1. Do you think you can control your anger in difficult situations?
I try to control my anger in difficult situations, but I'm only human and I can't always do it. I just try not to speak when I feel a lot of anger. It helps me. After a while, I don't feel so much anger and think more positively.

2. What do you think, how does anger affect the human body and mind?
When we get angry, we are most often nervous. In such situations, our body secretes adrenaline. It has a very stimulating effect on our body, e.g. our heart beats faster, body temperature rises, the stomach tightens. Its excess is dangerous for us. May cause permanent damage to the nervous system.

3. Would you like to get rid of feelings of anger in your life?
Would you like to get rid of anger in your life?
Of course, I would like to get rid of anger in life, but not 100%. Sometimes it's useful. Definitely for a second person. At least he knows that she has done something wrong and will not go unpunished.
1.Do you think you can control your anger in difficult situations?
I find it really hard to control myself during anger as I am very emotional.

2.What do you think, how does anger affect the human body and mind?
It affects us in a bad way, we have bad humor, we think about anything and it can make us angry for no reason. It is very easy to get frustraded by small things.

3.Would you like to get rid of feelings of anger in your life?
Sometimes anger is good for letting others to know that they make something that upset you or make you that way. But I would like to get rid of it.
1. Do you think you can control your anger in difficult situations?
Well, not really. It depends on what moments we're talking about. If the situation in which I get angry didn't occur in a public place (e.g. in the workplace, in a group of friends, etc.), then it's really hard for me to control myself. When I know that no one can see or hear me, I unload my anger as much as I can. It's different in the second case when someone is in my company. Then, very rarely anyone will be able to totally upset me.

2. What do you think, how does anger affect the human body and mind?
I think anger has both positives and negatives. I think there are more of the latter, we can often say words or take actions in the course of emotions, which we can later regret. When it comes to positive aspects of anger, sometimes one gains pace, is determined, is able to concentrate on the task and do everything to complete it. The body under the influence of anger gets harder, we feel like hitting something, we are more aggressive. The mentality often just turns off and we often say or do terrible things.

3. Would you like to get rid of feelings of anger in your life?
I think it's not necessary. I don't get mad enough to completely get rid of this feeling. I think I personally experience fifty fifty its negative and positive aspects, which I mentioned earlier. Sometimes you just have to hit something or shout a few words out loud to get to work and get it done.

Do you think you can control your anger in difficult situations?
Yes, I think I can, generally. I really try to be down-to-earth, calm and really analytical why certain situations happen instead of letting myself being carried by emotions. Of course, there are situations when I can't control my emotions but then I really try to understand the problem and why it occurred and then I usually calm myself down.
What do you think, how does anger affect the human body and mind?
When I am angry I can't really focus myself, I feel that my body is really tense. When I calm myself down, everything goes away really quickly. That is why I try not to be furious or at least limit that feeling to the minimum because it really has bad effect on me.
Would you like to get rid of feelings of anger in your life?
Yes.

1. Do you think you can control your anger in difficult situations?
In some cases yes it is easy as i always do the spider-man trick, just make some fun out of it, but it isn't usable everytime.

2. What do you think, how does anger affect the human body and mind?
In my opinion little anger or periodical can give you boost in your life, it may help get things done faster or trigger you to help others. But if you feel angry all the time then it may damage you in an awful why not only by speeding the aging process but also posion your thougts,

3. Would you like to get rid of feelings of anger in your life?
No, it is natural thing and as everything that is natural there is a reason for it. Now I know even more about the reason and anger as a whole. Anger gives you focus, that not everyone can control and this isn't easy as many people try to contain it while they should feed from it. Besides some Sith are badass so why would you get rid of this feeling :D.

Do you think you can control your anger in difficult situations?

I am generally very calm person so it's very difficult to upset me so much that i would lose my temper but under certain circumstances I believe struggling to resist the rage would be difficult.

What do you think, how does anger affect the human body and mind?

I've noticed that being angry gives you extra energy. It's up to you how on what are you going to use it for.

Would you like to get rid of feelings of anger in your life?

Definitely no. Life is full of different feelings. Negative, positive and they both affect and shape the person we become.
1.Do you think you can control your anger in difficult situations?
It all depends on the situation I'm in, as well as the people who surround me. If I am at work, I have no choice but to control my anger, and certainly when my boss is next to me. When I'm among friends or family, sometimes I don't control my anger.

2.What do you think, how does anger affect the human body and mind?
I think the effects are very similar to how stress works on us. This is by no means positive for our body, so for that reason alone we should not allow ourselves to be angry.

