I think it's possible and the worst are 2 first weeks when you are trying to change something but they it's becoming your everyday routine that you just stick to you just because you have been doing it for past few days.

I believe that in 30 days we can achieve any goals or make a new habit just by spending some time on it. I made in that way a lot changes in my life. It should be possible to develop a habit in less than 30 days. Probably the second week will be the hardest one, as your willpower will go down after first one and habit is still not strong enough by itself.

Developing habits by forcing it on yourself for few weeks is mostly common knowledge. Most people simply know it already and won't need a video.
