Week 9 [10.12-16.12.18] Should Marijuana stay illegal nowadays?

I'm pretty much sure that most of you heard about marijuana legalization in Canada a while ago (link) and maybe you also heard how quickly all the stores run out of it run out of it.
So, at the moment - Canada is the second country in the world (after Uruguay) that legalized recreational cannabis.

But still, there a few types (or I would rather say groups) of people with their thought about that topic:
  • - those who support legalization
  • - those who are against it
  • - and as usually - those who don't care at all

Everyone has their argument ready to discuss. But there is no compromise at the end of the day.
Please, check out those videos by Kurzgesagt and PsychedSubstance and answer questions below

  1. What is your opinion about weed legalization? Should it be legal only for medical purposes or completely free to everyone as alcohol is? Or should it be completely banned?
  2. How do you think - is weed consumption can result in willing to use something harder?
  3. What can make the worst impact on human mental and physical health - weed or alcohol?
  4. Have you ever experienced any paranoia or similar conditions because of drugs or alcohol? Or maybe you saw someone with such symptoms? If yes - describe your experience.

It should be legal. The point is: it is as natural as tobacco or alcohol. Both of this things are addictive anyway. Weed being illegal is making black market stronger.

How do you think - is weed consumption can result in willing to use something harder?

The same way as alcohol or cigarettes. People have need for experiencing. Different things. Speed, art, music, socially. We seek emotions, we seek pleasure, excitement.

What can make the worst impact on human mental and physical health - weed or alcohol?

I am not a doctor. I have seen some programs on the topic. In the end, most of them actually show that weed is not more dangerous than alcohol. Also, I have never heard of person being high on weed and aggressive at the same time. Which is often a case when we think of alcohol.

Have you ever experienced any paranoia or similar conditions because of drugs or alcohol? Or maybe you saw someone with such symptoms? If yes - describe your experience.

This one is going to be short: no, never.
>What is your opinion about weed legalization? Should it be legal only for medical >purposes or completely free to everyone as alcohol is? Or should it be completely >banned?

In my opinion it should be as free as alcohol is. Personally I would smoke it like once or twice a year. I'm not a huge fan of drugs and alcohol, because they are unhealthy. It's quite funny that typical stoners who smoke weed everyday say that this is healthy- it's not. Kale is healthy, not weed. On the other hand I find it better than alcohol. Marijuana is very popular in most civilized countries so why do not make it legal? It's better to pay taxes for it than buying it from some gangsters...

>How do you think - is weed consumption can result in willing to use something harder?

No, I do not believe so. That's what our grandmas and grandads think ;)

>What can make the worst impact on human mental and physical health - weed or >alcohol?
I would say that alcohol is worse. But that does not mean you should smoke weed everyday. If you smoke it like once a month or two months it should not affect you in some negative way, but I'm not a doctor.

>Have you ever experienced any paranoia or similar conditions because of drugs or >alcohol? Or maybe you saw someone with such symptoms? If yes - describe your >experience.
I've seen some people that were not very familiar with Marijuana and their first experience was not very good. But same thing is with alcohol - most of us have terrible experience with first alcohol party.
Actually, I have a pretty neutral position in this question. It does not matter whether weed should be legal or not, because I simply see consuming drugs as a waste of time. If people got nothing better left to do, then ok. Maybe, selling recreational drugs will support country's economy, who knows?

Weed can be processed in a way that could replace many modern necessities in a more efficient way (biodegradeable plastic, paper, possibly oil if my memory serves me right). Some want it legalized because of its usefullness, but lobbying and misinformation are keeping it from being used. Some people just want to smoke it without fear of punishment. People smoke cigarrettes and drink all the time, what makes weed any different? Thats why it should be re-legalized. I Have never experienced any paranoia or anything similar because of weed

I've never been interested in any research on the effects of marijuana. However, I am sure it helps with many illnesses. People suffering from Parkinson's disease or multiple sclerosis should be treated with it. Also, I think it's unfair that people are judged after smoking or even owning the marijuana. I consider that it's much healthier than alcohol.

When I was in Amsterdam with my close friends, we have tried marijuana. However, after that, we didn't have any willing to try something harder. I think it's untrue.

I've never experienced paranoia or any other unexpected feeling or behavior after consumption of alcohol or any stimulants.

What is your opinion about weed legalization? Should it be legal only for medical purposes or completely free to everyone as alcohol is? Or should it be completely banned?

