1. Do you have any habits that you find similar to those in a video?
Of course I have! First of all I’m trying to eat clean and limit using social media to stay focus while working. Those simple habits are really game changers.

2. Which of your habits would you change to be better version of yourself?
Probably listening to podcasts or audiobooks instead of music. I used to listen a lot of audiobooks and the video actually remind me of it.

3. Are there any habits that you are proud of ?
Yeah, getting up at 5:30 in the morning is what I’m proud of the most, it has definitely changed my life.

Do you have any habits that you find similar to those in a video?
Yes, I have. But in some cases i have both, as in my article I explained last week, this video is also includes some part of procrastination and if you continue your habits with no return with self-motivation the life continues well, but if you miss one, the whole line is being cutted.

Which of your habits would you change to be better version of yourself?
Taking daily routines and keeping tracking them would be great. Unfortunately, I still cannot take notes very-well of what I have to get done tomorrow.

Are there any habits that you are proud of ?

Yes, I am selfish, and no matter what other says of being selfish. You need to put yourself first to help the others. It's like in the airplanes, first you take the oxigen mask, and then you help to the others. There is always one thing to remember, life is a challenge, people comes and goes in your life, but you have only 1 shot in life. :)
1. Do you have any habits that you find similar to those in a video?
I have a lot of habits like everyone. The habits accompany us to people all our lives. It all starts when we are small children and parents should teach us only the good ones. For example, making a bed in the morning and throwing dirty socks into the laundry basket is a very good habit. Thanks to this, when we grow up, we don't have to learn it. It's just normal for us.
Like in the movie, I prefer to go to the gym with friends than for a beer. I love eating fruit and healthy products instead of chips. As a child, she learned to drink water and I can't imagine drinking coke today all the time.

2. Which of your habits would you change to be a better version of yourself?
I have a problem with overtime lately. I am still at work and want to do more. Of course, I do it of my own free will. It would be a good habit for me to leave work on time. Thanks to that I would have more time for university and private life. Unfortunately, I don't know how to fight it. I would like to do too many things at work. I will gladly read your opinions on this subject :)

3. Are there any habits that you are proud of?
My good habits are definitely it:
- drinking only water - I don't like juices, I also drink coke rarely.
- I do not touch items in the store, thanks to which I buy unnecessary things less. I just walk around the store and watch
- as soon as I get paid, I set the amount for the next month and put the rest of the money away. It allows me to save quickly
- I always go to the gym at the same time
- in the morning I make the bed
- I immediately put dirty socks in the laundry basket
- I immediately hide dirty dishes in the dishwasher

1. I have couple of habbits. First I woke up every day around 6 am and excersie a little and t hen take a cold shower. I try to eat healthy food every day. This two little habbits changed a lot in my life.

2. I think if I could limit time I spend on social media or playing video games on console it would change my life a little bit. On the other hand I am always late to university classes and I think I should work on this as well.

3. As I mentioned in the first point, I am very proud that when I wake up early I exercise every day. I has been doing that since beginning of last year so it will soon be two years. Also taking cold shower every morning is a important habbit for me. At the begining it was very difficult to do it every morning especially in winter but I got used to it.

Yes, I have a lot of habits similar to this video. I go to the gym, try to eat healthy, read a lot of books or listen to audiobooks, but sometimes I simply stop and have a few day break from my every day plan.

I would love to start organizing my day with a planner and stop wasting time on watching videos or movies.

I'm proud of going to the gym and learning new things every day. I try to stick to it as it really gives me a relief from stress. I feel like because of that I'm feeling like I do something in my life that makes me a better person every day. It sounds silly but because of this two things I didn't give up yet.
Wow, a very interesting movie, tells the truth about life. As my good friend said: "You have results or excuses in life". Back to the topic, I have similar habits. I always go to the gym after work and classes. It allows me to keep a balance between work and life. Currently, I don't have enough time - I lead an intense lifestyle, so I try to plan everything well. I would like to sign up for martial arts classes and Swedish language lessons - these are probably my plans for the future. According to the last question, I feel proud that I started eating healthy. I avoid sweets, sweet drinks, junk food. Remember - we are what we eat!
Kacper Gąsior said…
1. Yes, some of them. I'm trying to eat healthy. Of course, it's hard to deny yourself pizza or chips, but I'm trying to limit it and eat as rarely as possible. Another habit that I share with the guy on the right side of the video is reading a book on my way at uni. He was listening to an audiobook, I prefer ebooks, but all in all it's almost the same.

