 21st century you can get anywhere in a shorter time. And where to go on a weekend everyone chooses depending on their tastes and preferences. I would choose the neighboring countries and small towns with something interesting: maybe a waterfall, or a special fortress, or a special kind of extreme there.
3. With friends. This is more fun and in case of problems is easier to solve. I would go somewhere in the farthest corner myself only if I needed peace.

1. Have you ever been in Israel? What do you know about this country?
No, I haven't though I have a bit of jew blood within me. This country is definitely on my visit list.
2. Which place would you recommend for a short trip abroad?
It is highly subjective. Our planet is beautiful and diverse -- impossible to rank the places to visit by strictly "Worth visiting". For me personally, rat-infested dirty streets of New York are equally exciting as Swiss Alps or Tropical islands.
3. Do you prefer to travel with friends or by yourself? Why?
Either way has its pros and cons. Traveling alone means that only decide on where to go, what to do and what to buy. Traveling with somebody restricts you to the budget of them, tastes and each move is generally voted to worth going to or not. On the other hand, shared trips are way more memorable and it is just plain more convenient to travel with somebody.

Definitely to Amsterdam, it's a free land. go-enjoy-your-life.
3. Do you prefer to travel with friends or by yourself? Why?
Myself, not every friends will be the same idea as you have or neither you will be same with them, so if you wanna be get relaxed and chilled just get used to travel alone.

I have never been in Israel, but I would love to go there. I always prepare myself before going somewhere abroad and read about culture, principals, religion, politic and history of society which I plan to visit. In my opinion is very important and respectful to try to understand and get to know other cultures. This to totally different type of traveling, more aware and opening the worldview. I have never tried travelling alone, I don't feel confident enough to do it, but it is one of my plans in the future. For city break trips I can recommend Prague, Oslo, Copenhagen, Amsterdam, Rome, London, Budapest and many many others capitals in Europe.

1. Have you ever been in Israel? What do you know about this country?

I have never been to Israel but I would love to go there. The most modern country in the Middle East. The religious capital of the world. The holy place of three great monotheistic religions: Christianity, Judaism and Islam. A stay there provides very strong emotional and spiritual stimuli.

2. Which place would you recommend for a short trip abroad?

Paris. The capital of France, the capital of fashion, a city of lovers. These terms can be multiplied indefinitely. I have been, I highly recommend.

3. Do you prefer to travel with friends or by yourself? Why?

I definitely prefer traveling with someone, because such journeys make me much more happy and give me much more satisfaction.

1. I haven't been on Israel yet, but I will visit this country in the future. In my opinion it's really stunning country.

2. I think that Barcelona is worth a visit, because this sunny city has wide variety of tourist attractions. Moreover Barcelona offers you the contemporary art, sandy beaches and warn see. Moreover if you go there you can sample their local cousine - delicious food and sangria. I'm sure that everyone who have itchy feet will find there something for themselves. Personally, I was in Barcelona twice and I never get bored of themselves.

3. I prefer to travel with my girlfriend, because we understand each other without words. In addition we like spend time in similar way. For instance we always walk a lot, because we try to avoid public transport when we go abroad. In our opinion it's great oppourtunity to watch the world go by.
1. Have you ever been to Israel? What do you know about this country?
No, I've never been to Israel before. I know this is a very popular tourist destination. There are many monuments and tourist routes. However, I often hear that it is also a dangerous country and it is better to go there with a travel agency.
It's very warm there. You can admire cultural and religious diversity. We are always fascinated by otherness.

2. Which place would you recommend for a short trip abroad?
If I had to recommend a place, it would be Paris for a short trip abroad. It is a wonderful place. At night it is a real city of lovers. The shining Eiffel Tower gives a wonderful, romantic atmosphere. During the day you can admire many monuments that are relatively close to each other.

3. Do you prefer to travel with friends or by yourself? Why?
I prefer traveling with my boyfriend. I don't like traveling in too large groups. Much time is lost then for the organization, waiting, toilets. I would be a little sad myself. My boyfriend is a great guide. He has already visited almost all of Europe and part of Asia, so he has something to share with me and tell.
1. No and I don't think I want to go there. It sure is lovely country but this particular part of the world doesn't interest me at all.
2. Any big European capital is good for short trip. There is a lot of things to see in every one of them.
3. With friends. Traveling alone is weird for me and wouldn't be fun at all. It is much more interesting to share memories with someone.

