1) What factors are important for you while looking for a job?
When looking for a job, I pay the most attention to the company's values and development opportunities. I can't imagine working in a company that doesn't care about the code. In addition, I look forward to continuous development. I would like to work on the latest technologies. I like how the employer willingly trains employees and sends them for training. Of course, when the above two aspects are met, I pay attention to the remuneration. I avoid working with too low a salary for a position. I find this unfair on the part of the company. This does not bode well for the future.

2) What do you think companies can do to reduce employees turnover ?
To reduce employee turnover, companies should simply raise their salaries. The second thing is to simplify your career path. Sometimes it's too complicated. Projects in the company should change after a maximum of a year. An employee who has been on the project for more than a year simply gets bored.

3) Were you ever not satisfied with your job? - If your answer is yes please describe the reason.
This is my first job and I am very happy with it for now. I don't plan to change it. I don't know what the reason for changing my job would be.
1. The most important factors for me are:
- type of project - I always want to be in a project where I can prove myself. Work in technology that I know and do not need to implementation process.
- possibilities - It is worth to do something that is profitable or will be profitable in the future.
- amount of remuneration - Let's face it, money is important.
- working time - We can't spend all our lives at work.
- communication - None of us wants to go to work 2 hours and then return from work another 2 hours.

2. It seems to me that this is not a matter caused by company, but it is a problem of employees. I work in the IT industry and here employees turnover is something natural. Developers change jobs mainly not because of earnings but because of new challenges, willingness to change the project. It is impossible for all projects to be interesting, modern and revolutionary - after a while they just get boring.

3. No, I've always been satisfied with my job. I identify with my company and I feel proud that I can be part of it.I strongly involved in the company's activities because I know that company reputation depends on my actions.

1. In my opinion, the most important aspect of any work is its atmosphere. Nobody likes to come to work five days a week where he feels unwell.

Salary is another equally important aspect. It must be high enough in relation to the tasks entrusted.

I would close the podium with travel time to work. He may not require getting up before dawn or returning after sunset.

2. Corporations may only retain employees with an appropriate salary. If the atmosphere at work is bad, the employee can only be stopped by a sufficiently high salary which the competition cannot provide. In addition, new trends in creating an "home" atmosphere at work by employers are inappropriate because they only lazy employees and interfere with work.

3.Yes - mainly because of the bad atmosphere at work, difficulties in communication between other employees / the boss.
1) What factors are important for you while looking for a job?
Self development. I don't want to just work but to be better at what I want to do.

2) What do you think companies can do to reduce employees turnover ?
Make more work-life balance as I think people quit jobs because of being tired of doing same taks and want to change something in their lives.

3) Were you ever not satisfied with your job? - If your answer is yes please describe the reason.
Yes I was. I was in very unfriendly work enviroment place so I decided to leave it after one month.

1. While I was looking for a job, key factors were used technology and company size. I didn't really care about the salary, what I did care the most was posibility of gaining skills that developer needs.

2. Every software company should try to evolve as quickly as technology do. I think that using out-dated solutions by company is main reason programmers change their job.

3. Not really. Currently It's my first 'real' job and I'm very happy about it.

1. What factors are important for you while looking for a job?
For me, the four most important factors are: pay, opportunity for development and promotion, nice work atmosphere and safety. It's an absolute priority for me to feel comfortable in the workplace, meet interesting and helpful people, and constantly develop my skills in a given field. Money is not the most important thing, but let's face it - everyone counts on good (and fair) pay.

2. What do you think companies can do to reduce employees turnover?
I think that the factors I mentioned in the previous point affect it the most. If someone feels inferior to other employees (gets banal or unambitious tasks, has no promotion opportunities, gets unfair payment), then such situations lead to negative emotions. It's also important to be associated with the company and its goals. If the employer doesn't attach any importance to employees and leaves them to themselves, then it's time to escape from the sinking boat.

