Week 5 [12-18.11.2018] How to Find the (PERFECT) Niche for Your Business

Almost every person in the world wants to live in the lap of  luxury. I don’t believe that you don’t want to buy a good car, live in a big house and have a huge amount of money in your pockets. Most people choose stability, but unfortunately, you will never be rich until you don’t own your business. When you quit your stable job, the very first thing you need to do is to find out what kind of business you want to set up. So, this video is about how to find the perfect niche for your business:

1.    Have you ever heard about Neil Patel before?
2. Are you a person that prefers stability?
3.Why don’t you need to pick a niche based on the income?

No, I've never heard of him before.
Yes, if it allows me to grow and progress, otherwise it won't keep me satisfied for a long time. I think that everybody understands that if you want to make a change in your life you should try to go beyond the bounds of your comfort zone which also means risk to lose stability. Would you live your life knowing that because of fear of losing stability you possibly lost the biggest opportunity in your life? I don't think so. So if you have an opportunity to change career for something that would satisfy you then I think it is worth a try.
If your chosen niche is well paid but it isn't what you like to do for life then you might consider other options. Although, I think the answer to this question will depend on the type of person and her or his attitude. I personally think that it's possible to find a decent job that could be both interesting for you and well-paid.

No, it’s the first time I hear about him.
For sure, I’m a person that prefers stability but I also allow some craziness and spontaneity in my life. I’m not too scared to loose chances in life and when I have opportunity and I see that it’s good for me, I often try it. So to sum up, I like stability and I often think about it but in healthy way, it means… not too much.
It always depends on situation. Sometimes if you are good at something that you don’t like and it’s well paid, maybe you should do it for some time and earn some money. Then after gaining enough money you can do other things that you like. Also you can find job that you like a little and also it’s quite well paid and do it for the whole life. I’m not that kind of person. I like changes and I’m not also sure what will I like after next 5 years.

1. Have you ever heard about Neil Patel before?
No, I haven’t.

2. Are you a person that prefers stability?
Everyone seeks stability at some points. Finding something that makes us feel the adrenaline rush etc. often comes after having everything else settled and stable. Pushing yourself out of the comfort zone requires of you to be in one in the first place.

3. Why don’t you need to pick a niche based on the income?
There will always be demand on all kinds of goods. The best answer to this question would simply be bringing out the Veblen good’s paradox.

1. Have you ever heard about Neil Patel before?
No,I haven’t. But I would like to know more information about him.

2. Are you a person that prefers stability?
I can't say that I prefer stability. In order to achieve my goals,
I risk, not for the adrenaline.

3. Why don’t you need to pick a niche based on the income?
First you need to decide you easier to work for someone or lead someone. Almost everyone starts with a job that you don't like, in order to gain experience and understand how this or that business works. Then after a while you can start your own business.
1. Have you ever heard about Neil Patel before?
No I have not heard about Neil Patel before.

2. Are you a person that prefers stability?
No, I'm not that kind of person, I like to risk sometimes - both for adrenaline and possible income.

3. Why don’t you need to pick a niche based on the income?
Because it won't make you enjoy your work and if it is not something that you know well then you will have to learn more about it which means devoting more time for it.
I have never heard of Neil Patel before.
Every man needs a certain kind of stability. It is easier to live with, for example, financial stability. Of course, if someone does not develop their skills eventually, this stability becomes very fragile. Likewise, with the assumption of your own business, you need to be aware that at the beginning there will be no income stability. I think that you have to be financially prepared for such a situation.
When it comes to finding a niche, it is not so easy. In fact, I think that revenues may be higher in less-popular industries. However, if someone is forced to do something that they do not like, it's better to find a day that will be a passion.
Fully agree with your opinion. Answers to those questions depend on personalities. Ofc, it is possible to find a decent, well-paid job, but you should think about freedom and not working on somebody.
I respect you for your opinion, we have something in common.
You mentioned comfort zone. Are you in a comfort zone now?
I would have to agree with you, we are always confused, is it better to work for someone or maybe i can lead people.
Do you like what are you doing now? Are you a fan of our job?
Unfortunately, a simple passion is definitely not enough. If it was, we would end up with everybody successful in their job earning millions. No, to create a big business, you need to analyse, make decisions, business plans, keep up with trands, make assumptions and predictions about what will be demanded next. You may be passionate about making typewriters, but... Who would choose a typewriter over a laptop in the year of 2018? Ok, it does need to be recharged, but... Ok, are we really going to discuss if a typewriter could be of any use now? You get the point.

I have never heard of Neil Patel before, but one thing I already agree with him -- make and interesting startup and have it consumed by Google. That is how it works.