2. I think I would like to do more sports in winter. In spring or during summer it's quite easy to motivate yourself, but when the weather is worse and the days are shorter, it's really hard to motivate yourself for some physical activity.

3. I'm proud of my reading habit - everyday I read a book for at least one hour. Another one that I'm proud of is ability to concentrate at work. I'm not getting distracted by things like Facebook or phone calls, when I'm working I'm concentrating only on this.
1. Do you have any habits that you find similar to those in a video?
Yes, of course. The video shows the rather common behavior that most of us have. Comparison of healthy lifestyle with unhealthy and their effects. Personally I am able to admit that some of the behaviors depicted in the film are also manifested by me. For example, unhealthy nutrition after returning home, no gym or distraction at work.

2. Which of your habits would you change to be better version of yourself?
I would 100% change my diet. At each dinner, eat a salad, eat less fatty and fried foods, be more fit. In addition, together with my friend I would start going to the gym. I would turn a passive lifestyle into a more active one, because sitting constantly in front of the computer doesn't affect me very well, and I feel it.

3. Are there any habits that you are proud of ?
Of positive habits, I consider productivity the most valuable. I am very systematic and hardworking, If I receive a task that requires completion within a certain time, I will always do it on time. I am economical, I always save more money. I like cleaning and maintaining cleanliness in the whole apartment and in my workplace. I am diligent and a perfectionist, I always try to do everything perfectly.
I also would like to listen podcasts instead of music while driving or going to work :) I am impressed of your habit with waking up so early in the morning, how do you do that ? :D I want to try!
I agree with you about connecting habits with procrastination topic. Those two things are life changing. I also think about myself in the first place because I want to make my life happy so then I can make others happy
I also share some habits with you that were taken and learned in my childhood, like I mostly drink water and put away other stuff. There is very short line between our work and private life and often it's hard to have them on the same level. I want to spend time in work because then I feel that I'm developing myself but on the other hand I can see that I'm not spending so much time with my friends or family because of that.
I'm impressed with your habits of waking up so early and excersies. I have to give it a shot. One day I just stopped playing video games because I didn't had time for that but I can feel It changed my day schedule.
Thx for sharing your opinion. I share your feeling about watching videos and wasting too much time on it.
You have very intresting habits plans for the future and I hope you will be able to learn them! I also share your habit of eating healthy which is so important.
I also have this problem that during winter time I don't do much physical activities because of the weather and temperature. I prefer staying at home. But I found out that this is better time for studying and learning as you spend more time at home :D I'm impressed with your habit of not getting distracted while working. I can see for myself that I'm loosing focus too often.
I as i can read You are not procrastinating your tasks which is very good habit. It is usefull in so many things. About diet try eating new things, maybe you will like them and replace them with fat or junk food.

Yes, I do. I try to always choose healthy food, do sport and listen to audiobooks or podcasts while standing in traffic jams. I would improve my sport habit, because unfortunately are irregularly. In return I always choose to walk instead of using car or public transport. Listing to podcast is my new habit, but it is really addictive and I feel much better after it. I think, my habit which I am most proud of is healthy eating. This is choice of everyday and sometimes big effort, but it is worth it.

1.Do you have any habits that you find similar to those in a video?
Yes I do, especially about junk food, but in recent years, I try to eat junk food less and less, I don't want to get a unhealthy body.

2.Which of your habits would you change to be better version of yourself?
Before studying in PJA, I had some hobits e.g. gym, band, composing music, but after choosing to study IT, my hobit become only computer...I know this is actually a bad habit, I just hope it will be less busy in study soon, e.g. I haven't touched (bought) guitar these all 3 years in Poland when I used to play guitar for 8 years, I will pick up this habit again after graduation.

3.Are there any habits that you are proud of ?
Yes, if "giving up habits" counts, just kidding, commenting this website everyweek is one of my interesting habits now.