3. Were you ever not satisfied with your job? - If your answer is yes please describe the reason.
I haven't been employed in many places so far, actually I was in three. I have never felt bad in any job, everything was fine. However, I know from my own experience that I am more satisfied with working in a small company or small group than working with many people at once. I prefer to stick to my department/team and devote myself completely to tasks in this segment.

1) What factors are important for you while looking for a job?
Work-life balance, the smaller amount of overtime, the better. Additional perks fully paid by employer. I also have free lunch everyday which is really nice.
2) What do you think companies can do to reduce employees turnover ?
Treat them individually, listen to their problems, opinions on certain things, reward them for loyalty instead of treating them as a mass or number in a table which in the end ends in a huge exodus.
3) Were you ever not satisfied with your job? - If your answer is yes please describe the reason.
Yes, in my previous work. I can honestly say that as a first real job as a programmer it was a fantastic place to work in. I had fantastic team that I learned a lot from. But the employer was horrible - cutting costs on everything, paying employee the least he can accept while also receiving huge commissions from clients (outsourcing). So when I came to a conclusion that I will not learn anything more there and the team spread out, I quit and now I am really happy with that decision.

1) What factors are important for you while looking for a job?
When I'm looking for a job, there's a lot of things that matter to me. Of course, I focus on salary levels, but for me it is also important to be able to develop myself at work, to have a pleasant working environment and to be able to get to work.

2) What do you think companies can do to reduce employees turnover ?
Unfortunately, today's companies do not have a big impact on the employee's stay in the company, because there is too much competition on the market. However, it is worth to take care of a high salary and a nice atmosphere.

3) Were you ever not satisfied with your job? - If your answer is yes please describe the reason.
I was once in my life not happy with my work. My manager showed a high lack of organisation and indecision in the steps he wanted to take. In addition, my working time was very controlled and I was asked to do a lot of boring things.
1. For me the most important factor are the technologies used in a company. There is nothing worse than being forced to work on an old-fashioned, out of date system using technologies without any future. Unfortunately, people who write job offers are often HR employees without knowledge about the position which is the subject of the offer. That can be recognized based on wrongly typed technology names. Such offers are confusing and for me – rejecting. The second most important factor is the money, third – office location and fourth – the size of the company, because I think I wouldn’t like very small start-up. I personally don’t care about benefits if the salary is high enough. Benefits create very small “communist subsystems” in a capitalistic world. I like to decide what I am spending money on.

2. I think that in most cases sufficient salary rises would be enough to keep employee in the company. On the other hand, employees must feel that their impact and involvement are appreciated. It is not surprising when an employee decides to change the job, if there is no chance to develop in the current one. For me, as a student, money is not the most important. I value self-development much more.

3. Yes, I decided to quit the job twice. First case is not very interesting – it was a telemarketing company and the job was shit, for shitty money. Second case was an IT company, where I used to work as a programmer. The reason for changing the company was very bad organisation of our work and lack of interest from our supervisors’ side. At one point I simply didn’t know what to do, because our project was cancelled and while I was waiting, there was a job offer for a programmer at this company at the same time. I can summarise this as a lack of respect.

1) What factors are important for you while looking for a job?
Distance, money and the atmosphere in workplace.

2) What do you think companies can do to reduce employees turnover ?
Listen to what their problems are, evaluate them and find some solution to it. This first step as every employee have their own motivation and reason to change the job.

3) Were you ever not satisfied with your job? - If your answer is yes please describe the reason.
Yes, sometimes I am really mad because of the how people in project sometimes doesn't want to acknowledgement the real problem and they can focus on some dumb, basic things like the color of a button while the whole dev-team don't know what is the flow of the app.

1. When I'm looking for a new job there are the three most important qualities. Carrer development and potential to growth are a key motivation for me, because I's important for me to know how my protential employer prepare my for the future. Moreover I would like to join a company that gives me opportunity to move up to the ranks. Secondly work enviroment it's crucial for me, because I think that good organisation cultivate a healthy culture within all the team members and let their's employees to take part on charity programs and help them with problems that they faced at work or even in private life. Finally, work-life balance, because I want not only to meet a deadlines and targets but also fulfill myself and spend time with my relevants.