This is the first time I hear about Niel Patel, but I agree with his thoughts in this video. Many successful people say that you have to do what you love to do. This attitude gives you an advantage over others because you will work harder and also get pleasure from it.
Being one the best in your job gives you more possibilities to grow and create successful business. I think that I am more of a person that prefers stability but I'm a freelancer right now. I'm developing my passion and starting my own business connected with it. Business beginings are harder than in a traditional job, but after some time it starts to pay off. Anwsering to the third question I believe that you can earn much in almost every field if you are the best!

No, unfortunately I have not heard anything about him but, having seen this video, I decided to follow his other videos. I find interesting things in the video.
Having a stable life can create conditions that a person can plan for his future more accurately.
Having stability makes it easier for you to predict the future more accurately and make it less risky if you decide to make changes in the future of your career or your own.
because we need an objective proof that our chosen topic or subject appeals to a sizable audience and is compatible with our monetization strategy.

No, when before I did not see this person.
Of course, all people prefer stability. But my stability is the daily search for new solutions and unique approaches to work. Of course, I need a stable growth, and for this, I need to choose a niche.
I just need to choose a niche in order to concretize my work, and as it was said in the video, even in a large market you can advance if you find a unique way to create a product. The only reason why it’s hard for me to choose a niche is that all the niches (in my opinion) are occupied, so if you do what already exists, you need creative ideas.
I have never before heard of Neil Patel, but it was interesting to listen to him. If I ever were to start my own company, I would listen to this guy more. It seems he knows this topic pretty well.
But I don't agree with you about not being rich until I own a business. Actually, there are quite a few people who do not own any business and are still rich. Maybe not "Bill Gates" kind of rich, but still. A lot depends also on your definition of rich. Do you need multi-million worth of assets? Or just enough to live a comfortable life until you die? Because this second definition doesn't really require neither owning a business nor earning hundreds of thousands per month. Often it's more about being frugal and saving and investing your earnings. And this is the kind of stability I'm really looking forward to.
Having your own business is actually pretty tough commitment. I often hear it requires much more than 40 hours per day of work. You think about your business every day, 7 days per week, all the time. If it's in trouble, you worry. If it's successful, you're happy. But you need to be passionate about it. Or it will be a very short living business. That's why you shouldn't pick your niche based on the income. Because if you pick something you don't really like doing, you will get tired with the problems pretty quickly and you will not have the energy required to keep it running.

Don't like the first question cose it's closed... and no.

Yep, I might say that quite a good description of me. On the other hand I would love to try new things while standing on solid ground.

Sounds like a question from textbook where the whole purpose is to answer as in text above so I don't think that's relevant. I'd rather pick niche where my passion is then money. If you good at something not like semy-good but really good there will be people ready to pay for your skill.

Never heard about the guy before.
When we have stable situation we can then proceed with assessments and plan making for future growth without worrying about any immediate issues. So i would say yes im a person that prefers stability, at least in some cases.
Niches are a great "tools" for businesses, even if u dont plan on staying within a specified niche you can always make use of one to start off. Find a niche, start your businesses with it in mind then with steady grow and good planning u can expand and even abandon it once you have resources and recognition. While no doubt its hard to run a business its easier if u have great/good starting point planned, and niches are great starting points.
I have never heard about Neil Patel, but after watching this video I'm quite interested in the rest.
I think stability is a good state for a part of life. You feel good, don't have to worry about your future, but as the times go, it can become monotonous and boring. For the start, I prefer stability. But you never get rich or achieve your highest goals without taking a risk. Opening your own business will lead you to wealth but only if you are ready to face high risk.
Choosing a niche for your business shouldn't be based only on the income. You have to be ready to put all your heart in it, be ready to sacrifice a big part of your life to grow up your business. If you won't be interested in the topic, it will be a nightmare for you.

I have never heard about Neil Patel before, but I liked his video and I agree with what he says. In everyday life I really like to take the risk and I'm not afraid to try out new things. I hate routine. People are so used to their everyday life and working 9 to 5 that they are mostly afraid to change something. They don't like what they do but they get money. With this, they feel at least stable. As it was said, looking for a niche is not a good idea. You have to work on something that you need. I heard ones that this kind of projects are very often the most successful. There may be many things that are similar but you product may give your clients something that others may not.

I think that I prefer stability. Thanks for that I can calm down and think about myself. I like to have clear situation about my school and work. I can spend time on my hobby and things what I like. I hate situation when I can't be sure of something. I like to plan my day and reach my private goals.

1. Have you ever heard about Neil Patel before?
No, I didn't.

2. Are you a person that prefers stability?
A think I prefer risk and curiosity, but I always should know that I have backup plan, and will not stay without penny, job and home.

3.Why don’t you need to pick a niche based on the income?
Why I shouldn't? Why I should trust a video on youtube? I think the main factor in business is work, if you work hard and believe that your goal is right sooner or later success will come.