I am not familiar with this topic but from my point of view it should be legalized. First of all if it somehow helps treating then I don’t see any contraindications not to use it. Secondly, if someone really wants to find a marijuana, he/she will find it. That’s why I think it should be officially legalized.

How do you think - is weed consumption can result in willing to use something harder? Actually I have no idea but I would say that it depends. Everything depends on the person and willpower. It’s really hard to predict whether it will result in using something harder or not.

What can make the worst impact on human mental and physical health - weed or alcohol? I strongly believe that someone has already made a research about this topic but it wasn’t me that’s why I have no idea but I’d say that it's alcohol. I have a few friends that are alcohol addicted but I don’t have anyone which is drug addicted(at least they hide it good enough).

Have you ever experienced any paranoia or similar conditions because of drugs or alcohol? Or maybe you saw someone with such symptoms? If yes - describe your experience. Personally I’ve never experienced any paranoia because of drugs or alcohol. I don’t need any alcohol or drugs to experience paranoia 😅 My friend told me about his first experience of smoking weed. I won’t forget his story about entering some other galaxy of swirls and patterns.
It is proven that marijuana is much less addictive, less harming than the legalized drugs and even potentially good for health. Thus i do not understand why it is still illegal and the only thing that comes to mind is some conspiracies of alcohol and tobacco producers.
I think that consumption of any kind of drug especially alcohol and tobacco, can result in wanting to try something harder, so it is not an argument against marijuanna, but about awareness and education about drugs and their effect instead of blindly banning them and expecting that everyone will just forget about drugs existence.
Alcohol is proven to destroy neurons, marijuanna is not, so i am with weed on this matter.
I am certified mycologist(if you know what i mean) and one time i got a really bad trip, that can shortly be descripeb as a hell trip with all the demons, fear and other standart stuff. This experience changed my life in a better way, and i know that drinking alcohol untill someone is unconsious never changed their life for better, so once again legal drugs lose in my book.

I think that it should be legal just because people who want to try it can easly get it from illegal sources and the only thing that they should worry about is a police. I think if everyone can easly own it so it should be allowed.

I think that every person is different, some people go for weed or drugs just because they are in pain and others just to try it out and explore. I think that some people might want to try something harder just because they didnt find the one thing that they were looking for but I don't think that it would make someone want to try something else just because he tried weed.

I think both things can be used in reasonable doses. When someone is addicted both alcohol and weed will be unhealthy.

I didn't try weed at all and I haven't drink any alcohol for almost a year but I don't think I ever experienced that. but I saw few people that had terrible first experience with alcohol ;).
For me the issue is clear alcohol is free to be purchased by people old enough marijuana should follow its model and we would quickly see it stabilizing as just another thing that we use to enjoy ourselves.
Weed consumption and lead to ppl seeking out harder drugs but it is so now just that we seek them from unknown sources and we are even scared to look for help if we do overdose or get sick because of repercussions.
Both are dangerous for mind and body i would say weed is worse for mind while alcohol is devastating for body and in a lot of cases really harmful to ones mind.

I saw dunks getting paranoid while in conversation to the point they started attacking others within minutes, dont know about stoners i dont deal much with them/never seen one get paranoid.
I don't care about weed and other drugs. I don't use it and i would not recommend to. Also i don't blame people who are in love with weed and other similiar staff. What's about medical purposes, i would say, that if it helps, so why we need to ban it? Let people use it whenever they need it.
Here is a thing, that people who lived 300, 500 years ago didn't use it and i'm sure, that their life was awesome. A lot of people nowadays can't imagine their lives without weed - it calls addiction. So i can't understand, why are you trying to compare bad things(weed) and worst things(alcohol).
Luckily, i've never had a bad experience with alcohol or drugs and i'm proud of it, that i'm not a guy who has a fairy tale about the day, when he was drunk and made funny/stupid things.