2. In my opinion they should hire the right people to reduce employees turnover. It's mean that they should employe people who possess skills that match an open position. Moreover they behavior and values should fit for the company. Secondly they should offer competitive pay and benefits. Finally, they should show the clear carrer parth, because employees want to increases their skills and knowlenge in order to move up the ranks.

3. I've never been unsatisfied with my job, because I looked for a job that offer carrer development, competitive pay and nice work enviroment. Currently I'm working in a big corporation and I'm satisfied with my job, so I'm not going to change it.

I don't think however that increasing employees salaries are the solution for every company. Not all of them are able to afford that kind of costs so they have to be more innovative in their solutions.

It's unfortunate to hear about your unfriendly workplace. It's definitely not a pleasant environment to work in. Do you have an idea of how employers can make sure such thing doesn't happen in their companies?

Unfortunately not all companies can adapt to new technologies as fast as we would wish. In work for a bank in IT department and what I've noticed is before implementing some newly released tech first an appropriate team has to approve it as stability of production services are at risk and they need to verify the changes first.

1. What factors are important for you while looking for a job?
Well, the salary of course. Besides that, the workplace atmosphere, befenits and distance are very important for me.

2) What do you think companies can do to reduce employees turnover ?
There should be a neat and reasonable communication between the level of employees and superiors. Employees should feel appreciated and have salary equivalent to their skills and effort.

3) Were you ever not satisfied with your job? - If your answer is yes please describe the reason.
Yes I was. The salary was not high enough, the project management and technical possibilites for me were very poor. I changed It and it is incomparably better now.
1. The most important factor for me is the salary. If it is high enough, it can override all other factors.

2. I think that listening to employees, a good communication and addressing their needs properly are crucial to retain them.

3. Yes, when I was working as a customer service consultant, it was a meaningless, endless job.
1) What factors are important for you while looking for a job?
The requirements are very important to me, I have to meet them exactly and only then I can apply, otherwise it doesn't make sense. In addition, opinions about the position and employer are important for me.
2) What do you think companies can do to reduce employees turnover ?
Select at the recruitment stage people appropriate to the culture of your company so that they do not give up later. Do not regret the weak and appreciate those who perform their duties in a way that satisfies the employer.
3) Were you ever not satisfied with your job? - If your answer is yes please describe the reason.
I went to work tempted by the position of the company for a position that I wasn't interested in at the beginning and then it turned out even worse. It caused a complete lack of satisfaction and motivation.
1. Paycheck is important but what I highly appreciate aside from that is work atmosphere and how a company cares about its employees: trainings, presents, good working place etc.
2. They should listen to their employees when they express their opinion as without the employees the company is nothing.
3. So far it was alright.
1. The location of the workplace and the organization of work are important. In addition, a well-coordinated team is also important.
2. I think that adequate remuneration, the opportunity to work remotely (occasionally) and a healthy approach of the manager will reduce employee turnover in the company.
3.About 10 months ago I started my first job in the IT profession and I am currently happy with it.
1) What factors are important for you while looking for a job?
Of course, the basic factor for me is pay. The second one is the people I will work with. Unfortunately, we rarely have the opportunity to meet people from the team while recruiting, but it is very important to me.

2) What do you think companies can do to reduce employees turnover ?
If an employee is not satisfied with the conditions at work, the work policy itself, the behavior of colleagues or remuneration each time before making a final decision about leaving, each employer should talk to his employee. If he is a good employee, consider whether he can offer him better conditions.