1. Have you ever heard about Neil Patel before?
Nope, I never heard of this man.
2. Are you a person that prefers stability?
Ohhh yeeeees. I like stability. I'm introvert so maybe that's why, but seriously.
I like to have stable job, girlfriend. I'm enjoying quiet life. I like just to go to work, earn money, come back home to beloved one, cook together, eat together, then care about our animals. After that we often watch some movies or play games together. We're even studying at the same time. I don't like to go to parties, I don't like to risk my health, money etc. We prefer to stay at home and care for ourselves, away from this Warsaw noise, away from people who are hard to understand. We have a pack of friend. 5 people in it. We're seeing each other like every 2-3 weeks for .... 10 years now? I don't need anyone else. And it's not like we're not going for concerts or other events. We do, but we're quiet here, we just enjoy our hobbies.
3.Why don’t you need to pick a niche based on the income?
>??? I don't have to. I'm not even running a business. Well it's good to follow trends, but it's better to follow tradition. There is something in each country that will bring people no metter the trend is. And If you work hard on your business, if you have idea, you're creative you can even sell Spider to arachnophobic people... Ohhh wait. Lucas mascots.. It happend. It's just about it.

3. Why don’t you need to pick a niche based on the income?
Becouse I'd like to enjoy my work. The best situation is when you like your niche and get income from it.

I haven't, but after watching this video for sure, I will make more in-depth research on this guy.

I'm a person who is not afraid of challenges. I appreciate stability, but also it makes me tired after some time. That's why I like to take up new goals every couple of month which extends my borders.

You should focus on things you like if you think in the long term. It's better to do what you want and get less money rather than be depressed and sleep on it. That's my point of view, but I'm in a lucky position right now – my passion is a well-paid job. Nobody knows, maybe this will change in the future.

No, I hear about Niel Patel for the first time.
I tend more to the fact that I am not particularly attracted to stability. Under it are assumed a lot of things that do not depend on you, because your employer gives you stability, who takes the main share of decisions. I like to interact with processes that depend on my decisions. This is what gives personal and professional growth. And as a result, giving up stability can earn much more money.
But I do not exclude the fact that you can find your niche in the area that will be stable and will bring you good income and ensure you a decent life.
The main thing to do what you like. When working in any of the niches brings you pleasure and a good income - that's great!

No, I have never heard about Neil Patel before but He spoke very interesting. In addition, he picked curious subject. The chosen own life way directing by passion guarantee a success. Stability is my live motto I’m not fond of changes. I couldn’t myself in new environment so easy. Moreover I don’t like risk and sail in uncharted waters. In depends on the person if he/she choose niche with smaller or higher incomes. It’s better when someone pick job directed by passion. As Neil Patel mentioned people earn big money because they are fulfilled without any searching uncrowded niche.
No, I haven't heard.

Yes, I don't like changes.

When it comes to business, we don't have to choose a niche based on income, because, for example, even the poorest person must eat. Every business is good only in some it is bigger competition and in others less competition. Sometimes there is also a state monopoly that prevents private companies from doing business. In business, the problem is also high taxes, which makes it unprofitable to run a business with the change of regulations.

I have never been able to watch Neil Patel, but I'm happy to find such an interesting YouTube channel. It is possible that I will be on this channel more often.
In my opinion when you want to start a family, you need to have a stable financial background, so I consider myself as a person who prefers stability in life.
As it was said in the film, people who are rich did not earn such money because they wanted to be rich but they solved problems and they got rich on it. Looking at this thinking is quite right in this. I think the road to success is mainly about solving problems.

Never ever heard anything about this guy.

When it comes to the stability I think it depend on the area and my life. Family affects the career and the other way around. I don't seek for the financial stability in the first place, but it is a major concern. I haven't found what I'm passioned about yet, rather few things I'm good at.

If you are not the one doing the job, maybe it would work . There are companies that function that way. Simplifying, they acquire other companies and interfere only in decision making process. Based on the video, you don't decide what you do before you try it, so income is irrelevant unless you found few fields you're good at. Then you choose. Still sounds boring...
No, I've never heard this name before.
Who doesn’t? Most people prefer stability over instability. And I don’t think that stability equals ‘office work’ and instability equals own business. It depends on many factors such as: what company you are working for or what kind of business do you have and in what country. And coming strictly to next question I don’t agree with that you don’t you need to pick a niche based on the income. If you want to have a stability why don’t to pick a kind of business based on the income. I think it depends on the personal character. I can imagine myself having a business based on income and not on my personal preferences, but someone - can’t.

The problem with ecological cars emission in UK Since the adoption of the European Emission Allowance Directive in the European Parliament, all car makers have tried to submit. Since 1992, the Euro I standard has been in force, which limited the emission of carbon monoxide to the atmosphere. The Euro VI standard currently applies, which limits the series of exhaust gases. These include: hydrocarbons, nitrogen and carbon oxides, and dust.   The most significant change was brought by the Euro IV standard.