3. Would you like to get rid of feelings of anger in your life?
I would like to, but I know it is possible. While for some people it is possible to limit it to a minimum, my character is very explosive and moody. I know that anger will always be with me in my life because I am.

I can say that I am pretty sure I can. In most stressful situations I have been I was managing more or less well.
What do you think, how does anger affect the human body and mind?
It does. As any other emotion -- it is a guidance for human body to act accordingly. Anger breeds action, if one persists in inaction -- this hoards poison produced by body in anger inside body, harmful.
Would you like to get rid of feelings of anger in your life?
Most certainly not. As I said -- their presence is not a coincidence. Feelings and emotions are guidance to action, made by Nature. There are of vital importance.

Yes, I think I can. Although I am not generally a calm person, I had many situatons In which I could have got furious and I have not.

2. What do you think, how does anger affect the human body and mind?
It stimulates certain parts of brain for sure, and it helps us not to keep bad emotions inside ourselves.

3. Would you like to get rid of feelings of anger in your life?
No, I think we need a little of it to exist properly and healthily. That is why this emotion even exists.

It depends on the situation. Sometimes it is really hard to control it, especially when people make you anger on purpose. But in other situations, you must control the anger to not get fired or to not lose friends. In my opinion, in every such situation you have to calm down and talk to a person with a cool head. I think anger is a vital emotion. One the one hand, like any other emotion it makes us alive. This is the main reason why it should exist. Also, it gives us an energy boost in some situations. But on the other, it makes us unpredictable and dangerous.
1. Yes, I think I can control anger quite well and unless the situation concerns the people I care about, I consider myself a peaceful person.

2. Like all emotions, anger can definitely affect both body and mind, especially if it is long-term. It is proven that long-term stress is unhealthy.

3. No, I think that anger is natural and it serves a purpose.
1. It depends on hell knows what. I can meet difficult situations in different state depending on various events that have happened before. But overall, I try my best in controlling not only the anger but all the emotions.
2. It (well, rather the adrenaline that is produced in that state) puts mind and body in a state of stress which is useful for a short time – it is a natural doping that empowers you. But, on the other side, in a long-term perspective adrenaline starts wearing all your body out, ruining and killing it from the inside.
3. No, that is a part of me and it should stay where it belongs. But I would like to have a better control of my emotions.
1. I think that I can control my anger in some situations, but sometimes I don't succeed.
2. Anger negatively affects the human mind and body. Angry people do, say a lot of stupid things for which they often regret.
3. Yes, I would like to get rid of anger in my life.

1. It is difficult, but I try. The effect is once better and sometimes worse.

2. Hormones are released that affect the body's work. Heart rate increases, metabolism speeds up, adrenaline is secreted. Human has a problem with logical thinking and concentration.

3. Yes, I would. I don't see the need for anger in my life. It is harmful, so I prefer to get rid of it.

I had a little practice lately, but I am far from total self control when it comes to anger. But I became more and more selawer so it is a good path.
2. I think is a stress factor and bad influence on relationships when it comes to those close to us.
3. no I would,t want to get rid of it. Anger is neccesary to get a sens of relief sometimes. Bottling feeling up is never good.

Do you think you can control your anger in difficult situations?
It depends on situation. In general if the level of anger is high it's harder to control myself.

What do you think, how does anger affect the human body and mind?
I think it's good and bad both. Good because you lower your pressure by letting it go, some hormones releases and you kind of fill better. What about bad? In anger you can hurt someone either its physically or emotionally.

Would you like to get rid of feelings of anger in your life?
I would like to learn deal with it in a proper way. I don't want hurt someone or myself.
1. I don't know if I can control my anger in difficult situations because ... I have never really been in a difficult situation and I have never been angry.

2. It's difficult to answer this question. I am not entirely convinced. However, I think that a little bit of all the emotions we know has not hurt anyone yet. So a little bit of anger has a positive effect on our body and mind from time to time. That's my opinion.

3. No, I don't think I want to get rid of anger in my life. It is a very important and inseparable element of our character, just as I wrote above.
1. Yes, I do think that i can control my anger. I learned how to analyse the reason of my anger and then i think about my behavior in given situation.

2. I believe that too much anger can lead to serious brain damage simmilarly to depression and stress, but anger can be sometimes a factor of our motivation, whether it's to try to be better person or somehting else.