3) Were you ever not satisfied with your job? - If your answer is yes please describe the reason.
Unfortunately, once I wasn't satisfied with the job I had. There were two reasons for this. The first reason was the behavior of two men who took advantage of younger experience and seniority while not wanting to share their knowledge. The second reason was that I wasn't developing.
Interesting topic. Answering your questions:

1. I think that the most important factor for me when looking for a job is mainly pay. Then I look at the atmosphere and work culture, if possible.

2. Apparently there are 5 best ways to reduce staff turnover:
- meeting your people and talking about their goals,
- providing development opportunities for employees,
- listening to employees' needs,
- employee engagement survey,
and ensuring a friendly working environment.
Employees expect an effective, engaging and friendly work environment more than ever before. They want to shape their professional environment themselves, and not just accept what the employer will design for them. The strengthening position of employees means that retaining people in key positions is becoming increasingly important for employers.

3. I've never worked before so I can't answer that question. At the moment I am looking for an internship.

1. For me, there are two main factors that I consider when looking for a job.
Money - in other words why you work. I don't believe anyone would work for free or in honor of "self-improvement / development".
Work on what you like - what is self described.
2. Employers should strive for an employee more. In 2019, we can observe the so-called employee market. We are not looking for a job, only a job is looking for us. And that's good. It was always the employer who kept the employees in their grip and manipulated them. To keep employees longer, give them regular pay increases and reckon with them.
3. Personally, I am very happy with the place where I am. I work with peers my age, and the two main factors I described in the first section are met.

1. For me when looking for a job important are the skills I can get or improve and the elasticity of working hours.

2. I think it depends on the company policy and way people leave. Showing interest for employee nedds may be a good start.

3. Yes once. I left for various reasons. There wasn'n much to learn and some conflicts with made working there a lot more stressful.

1. Of course salary but also place where I can develop new siklls and where I will learn new technologies. Also the company vision and cool atmosfere are things important to me. I also think that every benefits like car or even free coffee or fruits are very are very needed.

2. I think companies should invests in people. For example componies should develop employees skills or give them benefits that are usefull to every day life. Of course giving more money and promotions are also important things.

3. No. Company where I work is my first job and I am very very happy there.

Looking for a job for most of us is some kind of challenge. One of the most important factors is a financial claim. The Biggest part play non-financial benefits with a good work environment. Stability employment is also crucial with a development opportunity.

2. What do you think companies can do to reduce employees turnover ?
Companies should raise salaries and giveaway benefits. The key part plays respect, healthy work environment and harmonious team.

3. Were you ever not satisfied with your job? - If your answer is yes please describe the reason.
I don’t have a lot of experience, but from my experience I didn’t have any inconveniences. I was really glad in the place I worked.

1. Right now I think there would be 4 things that I'd be important for me while looking for a job. In random order let's begin with working hours and possibility for remote work. As someone who wants to be a developer, I'm not tied to workplace. I can practically even travel and work at the same time, so it would be really nice if fully (or almost fully) remote work was allowed. Of course if there's a need to be in company then there would be no problem to work in office, but it would really be a nice touch, if I could work anywhere I want, when there's no need. Another great thing would be flexible working hours. People sometimes have more energy to work, sometimes they're just stuck on same thing for a long time, even if it's easy. I think that choosing when to work and when to make a break, helps avoiding such situations as sometimes even some short walk can help solving a problem which we can't tackle in front of monitor. Second thing I'd look for would be mentoring. Getting a good guide on the beginning of carrier may have great impact on our future, so it's important to find a job where we have someone we can learn from, and who's actually willing to pass his knowledge to us. Next important thing for me is atmosphere. Even the best paying job can feel like hell, if there's a bad atmosphere in team. It's really important to get along and enjoy our work. Lastly something that I think had to appear even if some people disagree with it - payment. No one honestly wants to be a charitable organisation for his employer.

2. When it comes to big corporations then there's probably only one answer - salary. In small companies though probably what makes people stay (or leave) is probably mainly atmosphere. Even in our comment section, you can see that atmosphere and friendly environment are very important factor of happiness.