I think any city in Europe would be good for it.
3. Do you prefer to travel with friends or by yourself? Why?
I've never traveled by myself actually, so I can't compare. The only thing I know that if you travel with somebody both of you need to compromise about some sort of things. And thats why I think it's worth to try to travel alone.

3. With friends definitely. It is always funnier while spending time with group of friends.

Thank you for a really interesting article(or trip raport)
1. No, I have never been to Israel.
To be honest, I don't know much about Israel. I have heard of the conflict with Palestine and the fact that they have very interesting cuisine.
2. Rome, It's a really interesting city. Definitely worth seeing.
3. I prefer to travel with my friends or a girlfriend. It's always better to do enjoyable things with good people. What is more - you never won't feel alone on such trip.
I have also heard that Barcelona is a beautiful city. I went to Madrid once and loved it there. Thank you for your answer and hint for the next trip.

You are right there is a conflict in Izareal, but during my visit I didn't feel it at all. I am definitely agree with you. Traveling with friends is fantastic. Thank you for the inspiration - a trip to Vienna could be a great thing.
I am glad that my photos encouraged you to visit this beautiful country. I will certainly go there again. Edinburgh - maybe someday I'll go there, but this rain can be a barrier.
You're right, a trip to Israel is not cheap, but the views, monuments and history of this country compensate for everything.
I was in Spain, I visited Madrid and loved it. I think Portugal would also delight me.

I was with my friends on a trip to Madrid and fell in love with this city. I will definitely want to visit this country again so maybe I could also visit Santander.
I think that if you are going on a journey with a real friend whom you know well and get along well, such a journey is really great. Traveling alone can be interesting, but a little sad because you have nobody to share your impressions with.
I noticed that Spain is definitely number one when it comes to travel suggestions. I agree with this and think that I will visit this country in the next year and would like to stay there for more than a few days.
Israel has a fascinating history and many interesting places to visit, which you probably also visited.
I visited Italy once, I visited Rome and I was delighted with this city and its monuments. I would love to visit this country again.
I am definitely agree with you, Israel is a fantastic country.
I was once in Prague on such a short trip and I was also pleased. Maybe next time I will go to Bartysława - thank you for the tip.

If you like traveling to various interesting places, I would definitely recommend you Israel.
I have never been to Ukraine, but I do not exclude the possibility that I someday take a trip there.
I have not heard such information about Israel but it is very interesting. I think that if you personally went there you would definitely like it too. I think you should convince yourself to explore the world if possible of course. It's really a great thing.
I recommend you to explore Israel for a short trip, you won't regret it.
I have already been to Prague, but I will gladly to visit Budapest and Skopje. It could be a great adventure.
Of course, you are right, I am also glad that we live in the 21st century and we have the opportunity to travel practically wherever we want.

I also think that every city has something to offer and something interesting to visit. It all depends on the point of view and attitude to travel.
France could be a fantastic adventure, But I think it would be great to take your beloved on such a journey.

I think that if you went to Israel you would definitely change your mind, This part of the world is really an interesting travel proposition.
I also like to visit warm countries. I've never been to Greece. I have heard a lot of good news about this country, but in the current situation caused by a large number of emigrants, I wonder if this is a good choice for travel.
1. I've never been to Israel and I don't want to go there. It is a relatively young country and the situation there is always tense.

2. I love Italy and I recommend going there to anyone who likes warm climate, good food and wine.

3. It is definitely better to travel with a group of friends. All travel costs can get split and are therefore lower, but it is also much more pleasant to travel with a company than alone. It is also safer, especially if we go to less popular places.

3. I prefer travelling with my close friends and family. Travelling it's not just about visiting places, but also about making memorise.

2. Usually it depends on the budget. Anywhere in Europe is a good place for a short trip. I would personally recommend England ( London ) or Italy ( Rome ).

1. Have you ever been in Israel? What do you know about this country?

I haven’t been to Israel yet but my girlfriend really wants to go there. I know that they have very advanced weapon/armor market. They also took part in creation of STUXNet with the United States.