Do you have any habits that you find similar to those in a video?
Yes, for example limiting accessing social media or chatting online with my friends while being at work. It really increased my productivity.
Which of your habits would you change to be better version of yourself?
I really would like to have that inner need to search or read about something really interesting. I do that a few times a week but I really would like to be an everyday ritual for me that I am really committed to and nothing else at that moment concerns me.
Are there any habits that you are proud of ?
Yes, seeing my girlfriend getting up after 7 a.m. or sometimes even at 8 sharp, I am really proud that I force myself to get up at 6, go to work earlier and leave earlier which in result leaves me more time after to do whatever I want. Also I am proud that I study in the evenings at the university while working full-time at the same time.
Obviously, I have some of the habits that were shown in the video. I would say that I have some of the good ones and some of “bad” ones. But honestly, I don’t think that all of the “bad” habits are actually bad. For example, I don’t understand why listening to the news in the car is worse than listening to the audiobook. I don’t think that I would change any of my habits to become better version of myself. If there was something that I don’t like about myself I would just change it. I think that my balance between “good” and “bad” habits is good. It’s impossible to have only the “good” habits because then living wouldn’t give you any joy, and living with out fun is not living at all. I don’t think that there are any particular habits that I’m proud of. I just think that my habits are good and they suit my personality.
Kuba Berliński said…

1. My habbits are somewhat between both sides from the video. I slowly try to fight myself to be more right-sideish.

2. Most likely food habbits. I would like to be able to eat healthy all the time and resist the willingness of grabing something unhealthy ocasionally.

3. I think the habbit I'm proud of the most is being able to wake up in the morning. I no longer sleep until the evening, but until 8am instead.
Do you have any habits that you find similar to those in a video?
Yeah I have many that are similiar. Some from the "bad" part some from "good" part. Overall I don't think that this video depicts reality properly. It is based on some stereotypes. Radio being "bad" is one of them.
Which of your habits would you change to be better version of yourself?
It's hard to tell right now. I think none of those shown in the video. However, I want to slowly improve my time management so I do my tasks in a more efficient way and have more free time for myself.
Are there any habits that you are proud of ?
No, I am not proud of any of my habits. Since they are my habits I consider them something normal and that is why I have never though that I should be proud of them.
1. I have habits similar to those in the movie, but rather bad ones. I like junk food (sometimes!) And sleep longer or go to the gym.

2. All of the above I would change to: healthy food, more sport activities.

3. I do not think that I have any habits that I am proud of.

1. I try to go to the gym after my work, because it would be hard for me to pitch in when I postpone it.

2. When I do some task and suddenly my phone rings, it's hard not to check what it is. Then I start checking my Facebook or Instagram and distract myself. I'm not focus on task and it takes longer to finish it.

3. I always make my bed after getting up. I try to hide all my clothes to wardrobe when I take them off and dirty one put in laundry basket. So my room isn't messy.
Marta Matysik said…
1. Of course. E.g. when I driving a car I choose radio or Spotify. I like listen to music. I wouldn't be able to focus on the audiobook, and I prefer paper books. When I was working behind the desk I was able to train or go to the gym 6 times a week, but now it's different so the movie has little to do with what my day looks like.
2. I would like to motivate myself to run in the gym or in the woods once a week. Maybe I would like to change my diet a little. I don't eat a lot of meat but I would like to eat it even less.
3. Certainly that I have been training and giving as much as possible regularly for several years. And if I have more things to doI'm more motivated and have better results.

1. Do you have any habits that you find similar to those in a video?
Yes, I don't attend to gym or swimming pool but usually this is because of lack of time.

2. Which of your habits would you change to be better version of yourself?
Eat much healthier but the cash or time really makes it hard.

3. Are there any habits that you are proud of ?
I started to eat carrots with a hummus for the breakfest and I am very proud of myself as IT guy carrots will be good for my eyes,
Piotr Bednarek said…
1. Yes, firstly I always drink water before meals
because it is beneficial for digestion. I eat high-protein breakfast and I try to reduce the amount of junk food and cream soda. In addition I work out four times a week, because it help me to clear my mind and relax after exhausted day. I think that I follow many of habits that was published in the right side of video. In my opinion such habits make us positive, motivated and make sense of our life.
2. I am night owl so I have a problem with waking up before 8 a.m. This habit is burdensome, because I constantly oversleep and I'm overdue at work. I tried many tips to overcome oversleep but nothing helps. I will try again in summer time because it is easier to wake up when the sun rises.
3. I'm pround of working out four times a week. In addition I really appreciate that I reduce sugar and sweets in my diet. Moreover I'm happy that I don't have problem to save money and I get my money worth. Maybe that habits aren't special, but they are a part of my daily life.
Dawid Piotrak said…
Yes - I have plenty. Ones are good for me ( not smoking, drinking alcohol ) others not so much ( being lazy in terms of cleaning ) but generally the balance between them looks more right-sided. I'm actively working on myself and the left-sided habits however whenever they are bothering me or someone close to me. Some of them i wouldn't just call habits anymore but more like an addiction. Working out have been always my interest and it's hard picturing myself living without it.