Weed should be legal, as well as alcohol, more and more countries are opting for full weed legalization because they see huge profits in it. Will legalizing weed lead to worse addictions? I do not think that, nowadays if you want to buy weed in countries where it is banned you have to go to these people from the dark star and often they urge you to manage something heavier.
It seems to me that worse the human body works alcochol which is legal. I've never seen someone get paranoia because of a lack of herbs or something like that.
Marijuana will be legalized at the federal level once the government figures out how to make as much money as possible from it. At the end that’s all they really care about. They obviously don’t care about our health or alcohol would be illegal. Just an opinion btw =)

In my opinion weed should be legalized for any use. This way government could control process of growing weed, collect taxes from sales and undermine criminal organizations. Some people might try take something stronger after they get used to weed and it becomes boring, but I don't think that making weed legal will increase the percentage of those people. Either alcohol or weed in improper dosages can be very harmful for physical and mental health and it is rather impossible to say one is worse than another. I don't remember having any paranoia or similar condition. One of my friends after smoking probably hashish had problems with speaking, breathing, his heart has pounded heavily and was quite scared about his life. But after sometime everything came back to normal.
I believe that legalization is better than prohibition. Prohibitions are not effective and in my opinion they cause more negative consequences than if all drugs were legal. Above all, supporters of prohibition are dealers and mafias, because thanks to this trade in prohibited substances in the "black market" is much more profitable. In Arab countries, for the trade or possession of drugs there is a risk of death and yet more people do it ... I believe that first and foremost possession of drugs for personal use should not be prohibited, because we are free people.

Yes, I know a lot of people who started with cigarettes then switched to alcohol, marijuana and finally started to take "hard drugs".

I think that both alcohol and cannabis used too often and in too large quantities are very harmful. However, if I had to choose, it seems to me that alcohol has a much worse impact on people's behavior, because it causes aggression, people do things that they do not remember.

Yes, it seems to me that I have heard about people who experienced paranoia after psychoactive drugs. My friend told me that in his hometown, one man ripped his belly, thinking that a squirrel was sitting in it. He was after taking the afterburners ...

First, things, first that's such a great article. Being a legalization supporter myself, it's always nice to see someone bringing forth the topic.
As for the availability, I strongly belive that cannabis products not only should be legal but also less of a taboo. I think this lack of support comes from lack of knowledge about the subject. When it comes to marijuana being a first step to more serious drugs, well in current situation it may be critical. Hence, the need for education about the subject. Bringing canabis back from the forbidden zone, may be less hatmful than we can imagine.
I think it should be illegal still, maybe only for medical purposes. I belive that weed is harmfull besides what a lot of people say. I have friends who smokes couple times a week probably every day and you can easly say that he is a smoker as he speaks very slow and is very annoying. Of course alcohol and cigaretes are harmufull as well so I am not sure why weed is still illegal :).I remember my first time when i tried weed and it was worst feeling ever, i felt disoriented and very uncomrotable, I guess weed isn't for me.

1. I think that weed for sure should be legal for medical purposes. I will even consider to make it completely legal like an alcohol becase people should decide on their health and what they want to use or not.

2. I think that it is possible that after taking weed someone can take something else but it is not a routine.

3. In my opinion it can has bad impact on your life when you use it too much and too often and I don't see difference between alcohol and weed.

4. A few times I was a bit drunk and I was feeling a bit dizzy. Nothing special and unusual after drinking acohol.
1. What is your opinion about weed legalization? Should it be legal only for medical purposes or completely free to everyone as alcohol is? Or should it be completely banned?

In my opinion, the weeds should have been legal for a long time, both for medical and recreational purposes. On the market there are more dangerous stuff like alcohol or cigarettes. Control of marijuana will only have a positive effect.
2. How do you think - is weed consumption can result in willing to use something harder?

Also like alcohol or cigarettes. In general, it depends on the person, but I think it can "help" to step over the "red" line.
3. What can make the worst impact on human mental and physical health - weed or alcohol?

Of course alcohol. Have you ever seen before to alcohol uses in medicine? Surely not.
4. Have you ever experienced any paranoia or similar conditions because of drugs or alcohol? Or maybe you saw someone with such symptoms? If yes - describe your experience.
This is also called a “bad trip”. It all depends on the environment, the people around you and your ability to relax. Dose is also a very important thing.
I think that weed must be legalized and be available with the same rules as alcohol because I think that alcohol is not less bad as weed and I don't understand why one type of self destruction component people can by mostly without restrictions and another one is banned and this case huge price on this thing and a lot of problems with this.

I know that a lot of things can cause bad consequences but mostly everything can cause this bad things if we do something wrong especially alcohol so we need or ban everything that is bad or control it but not do selective laws.
I think that Marijuana should be legal. Firstly I think that it is less harfmul than many other things that we can buy legally. I am talking here about alcohol, cigarretess or junk food. Obviously same regulations are necessary, and we have to know that even if we legalize it there still will be some people addicted from it. My point is that if we legalize cannabis we will be able to control it better. With proper control cannabis will become safer for people and can bring some income to national budget. Personally I don't believe that legalizing it will push more people towards hard drugs but that is just my opinion and it's not based on any research.