2. Which place would you recommend for a short trip abroad?

I would fully recommend going to Copenhagen for a weekend. Berlin is also nice destination. What I like there is that most of the most representative and most famous stuff is within walking distance. Also, the amount of places worth visiting is just about enough for a weekend trip.

3. Do you prefer to travel with friends or by yourself? Why?

I don’t really like traveling with a big group of people as everyone have their own priorities and you can’t mix that together. There is always someone who has to sacrifice his/her plans in the name of others. I don’t like that which is why I mostly travel with my girlfriend or alone.
1. I have never been to Israel before. I don't think I am planning to do so in the nearest future.

2. I think that any European city accessible by plane could be a great destination for a short trip. There are a lot of beautiful cities in Europe and the culture does not differ that much so it doesn't require much planning.

3. I prefer to travel with friends as lone travels could quickly become boring.

I've never been to Israel. But I plan to visit this country soon. I heard just ordinary information at school, and I've never been interested in the culture of this country. That's why I can't tell you a lot.

2) Which place would you recommend for a short trip abroad?
I recommend you to fly to Canarias island, especially Fuerteventura and Lanzarote. I can ensure, that you will 1000% satisfied. And, don't forget to book a car, because all the interesting places are scattered across the island. The flight from Warsaw to Fuerteventura takes around 5 hours.

3) Do you prefer to travel with friends or by yourself? Why?
I prefer to travel with my boyfriend or our friends because I 100% sure in these people and know that in extraordinary cases I can rely on them. But, at the same time, I traveled a lot by myself, the problem was to take photos, because I do photography professionally and sometimes it's not easy to take a photo as I want by myself.

1) I haven’t been to Israel, yet. But I will visit it, I hope. I have heated a lot from my girlfriend, her father lives near Tel Aviv and she spends each summer there. A blessed land, from what she tells.

2) I have been traveling with my parents to Turkey and Egypt when I was kid. But it was this kind of vacations with all-inclusive and by most parts it was more about relaxing. I’ve been to Los Angeles lately, but it’s quite expensive. The atmosphere though is special. I think it is as costly as visiting Tel Aviv in matters of food/apartment.

3) I have never traveled with friends, only solo or with parents...
but I think with friends it is more fun. Depends on friends though, sometimes they can be a burden.
1. I've never been. I heard about it, but I never visited it. And I don't know any interesting things about this country
2. I think any of ours neighbours. If I have time, I would like to visit Germany. Very interesting country, a lot of things to see and try like food or beer! You can go there by train for weekend and I don't think that would be very expensive
3. I prefer travel with friends. Company of someone else is much better than sightseeing by yourself

1. I have never been to Israel, but I will gladly go there in the future. I know this is a country on the Mediterranean Sea.
2. For a short trip I recommend, for example, a trip to Lviv to Ukraine. It is a very beautiful city that is worth seeing.
3. I prefer traveling with my friends, it seems to me that the larger the group, the more interesting the time. Even if the weather does not sign, you can always have a good time.
1. Have you ever been in Israel? What do you know about this country?

I have never been there but surely I would love to visit that place. I've heard that it is beautiful and one of a kind. I am sure it is. It has a very interesting history as well. I don't know much about Israel, but I know that due to their constant military problems their military is effective as no other. Especially intelligence agencies. Those forces have techniques that make CIA look silly.

2. Which place would you recommend for a short trip abroad?

Cinque Terre. It is a place in Italy where five small towns are very close to each other along the coast. I have never been to a place so beautiful and wouldn't be surprised if there were no other places in the world as beautiful as Cinque Terre. Seriously.

3. Do you prefer to travel with friends or by yourself? Why?

I like to travel by myself but only for a short period of time. Like few hours max. Being alone is boring and depressing. Travelling with your crew is something that just cannot be described. It is as fun as anything can be. Nothing beats that. Discovering new amazing places with people you love is like the best part of life.