1. Do you have any habits that you find similar to those in a video?
I do. I go to the gym, try to eat as healthy as I can and always aim to sleep at least 7 hours at night. Also I rarely try to meditate, just like the right version of the man in the video.

2. Which of your habits would you change to be better version of yourself?
I am very happy the way I am right now as I made a huge progress in this field in recent years. There surely must be something that I can improve but nothing obvious just doesn't come to my mind.

3. Are there any habits that you are proud of ?
Yes. I am proud of my habit of regularly going to the gym and sleeping at least 7 hours at night.
Thx for your opinion. My habits are eating healthy, not being late for anything and planning ahead what i'm gonna do.
I share your feeling bro for the habits we have.
Thx for sharing your opinion. I like your habit with waking up so early.
Thx for sharing your opinion!
You have many habits that you should be proud of ! Mnichu mnichu
Do you have any habits that you find similar to those in a video?
I do watch a lot of youtube videos. I also were meditationg in the past but stopped it because it didn't worked for me.

Which of your habits would you change to be better version of yourself?
Sometimes i watch too much youtube wideos and i would like to have a habbit to read a book because i do like it a lot but it is easier to watch a quick video than read for an hour. I have to have really good book to do that but would like to can read anything that is.

Are there any habits that you are proud of ?
I've started programming more often lately. It's still not a habbit but im making progress in it so im proud of that.
I have many habits, of which I am not proud, not to make the bed in the morning after getting up, evening socks on the floor. Everyone has a lot of good and bad habits. My good habit is breakfast after getting out of bed and walking the dog :)

I would like to change it when I get up and when I go to sleep. Additionally, I would like to limit youtube watching.

I am proud to be confident. In my opinion, it is a very useful habit, which makes it easier to learn and cope in life. I am also not selfish and I always think about the good of both sides.
Do you have any habits that you find similar to those in a video?
Yes i do, when i'm traveling to work or school I'm always listening to podcasts, audiobooks or debates. It calms me so much more than music or news.
Which of your habits would you change to be better version of yourself?
Last year i had an episode when for 7 months i was going to the gym every single day but lately i've lost my drive towards it and i'm trying to figur out why and start doing it again.
Are there any habits that you are proud of ?
Yes, i'm very good in budgeting and not spending money on unnecessairy things.
Ivan Mazuryk said…
1. Yes I do. I'm using the to-do list to organize my work. That's boosted my productivity and gave me a little bit more time for personal life. Also, I liked to listen to podcasts/audiobooks on my way to somewhere.

2. I would like to eat much healthier and go back to the gym.

3. I've limited social media surfing and youtube watching, in the result, I have more time for my hobbies and personal life.
1. Yes, I do have some habits, some of them are good bet there are aalso the bad ones. I tend to go to sleep at the same hour and not too late, so I don't suffer from sleep deprivation etc.
My biggest problem is eating junk food. Sometimes I just can't fight with it and end up eating a whole bar of chocolate in 5 minutes.

2. I would definitely like to end eating so much junk food and switch to more healthy energy sources.

3. Probably the one where I'am trying to get enough of sleep, it is very important and good for health. I'am also good at not spending money on unnecessairy things, if I decide to save money for something I tend to stick to the plan.

1. Yes I do have some good habits. I'm trying to keep with daily to do lists and organize my time wisely with planner, so the deadline nightmare is not that bad for me. Also I'm very focused during working hours what makes my job more effective. I'm trying to go to sleep at the same hour to have more energy next day. Unfortunately I have some bad habits too.

2. Definitely my diet, I should start eating clean and on regular hours. Moreover I think I should dedicate more time for self-care rituals and start my day with some green tea or stretching to reduce my stress level.

