Week 10 [25.05 - 31.05] Guido van Rossum and Python

Guido van Rossum is an author of Python programming language. In 2018 he was made a Fellow of the Computer History museum in Mountain View. Questions Do you use some open source software? Week 10 [25.05 - 31.05] Polish Wikipedia under the hood

Polish Wikipedia is the biggest encyclopedia project in Polish language. It started in 2001 and is one of ten most commonly visited websites in Poland. I’d like to describe a few aspects of its functioning. Some numbers and facts About 1,600 of Polish Wikipedia users make at least one edit in a month. About hundred of them are active in votings on meta-pages of Wikipedia. Polish Wikipedia have hit one million four hundred thousand on articles counter at 6th of April this year. All editors make on average 170 thousands of changes in articles monthly. The most actively read articles in May were: article about aircraft An-225 Mrija, Poland and article about Netflix series “Dom z papieru” (Money Heist). Notability One of rules of Wikipedia community is notability of phenomenons and objects being described. Topic of article should be verifiable, shouldn’t be too temporary (not to be a news article), should be widely defined (not to be a dictionary entry) and should be useful as an encyclope

Week 10 [25.05 - 31.05] South Park

South park  Southpark is an american animated tv series created by Trey Parker and Matt Stone. It first aired in 1997 on Comedy Central and since then every year new seasons are released. The basic plot is quite simple. It tells a story about four, ten years old, boys from fictional town  South Park, Colorado. Stan Marsh is the most average of them, nothing charactering about him. Kyle Broflovski is a redhead jew and also he is from Jersey. Eric Cartman is a anti semitic obese kid who is also narcissistic. The last boy Kenny McCormick is the poor one whose parents took a part in cthulhu cult which resulted in Kenny's immortality. During the first five sezon Kenny died in every episode. Except boys there are a lot other main characters as their parents, classmates, teachers, god, satan, Chef, Towelie( talking towell who gets high all the time), Mr. Hankey the christmas poo,and many more.  In South park there is a lot of poop humor but it’s not all there is. Chinese censorship China is fastly developing and expanding its range of power. The Chinese consumer market is enormous and still rising. In China citizens must obey government’s politics and any kind disobedience may result in harsh punishments. And what power does China have outside its borders? Electric vehicles are becoming more and more popular in our lives, walking around Warsaw sometimes it is easier to hit an electric scooter than bicycle, the video below shows the reason why it is worth using this mode of transport and why it has become so popular. What exactly is tea? Tea is plant originating from China, first it grew wild and then it was known by people lived there. We must remember that tea is one plant and all tea colors that we distinguish come from one plant. The most popular is black tea which is very aromatic in taste and dark in color. Next is green tea her color is light and the taste delicate. The healthiest tea is white which has fluff-covered leaves and also has a delicate brew. the last popular tea is red, which has very earthy taste and almost black color. The last two types are little known, it is blue and yellow tea with a rich taste. And that's it, the other "teas" are really fruit or herbal infusions, they are not teas because the leaves do not come from the tea bush. Week 10 [25.05 - 31.05] Capgras syndrome

Capgras syndrome is a rare psychiatric disorder. It was first observed in 1923 by a French psychiatrist. The patient is convinced that the people he knows have been replaced by doubles. A person with such delusions is convinced that people in her surroundings have been exchanged for people of the same appearance. The problem is not face recognition by the patient who is functioning properly. In 1991, a case of a 74-year-old woman from Scotland was described who, following a psychosis, experienced this disorder. She claimed that her husband had been exchanged. She refused to sleep with the double, moreover, she showed great concerns about her safety. The woman easily recognized other family members. Capgras syndrome may be the result of damage to the connection of the cerebral cortex with the limbic system as a result of mechanical damage. It is responsible for emotional reactions to given objects / persons. It is also possible that the syndrome will occur in older people. Most o