3. I wouldn't get rid of it completely, there will always be situations when I will be tilted and angry, but I nned to just think about whether if my reaction in given situation was right or not/
Do you think you can control your anger in difficult situations?
Yeah, i'm the king of controlling emotions, i've never had any rage outburst ever.

What do you think, how does anger affect the human body and mind?
I believe that those feelings can make someone not to think clearly while being in some situation which can result in scary or funny outcomes.

Would you like to get rid of feelings of anger in your life?
No i wouldn't as i do not have any of these :-)
1. It depends how difficult this situation is. Usually I can't control my emotions and I erupt like a volcano

2. I think that it affects very negatively, through anger, stress, our body getting old, sometimes leads to mental illness.
Golden advice, don't be nervous :)

3. Go on vacation, rest regularly, work less, graduate from university :)
1. Yes, I think so. However, despite the fact that I am generally a calm person, there were such situations when I failed to keep my anger under control.

2. Anger has a great impact on the human body. When we are nervous, adrenaline gets into our bloodstream, our temperature increases and our muscles tighten.

3. Definitely not. I think getting rid of negative emotions is not a solution, I think the key is to learn how to control them and allow release them in a safe and constructive way.

1. Yes I think that I can control my anger in difficult situations as I’m a very calm person. So far I haven’t found myself in the circumstances that would cause violent response or whatsoever.

2. A person gets red, the blood pressure is rising, muscles get tight, the mind is so focused on anger that one cannot to note anything else.

3. Yes I would. My life would be like heaven then. If we do not feel angry we are less stressed and do not have that amount of negative emotions. However, anger is one of the things that makes ur humans I guess.
1. Depend on situation. When I'm home alone I like to say some bad words or punch the pillow or something like that. When I'm in public, I control myself and stay calm
2. It can affect on both ways. In sports for someone can help to focus and be better for example to show someone that he is wrong and achieve something. On other hand anger can hurt someone else like we see sometimes during matches when footballer gets angry and attack other player. So it has some bad and good affects, depends on the person
3. I think anger for me is motivating and helps me sometimes. But everything depends on situation

Do you think you can control your anger in difficult situations?
Yes, I can. I, usually, don't get angry in the first place. This isn't always possible, but once I realize that it isn't things making me angry, but this is whasy I am creating the anger myself, then it is easier to not become angry.

What do you think, how does anger affect the human body and mind?
Depends on the situation, if you got angry between two holiganic teams, I am pretty sure the body will be effected badly, and mind also after a lose of your team, but let's say if you get angry just because you don't like french fries as them not being French at all, then your body not got effected but mind it is.

Would you like to get rid of feelings of anger in your life?

it would be great to get angry and finish all the work that day
1. Do you think you can control your anger in difficult situations?

Unfortunately no. When I get furious there is not much I can do. I won't attack someone or start throwing things around the place but my face will always show how angry I am. There is no running away from that. If I am furious - you will notice.

2. What do you think, how does anger affect the human body and mind?

You can think about that in two ways. Anger might cause many problems in life when someone cannot deal with it properly and has those violent anger attacks. There is no way to count the number of marriages destroyed by anger. Anger makes people do horrible things and never makes them happier. However, on the other hand some small amount of anger might have advantages. We cannot ignore the fact that anger often makes us much more effective. When I am mad at something this anger that I am feeling can push my further into completing my task.

3. Would you like to get rid of feelings of anger in your life?

When I think about if I have ever felt better or good thanks to an anger, I cannot think about a single situation. Unfortunately I am also aware of the fact that I need this anger in some way. When there are no harsh feelings in life - the good ones don't feel so good anymore.

1. Do you think you can control your anger in difficult situations?
I don't think so. I'm really calm but whenever I get angry I can't control myself.

2. What do you think, how does anger affect the human body and mind?
I think it's really bad for our minds because we can't think clearly.

3. Would you like to get rid of feelings of anger in your life?
I wouldn't do that because I think sometimes you need to get angry to release your all emotions.

1) Do you think you can control your anger in difficult situations?
Yes, I think so. I have no problem controlling my emotions. Fortunately, in my life, there were no situations where my anger could get out. And, I also try to keep my emotions under control.
2) What do you think, how does anger affect the human body and mind?
I think anger sometimes interferes with thinking and making the right decisions. Sometimes when people get angry, they can say a lot of unpleasant words to their loved ones, and then regret it.
I have no idea how angry can affect my body.
3) Would you like to get rid of feelings of anger in your life?
Of course not. These are my emotions, and for some reason we have them. I think anger can help in some situations. You need to learn to control anger and not get rid of it.
Mehmet KONUK said…
Thanks cem for the fun video. Maybe you're too strong to control your anger.