3. No I don't think so. For me being organized and having healthy habits should be a standard and normal thing.

Do you have any habits that you find similar to those in a video?
Maybe not all of them, but at least a few... I usually read ebooks or listen audiobooks and podcasts while I commute to work and school.
I try to make checklists, as I have trouble with keeping in mind all stuff. I drink glass of water when I wake up and don't drink sweet and fizzy drinks at all. I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and I even can't remember when I ate snacks like crisps.

Which of your habits would you change to be better version of yourself?
Probably the list would become too huge, so I try to point out just the main issues. I would like to go to sleep and wake up exactly at the same time each and every day, no matter if it's workday, weekend or holiday. If I mentioned sleeping, it would be cool to wake up at 5 am - it's way much ecological approach, as I would waste less energy for lumination and I would have more time during the day. Eventually, I would really like to go running early morning.

Are there any habits that you are proud of?
I am proud of the fact I consequently save and reinvest money every month. The other quite good thing is that I read a book/listen to podcasts or audiobooks every day and try to develop my IT skills as well as other fields of knowledge (business, finances, investing, economy).
Well, first of all I love that that melody from video it's In the Hall of the Mountain King I enjoyed!

Do you have any habits that you find similar to those in a video?
The most important thing that I've noticed and it's in common with me it's daily routine or so called "Groundhog Day". Nothing changes except lifestyle. In other hand, I found some similarities from both negative and positive sides. It can be laziness and spending time in social media
Which of your habits would you change to be better version of yourself?
I would change couple of my habits and want to get rid of laziness.
Are there any habits that you are proud of ?
Yes I'm responsible person. I don't delay tasks which are really important. I know how to motivate myself.
Szymon Kluczek said…
1. Yes, some of them I spot on my own turf everyday. For example everyday I go to work early morning and I leave only then I complete all of the tasks, I was given that day. Another example is going to the gym, I work out regularly - 3 times a week. Of course I also have some bad habits similar to those in the video like for example eating unhealthy snacks in front of the television in the evening.

2. I think I should start eating more healthy food in lieu of fast food and high calorie snacks. I should also start my day with nutritious breakfast instead of having just a coffee every moring as I’ve been doing so far. It would be also great if I managed to quit smoking.

3. I very proud of my motivation to work and being so hard-working. I am also happy that I watch my waistline by doing exercise systematically. My other good habits are for example being thrifty but not mean at the same time, or going to bed always before midnight, it’s very important for me to be fresh and ready to work next day.

I have my own good and bad habits. If it comes to work I am more like the guy on the right side - I work all the time, at work and at home :) I used to eat junk food like the guy on the left, but then I got some stomach troubles and had to had the extremely strict diet. Now my diet is not as restrictive, but now I can stop myself if I want to eat something unhealthy.
I want to have more work-life-study balance, I’d have more time for self-development and improving my physical condition. I hope soon I’ll make that possible!
I used to drink very little water some time ago. So I made that a habit: when I’m at work first thing I do is I go to the kitchen and take a glass of water to my desk. When it’s next to my laptop I remember to drink more. Then when I’ve finished the first glass I immediately get up and going for one more, then one more and one more. Usually it’s 4 glasses during working day which is a lot for me !

Yes, I have a lot of bad habits and most of them are connected with my laziness, and it's very difficult for me to change. First of all I've to stop eating junk food and start sleeping regularly. I have to go to the gym, because I have about 15kg overweight, it's even difficult to breath. The biggest problem is to self-motivate, but when your body starts glitching, you have to. I'm very hardworking at things that I'm interested in.

1. Yes, I have. I try to eat healthy food, try to organize my everyday care. Since last year, I started to note long-term tasks to have better control over them.

2. Two years ago I listened and read a whole ton of books every time I could. Now I want to return this habit. And I want to exercise regularly because now I exercise only when spending a lot of time in front of the computer.

3. Yes, I have. My best habit is to not distract myself when I have some work to do.

1. Yes, for example I also workout after school and spend the time with my friends after I finish all the targets which I have to do. Firsly obligations, then having free time. Moreover, every day I am trying to eat at least 1 fruit. To be honest it washard for me because I always forgot about it, so I started to set up alarm clock in my phone. Now, I remember to eat it every day.

2. I would like to give up on junky food. If I did it, I think i would be proud. Also, I think I should start to organize every day. It may help me do more thigns and be more productive.

3. I am proud of my change which I am still succesfully doing from a year. Healthy food, Gym and learning intersting things every day. Or almoust every day. I am proud of it.