I think that everything is for people and it's their decision how to use it. I have no problem with weed much less that I have never tried it. I don't like to smoke but I don't want to decide what can be banned for other people. It's only your life, future and decisions. Be careful!
Yes, of course it can be result of weed consumption but as I said... we have to think and be careful. Person who has no sense of proportion is making a big mistake which can lead to addiction.
What can make the worst impact on human mental and physical health - weed or alcohol? It depends... I have never tried weed so I don't know that feeling and that's why I choose alcohol. It's very dangerous disease because it's very easy to subordinate to that. I know some people who are having lot of problems by alcohol.
No, I have never experienced any paranoia or similar conditions and I really don't want to suffer that. I have heard about that and that's enough.

When it comes to the legal matters concering consumption of marijuana I'd say that legalisation of the product could result in immense gains for the treasury of the country making a decision to legalise what we now consider a drug. The word "drug" carries a huge load of negative feelings surrounding it, mostly due to the fact that some of what is considered class A drugs are causing true harm to the society and it's individuals. Hence putting a huge stigma on marijuana, whilst the aftermath of sporadic intake is not as deadly as it's described by the nay-sayers to the matter.

2. Frankly it's difficult to predict, a person who's curious of what the earth has to offer might put his hand out to try something of a bigger impact on the nervous system stimulant, but whether the reason he does so is the curiosity or "hunger" caused by repeated inhalation of marijuana fumes is hard to define. But in my opinion, reasoning in a way "I like tomatoes so I will also like ketchup and everything tomato made" is shallow and we shouldnt consider marijuana being a cause of other drug consumption.

3. Definitely alcohol, I've never seen an aggresive stoner, whilst a sight of a fight-willing drunkard is not uncommon.

4. I tend to strain from mind altering substances, however an alcohol blackout is something that happened to me.

1. What is your opinion about weed legalization? Should it be legal only for medical purposes or completely free to everyone as alcohol is? Or should it be completely banned?
In my opinion as Marry is legal now for medical usage it should stay as it is. That's cause I know what are the results of takin' this drug. Anyway, it's more dangerous than alcohol, not medically, but it's makin' ur brain "stupid". I don't understand the way that Marijuana users tries to popularize it and make it "cool". Legalization, ads, general talking of young boys.

2. How do you think - is weed consumption can result in willing to use something harder?
Yes, you can see result how it's "fun" smoking "green", why not check the other drugs, the result of it.

3. What can make the worst impact on human mental and physical health - weed or alcohol?
Worst impact physically - alcohol for sure.
Worst impact mentally - weed. I know a lot of people consuming Merry and know how they changed over years. It's addictive, not physically, mentaly.
But the thing is that I can consume alcohol in small doses and be consious and take fun of party etc. while a bunch of boys smokin' Merry are laugting in stupid way, sayin' things that are... "cringe". It looks stupid - their behaviour.

4. Have you ever experienced any paranoia or similar conditions because of drugs or alcohol? Or maybe you saw someone with such symptoms? If yes - describe your experience.

None.
Saw a lot of smokin and drinkin guys making stupid things. I think that the best way is to know "how much you can take and stop at the right moment", not to make you do stupid things.

In my opinion marijuana should be legalized. If the state allowed the sale of marijuana, it would earn a lot of money on excise duties, etc. By the fact that it can’t be bought with the consent of the state, a black market (illegal trade) was created. In fact, alcohol is a worse stimulant and affects the desire to do stupid things. Marijuana prompts us to relax. Marijuana is not a drug. It's just a plant like tobacco. I have never experienced paranoia etc. after Marijuana.

I believe that marijuana should be legal and not only for medical purposes. I think that it’s not worse than alcohol.
I don’t think that weed consumption can result in willing to use something harder. Everyone knows, that the effect that marijuana gives not the same as cocaine or LSD effect, not even close.
I don’t know, but in my opinion alcohol can make the worst impact on mental and physical health. Everybody knows that alcohol is killing almost all your internal organs.
I’ve never experienced such conditions, I’m not a big fan of alcohol or any kind of drugs though. I saw someone with such symptoms from alcohol, but I don’t really want to talk about it because it’s about my family member.
1. What is your opinion about weed legalization? Should it be legal only for medical purposes or completely free to everyone as alcohol is? Or should it be completely banned?