You want to tell us about this. I can't control my anger. Especially when I'm stressed

1) I think I'm quite good in tempering my emotions in stressful and bad situations. I've always in mind that what I tell during that time may not be the best solution. I try to think before I tell something mean to other person. It's sometimes really hard, but putting yourself in others situation helps often.

2) In my opinion anger does affect the human body and especially mind. Watching myself I must admit that it's far more common for me to think unreasonably in those situation. It's like I regret nothing and don't care about consequences, which I normally do. When it comes to body I think good example here is sport. There's nothing better in sport than anger which may boost your skills. It definitely changes your state of body.

3) I think life without anger would be blank and boring, because it is the anger, which make you do crazy things. World would be safer place for sure, but there would be also empty space, which nothing could fill.

1. Do you think you can control your anger in difficult situations?

It all depends on the situation, circumstances and importance of the case. If it’s something irrelevant I tend to irritate a bit, but it’s also really easy for me to calm down. When I get really angry, I need some space and time for myself, preferably someplace cozy, tight and quiet, so I can gather thoughts. Nevertheless, when it comes to difficult situations, I get absorbed in hammering out a solution, rather than releasing my inner Hulk.

2. What do you think, how does anger affect the human body and mind?

I think anger makes us more stressed and overwhelmed mentally. It’s harder and harder for us to focus, we tend to overgeneralize, lose contact with reality. I think it also affects our body, we get more nervous, thus organism prepares for the worst. We lose weight, our health condition lowers. We are basically unhappy and exhausted all the time, as our mind doesn’t have even a single minute to relax and reset.

3. Would you like to get rid of feelings of anger in your life?

I think anger can be useful motivator from time to time. If you are aware of how it works and what are the pros and cons of this emotion it can be useful sometimes. So, I don’t think I would like to get rid of this emotion, but I would like to be calmer and more patient kind of person, which I can achieve simply by hard work.

1. Do you think you can control your anger in difficult situations?
It is really hard during those uncomfortable situations. I tend to listen to come music that calms me a bit, and it is working! Doing something that gives you pleasure is also a good choice. You can talk about it with friend that understands your feelings sometimes much better than you do.

2. What do you think, how does anger affect the human body and mind?
The human body during the anger reacts in different ways. Breathing is faster, as well as the heartbeat. Stomach oppression is also common. An attitude appears to be ready for a fight.

3. Would you like to get rid of feelings of anger in your life?
I do not think so. Anger is an origin of valuable information about ourselves. When, for what, on whom and to what extent we anger tells plenty about our needs, expectations, sense of agency and self acceptation.
Do you think you can control your anger in difficult situations?
It depends. Sometimes I feel angry in similiar situations that I used to be in before. I know them so despite feeling frustrated or angry I manage to control myself. However, I have to admit that sometimes I get angry in situations that are new to me and then you can visibly see my emotions.
What do you think, how does anger affect the human body and mind?
There are multiple reactions when it comes to our body. When it comes to mind it probably makes you think less about decisions you make. You are not that concentrated and you become very distracted.
Would you like to get rid of feelings of anger in your life?
Sometimes. However, inability to being angry at all would be scary to me. I mean people are usually angry about the things they care about. If you are never angry then do you even care what is happening around you?
Do you think you can control your anger in difficult situations?
Mostly I can control my anger, but, unfortunately, in some very personal situations I cannot control myself for 100%.
What do you think, how does anger affect the human body and mind?
For sure I feel an adrenaline rush and rapid heartbeat. I am pretty sure that if you always restrain negative emotions it ruins your Nervous System.
Would you like to get rid of feelings of anger in your life?
I don't deny myself this pleasure :D

1. Yes, after years of being cold hearted I consider my ability to control feelings as pretty good. Of course it depends on situation. When I don't care about the result, there's nothing that can make me angry and, but on the other hand when I care too much, which happily doesn't happen often, a small inconvieniece can make me furious.

2. I'm pretty sure it affects our body and mind more than average person assume. For mind - we cannot think clearly and our decisions and words are based on emotions not logical thinkning. We also tend to focus on negative/pessimistic side and be more egoistic. For body - our blood pressure gets higher.