3. Not really, but I didn't have any full time job yet though, so my answers about above topic may change in near future, as I'm currently looking for a place, where I can stay for longer.

1)
The most important factors for me are this, the work - which I will like to do. I think most people are unhappy and hate their work because they do not do what is really interesting to them. Also, a company and team, a good atmosphere and working conditions. So, that the salary matches what you have to do.
2)
I think companies can make one day a week remotely. Also, a good idea to motivate employees to do their tasks, providing some bonuses or gift certificates. And of course, make some place for rest in the office.
3)
No, all companies were good enough and I was pleased to work.
1) What factors are important for you while looking for a job?

The first question that I ask myself when I think about changing a job is "what kind of people work there and what do they think about that place?". Atmosphere in a workplace is a major factor for me and I think I would be able to turn down an offer which offers me significantly better paycheck if I knew that it would be hard for me to get along with other people there.

2) What do you think companies can do to reduce employees turnover ?

Loyalty programs would be a great way to keep valuable workers in one workplace. If somebody thinks that after few years he/she is not appreciated enough there is nothing that would make them stay if they later got a better offer. However, if there would be a really good bonus after working for a some amount of time it would be very tempting for people to wait and get that prize.

3) Were you ever not satisfied with your job? - If your answer is yes please describe the reason.

Most of my time working I have spent as a freelancer. This way of working has its good sides, but very often it is just a test of patience. Clients change their minds pretty much every time you show them a finished product. The "last small changes" are never last. There is always something that you "should have thought" about and they are not willing to pay extra for your extra work. As long as the project is not finished they think that your 10h of work is as expensive as your 30h. Some people even think that you owe them some kind of lifetime support...

1) What factors are important for you while looking for a job?
Probably the most important factor is the possibility for further development and learning new things. If there is no such a possibility, then no matter how much you earn, your real value will decrease. The other thing is the ability to work with up-to-date technologies and some flexibility in finding solutions. Of course, things like earnings, prospective for promotions, office location and the possibility of remote work are important as well.

2) What do you think companies can do to reduce employees turnover?
The answer is the whole video that you included. :) Companies should trust their employees, the hierarchy should be clear and settling different internal things should be easy, not like the example given in the video, because an employee could become feel like a cogwheel in a huge machine. They should also care about employees. I mean giving them ability for participating in trainings, attending in conferences and attaching them to new projects, rather than keeping in rusty one for decades.

3) Were you ever not satisfied with your job? - If your answer is yes please describe the reason.
I wasn't satisfied with my previous job, mainly because of not clearly specified tasks and misunderstandings related to that.

1) What factors are important for you while looking for a job?

I think the most important factor for me would be three things:

1. A possibility to learn new things and to grow as an artist.
2. Feeling of trust and respect, being able to show my creativity and feeling that my ideas are heard and considered.
3. Good atmosphere, where people share knowledge with each other.

2) What do you think companies can do to reduce employee’s turnover?

I think it starts with good onboarding. If we feel like home from the day one, we are more likely to stay there and feel a part of the group. A good practice is to assign every newcomer a “buddy” – a person from the company that will show the nitty-gritty of the new job, take him to lunch, introduce to the rest of the peers.
Apart from providing employees a good start, employer should make sure that everyone has a room for growth, is fairly compensated and recognized for their contribution. Especially the latter is tricky. Most people do not feel appreciated enough and that makes them frustrated.

3) Were you ever not satisfied with your job? - If your answer is yes please describe the reason.

Yes. The main reason why I was not satisfied with my job was lack of organization and opportunities to grow and learn anything new from my colleagues. I’ve had numerous situations in which my boss told me, to change something in the project that wasn’t mine, or reproached me for mistakes, that were made by someone else. Additionally, I have learned nothing, even though they knew, how important it was for me and ensured me, that I will have a chance to learn new things. After two weeks I was already discouraged to work with them.