I think that it should be legal like alcohol or tabaco. Everyone should decide what to do on his own.

2. How do you think - is weed consumption can result in willing to use something harder?
It can - and it's the same with alcohol or tabaco. I wouldn't try to find any rule here.

3. What can make the worst impact on human mental and physical health - weed or alcohol?
Alcohol I would say. I think that everyone has seen at least once alcohol addict somewhere. Impact on such person is huge. I've never seen weed addict, and I can't say nothing about long term impact.

4. Have you ever experienced any paranoia or similar conditions because of drugs or alcohol? Or maybe you saw someone with such symptoms? If yes - describe your experience.

No. Usually people are either smiling or being aggresive, but I don't remember anyone with paranoia symptoms

There is ongoing discussion about weed legalization. Some countries allow access to marijuana, while others are increasingly restricting this access. The forbidden fruit tastes best, so I guess that access to the marijuana should be completely free. I’m a person who don’t smoke, drink alcohol and is only addicted to sport, so everything is in our head. If you have a strong will and you consume only weed, you shouldn’t have problem with something harder. But if you are weak and susceptible to influences, it may be much easier for you to fall into a addiction which can cost your health. Both alcohol and weed are destroying nerve cells, so their influence on human body is obvious. From mental point of view, it depends on the type of man. I know people whose behave is like every day after use. Others can’t forgive themselves such a weaknesses for weeks and that thought kills them mentally. Directly, I have never had contact with marijuana and I wish let it stay that way.

As for me marijuana should be completly legalized. Even for people which are don't smoke it will be beneficial, because the regulation of consumption of legalized drugs is much easier than not legalized and it will be much easier to protect young people from it.
I'm not sure. I believe that smoking weed, not the main thing why people starting to use something harder. For sure it could be the reason, but for now mainly due to marijuana not legalized.
For sure alcohol. You can easily find statistics of how many peoples dies every day from alcohol, and only a few registered cases when people die as a result of consuming marijuana.
Once, I saw such a man which were experiencing paranoia after marijuana, i think in addition he also uses some drugs...

1. What is your opinion about weed legalization? Should it be legal only for medical purposes or completely free to everyone as alcohol is? Or should it be completely banned?

It should be legal as alcohol is for sure. Second thing is - when you're buying legal weed, at least you know what you're smoking. Nowadays, when weed is illegal, it's hard to get some natural weed.
I'm not a smoker, but I used to smoke from time to time and if you smoked too - you know what I'm talking about.

2. How do you think - is weed consumption can result in willing to use something harder?

Totally not. I never thought about getting any drug or something. I rarely drink alcohol and even less often smoke weed.

3. What can make the worst impact on human mental and physical health - weed or alcohol?

I think that the answer is alcohol. People who abuse alcohol are aggressive, they lost their families etc. When you're smoking too much weed, you're getting lazy and less creative.

4. Have you ever experienced any paranoia or similar conditions because of drugs or alcohol? Or maybe you saw someone with such symptoms? If yes - describe your experience.

Nope, because I'm not overdosing alcohol or marijuana. Of course there are situations, when you drank too much, but mostly it ends with a blackout.
When I smoked too much, I was just lazy and I ate a uncountable amount of food. That's it.

In my opinion weed is one of the best medicine for cancer patients, people with deep depression or for people who have chronic problems with appetite. Also it's a good medicine for people who have to get treatment of hard drugs addiction. In other cases I don't think that weed's legalization is a good idea. At least in countries like Ukraine or Poland where most people don't understand what is culture of drinking or smoking.

Often soft drugs could be a bridge for something harder. Especially for people who have predisposition to addiction. So be aware my young rastafarians, not all of you would become Bob Marley. Many of you have a big chance to be stupid jankies in the future.

What can make the worst impact on human mental and physical health - weed or alcohol? The answer is alcohol of course. Is it mean that you should smoke big tasty joint before you go to school? The answer is you should ask your parents.

About personal experiences I'm not sure that this conversation course is a right place for discussing.

4. I saw someone with such symptoms from alcohol not from weed, and I think this person had looked like an overdose.!
We all should agree that marihuana is a drug and drugs have a bad influence over us. But, as it was proved, marihuana can be helpful is some medical diseases. It’s hard to say, but in my opinion weed should be use only in medicine to help people, definitely it should not be legal as alcohol.
If we start being addicted from weed, after time our body will learn to take more and more weed and finally, we could stop feel anything from it, and then, maybe we want to take something harder.
In my opinion both, weed and alcohol are pretty bad. And both can have an extremely bad impact on our body. I can’t say which one more, because they “destroy” us in different way.
I have never taken any drug and I drink alcohol very rarely so I haven’t experienced any kind of paranoia or other common conditions.