3. No, I don't think getting rid of anger is good idea. It's emotion after all and without the negative ones we wouldn't be able to recognize happiness.
Marta Matysik said…

1. It depends on the situation.
2. Anger makes us sleep less and this makes us less patient and tired during the day. This negatively affects relationships with other people, jobs, etc and we look worse, of course.
3. This is one of the basic emotions. We will not get rid of it completely. They combine with sadness and joy. Without it we don't recognize another. But all in moderation because it is different to be angry with someone close and anger associated with aggression is another.

Do you think you can control your anger in difficult situations?
As far as I know, self-control is not always possible for me. But I always try to think first of all with my brain and not with my heart. Unfortunately, in life there are different situations in which it is difficult to restrain myself. So different things can happen.

What do you think, how does anger affect the human body and mind?
Well, anger can't be something positive for the body. I am not a biologist, but it seems to me that when a person get angry a lot of cells in his body are overstretched, which can lead to their early death (nerve cells, for example). Theoretically it can affect the brain, because during anger, some hormones are released into the body that stimulate it all, so ... This won't end well.

Would you like to get rid of feelings of anger in your life?
Would not be bad. But is it possible?
1. In most situations I can control myself. However, sometimes I lose my temper.
2. It affects everyone differently, it is difficult to state clearly.
3. No, anger is not very beneficial but sometimes it strongly motivates.
1. I think I can cope with most situations that make me angry. I try to kind of a meditate at times I get really angry, I focus on breath, close my eyes and imagine I'm in a happy place. For mildly annoying situations I just try to not care too much.

2. I think that anger is very unhealthy for your body and mind. People that get constantly angry often get older faster and generally live not so happy lives. Although I think that doesn't include small irritations that we encounter every day. These may be encouraging to change something or take some lessons from them.

3. I would like to get rid of anger, but maybe not all of it. I try not to get annoyed too often, because I think anger can be really harmful, mainly for relationships.

1) Yes, I believe I can. In my expirience, the most efficient way to deal with excessive emotions is by practicing martial arts. Every sparring lets you experience such emotions to some degree, by being able to get these feeling regularly makes it much easier to deal with them when it happens in real life.
2) Just like any other emotion, it has its roots in biology. Any emotional reaction is also a biological reaction, so it makes sense that when your emotions are reaching extreme, it starts affecting you physically.
3) I don't think so. As unpleasant as it is, it still is a kind of motivation which you don't want to lose.
Denys Pogurskyi said…
Well, I kind of know myself very well. And that’s why I know that I can restrain anger, after which I become more nervous and ultimately try to reduce everything to the fact that this anger would disappear without consequences in which someone could suffer because of him ... But still there were moments when I broke down, so the factor of what kind of situations may be should also be taken into account
Do you think you can control your anger in difficult situations?
I am very unstable with my emotional condition and I know that it is a problem. But I am pretty sure that I am getting better with ot overtime.
What do you think, how does anger affect the human body and mind?
I think that it is good to sometimes let them out. Our mind is like a sponge that soaks in every emotion we keep to ourselves. So sooner or later there will be a "Big Bang "unless you let them out from time to time.
Would you like to get rid of feelings of anger in your life?
No, without anger I will never feel calm the way I feel it now. The same goes with happiness and grief. The contrasts , you now? It's like some people enjoy flying on the airplane very much, but for me, as a frequent flyer, it is like a metro ride.
1) I must admit that most of the time I control myself rather good. But unfortunately there is some of topics which when I hear I can't control myself. I am not very proud of it and it mostly leads to arguing with people, which itself is not very constructive.

2) Anger is one of the emotions that can significantly affects human body, especially when it's absolutely uncontrolled. It's debilitating for the person who feels it and for the one who experiences it from others. It can cause problems with blood pressure, migraines, heart diseases and many others.

3) I think i would much more like to get better control over my emotions then getting rid of them at all. Emotions both positive or negative can be very useful in life and any human interactions. But it's important to remember not to let emotions take full control over you.

The problem with ecological cars emission in UK Since the adoption of the European Emission Allowance Directive in the European Parliament, all car makers have tried to submit. Since 1992, the Euro I standard has been in force, which limited the emission of carbon monoxide to the atmosphere. The Euro VI standard currently applies, which limits the series of exhaust gases. These include: hydrocarbons, nitrogen and carbon oxides, and dust.   The most significant change was brought by the Euro IV standard. For the first time it introduced the limitation of nitrogen oxides, which are responsible for the harmful compounds of smog.   What is smog?   Smog consists of sulfur oxides, nitrogen and carbon. In addition, solid substances such as suspended dust (PM). Dust suspend in atmospheric aerosols may be in liquid and solid form.