1) The most important factor for me is perspective, room for improvement. Before I get a job I always ask myself a question if it would be a step up. I need to be in constant improvement flow, climbing up higher and higher. What can change my mind? I'm not really sure, because my ambition does not let me stop.

2) From my point of view investing in employee is a big one. Making sure that he is important to them and not only seen as an asset, but as a person too. Nowadays standards are high, but companies are competing which one will provide better workplace for employees.

3) Yes, I was. The main reason was that company didn't meet my needs of improvement, about which I was writing in 1. paragraph. That journey didn't last long, because after 3 months working there I moved to better suited company for me.

1. One thing bothers me the most. The first stage of employment process is bypassing HRs. Their only job is usually to look at applications and CVs and choosing ones they find suitable. I have the sources from inside one of the most well known companies, and what this source tells me about recruiting is that some kind of magic happens on the first level of recruitment process. Reasons of why you are processed to participate in the second round or not - are completely depended on a person that looks though those applications. And sometimes they just don’t find you interesting, just because.

2. Look at google, some people think it’s awesome to work for google, but in reality typical employee does kind of trivial job. And soon they leave it just because it’s not interesting. Then they leave. Turnover isn’t a bad thing, it’s a progress.

3. My job satisfies me. But my internship was boring, it was a web service full-stack developer internship position and I find web development very boring.
1. An important factor when looking for a job for me is a flexible work schedule, as I'm studying now. Also, important factors are the working conditions, relationships with other employees and the salary, of course.

2. I think there is a high turnover of personnel in those companies where the work is very difficult and exhausting. For example, working at McDonald's. This is a job that requires a lot of effort from you, and many people can't stand it for a long time. I think reducing working hours or introducing two or even three shifts of work will help in solving this problem.

3. I can't answer this question, as I have worked nowhere.

1. The most important factors to me seems to be salary and job atmosphere. It is easier to work with someone who is wiling to help you and does not laugh at your lack of knowledge, especially when you are new employee. Being nice and polite to each other makes our days in work brighter.

2. Companies should be fair to their emlpyees. There have to be no mobbing, every person has to be equal and be praised for their success. Good treatment of employee rise their productivity and willingness to stay.

3. Yes, I was working in company where workers were not respected by the employer. There was bad atmosphere, beacuse of supervisiors behaviour. It was hard time for me, not because of work, it was not that difficult but my boss was not truthful, and due to that there were problems- along with salaries...

1. There are plenty important factors for me. Some of them are:
- the culture organization,
- the ability to learn new things
- money of course.

2. Companies should treat people with respect and be fair.

3.Yes, I was not satisfied, because my first job was very boring for me. It didn't challenge my mind, tasks were very simple and repetitive. I couldn't learn new things what was so frustrating. Happily, my coworkers were fantastic and they were trying to make my first job easy and not stressful.
1) What factors are important for you while looking for a job?
On the first place for me is the project I would be working on. It must be interesting, complicated, I want to be proud of what I'm doing. On the second place is the atmosphere in the company and team, I like to work in a friendly atmosphere. And also salary :) Location could be a plus, but not such important.
2) What do you think companies can do to reduce employees turnover ?
In my opinion, respect and atmosphere are the most important factors, they make people wanting to go at work, but not to force 8 hours off work.
3) Were you ever not satisfied with your job? - If your answer is yes please describe the reason.
Yes, I was unsatisfied on my previous job, because there weren't any communication with teammates, just "hello" and "bye". Also there project wasn't interesting, just writing a simple code.
1. First of all, culture of company. I hate it when someone is staring at you and control everything you do. I prefer when employer trusts me and my qualifications. Another thing is clarity of work. I mean: what I have to do, how I do it and how much time I have. I have situations when the project was without control and team didn't know what to do. It was frustrated.

2. Employee turnover is typical for IT craft. Of course I'm against such things, but when I see how customers treats their partners in business I think it will not change for a long time. Sure, we can say to plan things and take extra time for trabules in the project, but most of problems in projects are because of IT's customers.