I think that it should be legal, mainly because it's a natural plant so why you want to ban something, that is created by nature? Everyone should know their limits and everything should be fine

How do you think - is weed consumption can result in willing to use something harder?

It depends on person, who is trying it. One can say stop, another one not. But it doesn't have to be after trying marijuana

What can make the worst impact on human mental and physical health - weed or alcohol?

I do not have any experience with weed, but I think that it's alcohol - people are often more aggresive after alcohol, than after weed from what I can see

Have you ever experienced any paranoia or similar conditions because of drugs or alcohol? Or maybe you saw someone with such symptoms? If yes - describe your experience.

I didn't had any.
1. I think weed legalization is a smart move- we can tax it and make some money for schools, hospitals etc. Legalization means also a death to drug gangs. After legalization goverment can in some ways control the consumption of marijuana which is better than hunting for young people with small amounts of weed.
2. I would say "it depends". For some pople it can result in willing to use something harder but I think that for most people it won't work that way but who knows...
3. Both used frequently is dangerous but probably alcohol.

In my opinion weed should be legal - there are plenty of benefits of this move for example cleaner and more safe "product". As we now can see, Netherlands got their weed legalized and we don't hear about any tragic experience with this drug compare to alcohol. Poland is more conservative in this area, which is a dowside in my opinion. Weed should be legal despite of the health benefit it can also open your mind in many aspects. I think marihuana is more safer than alcohol - you are more aware after it rather than alcohol. Nowadays weed is like forbidden fruit, everyone wants to have/use it - alcohol is lik "huh, I've done it everytime, nothing special". If people were thought how to use this drug properly, then I don't see any potential dangerous reason not to legalized it. As for other drugs, I can't find any hard drug similiar to marihuana state. I would say this - any addiction may cause threats to you health, no matter if it's drugs, food or habbit. You have to use it carefully and predict some scenarios. As for comparasion to alcohol, weed has less efect on our body, maybe except of the "gastro" phase - during it, person can get really fat :D Besides that, alcohol can do more harm to our body and mind. I haven't experienced any serious paranoia, just the drug effect itself - I know how to use it safely without any danger to myself or more important - to others. I'm fully aware of that cause I learned it myself.

In my opinion, marichuana should be legalized mainly for medical purposes, but a small amount of possession of thc should not be banned. Marichuana is even less harmful than alcohol so let UNban it? Big problem of marichuane is just want to try for harder drugs and this is very much a minus of these pluses. not everyone can use them who is very vulnerable to addiction. Alcohol has a much worse effect on human brain and behavior. Man is more aggressive and more willing to get into trouble and violence. Never after the thc ignition I was not aggressive but rather relaxed and willing to different types of conversations. after alcohol it's a different matter...
I think that marijuana should be legilised when alcohol also is. Like, alcohol has much worse influence on people mind. Marijuana isn't as damaging to your health etc. Ofc it should have some regulations, just like alcohol and cigaretes. Even if this case isnt enough, medical use of marijuana is know everywhere and people that got precription aren't saying bad word. So, why is it such a big problem?

Week 12 (12.01-18.01.15) Are you an early bird or a night owl ?

Owls are nocturnal creatures. They’re wide awake at night and they sleep during the day. If this sounds like bliss to you, then, like about 20 percent of the population who find themselves most active at around 9 pm, you may fall into the same category as our feathered friend. Night owls often have difficulty waking up in the morning, and like to be up late at night.  Studies of animal behaviour indicate that being a night owl may actually be built into some people’s genes. This would explain why those late-to-bed, late-to-rise people find it so difficult to change their behaviour. The trouble for night owls is that they just have to be at places such as work and school far too early. This is when the alarm clock becomes the night owl’s most important survival tool. Experts say that one way for a night owl to beat their dependence on their alarm clocks is to sleep with the curtains open. The Theory is that if they do so, the morning sunlight will awaken them gently and natura...

Week 11 [03-09.06.2019] The problem with ecological cars emission in UK

The problem with ecological cars emission in UK Since the adoption of the European Emission Allowance Directive in the European Parliament, all car makers have tried to submit.
