Kigurumi  In Poland you can see people who dress in animal costumes on streets or at parties.  This fashion came to Europe and started to be more and more popular not only among teenagers but also among at adults.   Some people wear those costumes when going to work   in big companies to make their life a little happier and funny. So here they are – Kigurumi from Japan !  What is Kigurumi ?   Kigurumi is a Japanese name for the performer who is, most of the time, dressed up in an animal costume or as a cartoon character. You can find them at anime conventions or theme parks for example Disneyland. The whole Kigurumi fashion started from Animegao  which means “anime face”. The face should be fully covered by a mask which meant to look like a human character from a manga or an anime. After a while a lot of people started treating it like a hobby. Long Night of Museums In less than 2 months will be held one of the biggest events in Warsaw called Long Night of Museums. It is a great opportunity to visit museums and cultural institutions without paying a fee. It is a great occasion for all visitors to see some really rare places which can't normally be seen for free. The history The first Long Night of Museums was organized in Berlin in 1997. The idea of this event brought so many people that a lot of countries wanted to organize it as well. In Poland the first Long Night of Museums was held in 2003 at the National Museum in Poznan.