3. Do you prefer to travel with friends or by yourself? Why?

1. I have never been in Israel, but of course it's a place I want to visit. Not right now actually, because I've heard that there are military actions in progress.
2. I strongly recommend spending time here in Poland! We have beautiful agriculture and it's a sin not to make a use of it. Especially I can recommend Karpacz. My brother was there lately and said it was really great.
3. I prefer to travel with my friends. It always feels great to have someone nearby to share those great memories.

1. No, I haven’t. I don’t know much about Israel too. I’ve only heard it’s a
beautiful country, definitely worth visiting and that this country is a
multicultural mix of three religions – Christianity, Islam and Judaism.
2. If we consider a short trip I think the best idea will be one of the European
capitals. Close to Poland we have Prague with its cozy alleys and corners and
many interesting places to visit. A little further I would recommend Rome. It’s a
beautiful city where you could see Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and
many more unique historic places. Visiting Rome is also an opportunity to try
a real Italian cuisine.
3. Travelling alone is harder than travelling with somebody as you have to take care about everything by yourself. It is also more risky I think. For me it’s better to visit places with important people of mine. When I have someone next to me it’s always more fun as we can share our thoughts about the place or make silly things together.
1. No, I haven't been to Israel. I don't really know much, I'm not interested in this topic.
2. I like Czech Republic for short trips, it's cheap, good food and very nice mountains and mountain rivers that interest me.
3. I usually ride alone and meet my friends from all over the world on site, it's hard to find people in Warsaw who would like to ride the way I like, i.e. actively and very survival, so it's easier for me alone.

1. Have you ever been in Israel? What do you know about this country?
I have never been to Israel but I think it's a place worth going to due to its history and great views.

2. Which place would you recommend for a short trip abroad?
I would say something in Europe because it's not that far away and there's always something when you are somewhere for the first time.

3. Do you prefer to travel with friends or by yourself? Why?
I always prefer to travel with other people mostly my friends. The reason behind it is pretty simple whenever you do something fun is it better to do it alone or with a group of people u like?

1. Have you ever been in Israel? What do you know about this country?
Unfortunately, I have never been there but I plan to fly to Eliat in the future, explore the surrounding areas which, naturally and historically, have a lot to offer.

2. Which place would you recommend for a short trip abroad?
This is a very good question, however, strictly dependent on the character of the man and the intended expectations. I am a person who is great among the "loose" culture, which is why I personally recommend Spain.

3. Do you prefer to travel with friends or by yourself? Why?
It depends, I like both forms, I have traveled alone three times recently, while on holidays I am again going to Mexico to visit my friend. Traveling alone is amazing, it opens us to people and at the same time builds a certain emotional maturity.

Week 11 [03-09.06.2019] The problem with ecological cars emission in UK

The problem with ecological cars emission in UK Since the adoption of the European Emission Allowance Directive in the European Parliament, all car makers have tried to submit. Since 1992, the Euro I standard has been in force, which limited the emission of carbon monoxide to the atmosphere. The Euro VI standard currently applies, which limits the series of exhaust gases. These include: hydrocarbons, nitrogen and carbon oxides, and dust.   The most significant change was brought by the Euro IV standard. For the first time it introduced the limitation of nitrogen oxides, which are responsible for the harmful compounds of smog.   What is smog?   Smog consists of sulfur oxides, nitrogen and carbon. In addition, solid substances such as suspended dust (PM). Dust suspend in atmospheric aerosols may be in liquid and solid form. These can be particles of sea salt, clouds from the Sahara and artificial compounds made by people. These compounds often come fr

Week 12 (12.01-18.01.15) Are you an early bird or a night owl ?

Owls are nocturnal creatures. They’re wide awake at night and they sleep during the day. If this sounds like bliss to you, then, like about 20 percent of the population who find themselves most active at around 9 pm, you may fall into the same category as our feathered friend. Night owls often have difficulty waking up in the morning, and like to be up late at night.  Studies of animal behaviour indicate that being a night owl may actually be built into some people’s genes. This would explain why those late-to-bed, late-to-rise people find it so difficult to change their behaviour. The trouble for night owls is that they just have to be at places such as work and school far too early. This is when the alarm clock becomes the night owl’s most important survival tool. Experts say that one way for a night owl to beat their dependence on their alarm clocks is to sleep with the curtains open. The Theory is that if they do so, the morning sunlight will awaken them gently and naturally.