3. As I said before when I was in the team and our project was a total mess. I thing it's the worst feeling in the job. You know there is a problem, but you cannot do anything

There are three important things for me: people, money, self-development. Money is quite obvious one. People - I can’t imagine working with the people who I don’t like or who don’t like me, in my workplace there are crazy cool people and I am very happy about that. Self-development - because it’s pointless to work at the place where you cannot advance and grow. Unless you are Bruce Wayne, if you’re Bruce Wayne then it’s ok :)
Have people love each other and reduce hierarchical relationships. You know, when you’re scared to watch on your boss or talk to him/her. The company I work at has grown pretty big lately and it’s still no big deal if a newly hired junior goes to the owner of the company and ask him to take a cup of coffee together.
No, never. Some time ago I worked in a place where I was paid little and haven’t really had an opportunity for self-development but the colleagues were so good that it was difficult for me to change this job.
1) The most important for me while looking for a job is to make sure it's something I am passionate about. It needs to be something that wouldn't be a torture to do for most of the time and something that won't kill creativity. A place or tasks that will help me to develop my interests. I'm aware of the fact that it's impossible to always do only things I feel most comfortable about and happily willing to do right away. But it's the most important not to hate what you need to do most of your time.

2) Employees in general most often look for stability, decent salary and preserving at least some of their free time. This means any sudden changes, lowering salary or inability to take some free from work days may result in looking for some other workplace.

3) Most of the time I work more or less like freelancer, taking some commissions from time to time, occasionally selling my works on art fairs or taking part in designing smaller graphic projects and I find it rather satisfying. On the other hand my former full time job was a nightmare. Horrible work hours, salary inadequate to amount of hard work, working weekends. And furthermore it had nothing to do with my education and interests.

1. When I look for job I mostly focus on technology and projects I would be working on to be sure I would achieve as much progress as possible. Then I focus on the salary, localization, benefits and companies policy of dealing with employees.

2. I think they should give their employees challenging task, good salaries and a feeling of being important and progressing. They should also support their employees and always be ready to help when they get stuck.

3. I haven't been dissatisfied with my job yet and I hope it will never happen.
1. I'm not original and first thing that I look at when looking for a job is money. Although I don't think this is the most important part of a job offer. When the money is fine, I focus mostly on location, company size, recruitment process and little things that happen during the recruitment process, like communication, honesty and willingness to cooperate in finding a compromise.

2. I think the video covered the most important things. If you treat your employees well, trust them and listen to their needs everything should be fine. Also I think that there are two things very important for an employee, first is feeling that the work you do means something and second, self-development.

3. No, I think that being a programmer is very privileged. Currently programmers are quite desirable and IT companies really care about their employees. I'm satisfied with my job, not only on the wages level, but mostly with working environment.
1. In addition to the salary, of course, working conditions, additional options, workplace and work topic are also important.
2. Add options such as a gym or be nice to employees.
3. I've always liked my job, I tried to do what I like.

Week 11 [03-09.06.2019] The problem with ecological cars emission in UK

The problem with ecological cars emission in UK Since the adoption of the European Emission Allowance Directive in the European Parliament, all car makers have tried to submit. Since 1992, the Euro I standard has been in force, which limited the emission of carbon monoxide to the atmosphere. The Euro VI standard currently applies, which limits the series of exhaust gases. These include: hydrocarbons, nitrogen and carbon oxides, and dust.   The most significant change was brought by the Euro IV standard. For the first time it introduced the limitation of nitrogen oxides, which are responsible for the harmful compounds of smog.   What is smog?   Smog consists of sulfur oxides, nitrogen and carbon. In addition, solid substances such as suspended dust (PM). Dust suspend in atmospheric aerosols may be in liquid and solid form. These can be particles of sea salt, clouds from the Sahara and artificial compounds made by people. These compounds often come fr
