  3. We often say that "travel broadens the mind". Do you agree with this sentence?

I have seen this vlog before so I know the answer where they have been visited but the answer is still wrong, the least visited country is called Nauru. You guys can watch about this country from another youtuber -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7WKEZPF489U

2- What would your dream vacations be? Would you look for comfort, adventure, a place full of people, or rather wilderness?

A sea, island and malibu would be enough.

3- We often say that "travel broadens the mind". Do you agree with this sentence?
yes I do, since you get to experience a completely different world than the one you're used to. You'll see people living differently than you with different social standards and values yet their society still functions just as well as ours. You know what it feels to be an outsider when you read while travilling :)

1. Before watching the movie - what country did you bet is the least visited in the world? Have you heard about the place mentioned in the movie?
I have never wonder about calculating where people travel a lot and where they don't. I guess the least visited country in the world is the place I have never heard about before. Maybe somewhere in Africa? I had no idea.

2. What would your dream vacations be? Would you look for comfort, adventure, a place full of people, or rather wilderness?
My perfect vacations is spending time in nature, under the tent, with my friends. Where we could swim in the lake, sing and dance around bonfire, talk all night, read books meet new people and take a rest from city, mobiles and work.

3. We often say that "travel broadens the mind". Do you agree with this sentence?
I agree with that sentence totally. When I practiced low cost travels I had a chance to try hitch-hiking and couchsurfing, what gave me totally different experience with travelling than all inclusive trips. I met dozens of awesome people, I had a chance to sightseeing cities from a lokal people perspective and get to know the real culture and traditions which aren't mention in tourist guide.

1. Before watching the movie - what country did you bet is the least visited in the world? Have you heard about the place mentioned in the movie?
I bet on Svalbard.
Never heard about Tuvalu before.

2. What would your dream vacations be? Would you look for comfort, adventure, a place full of people, or rather wilderness?
Propably the full wilderness with not many people, where you can get to know everyone and help each other on the daily basis while days flow.

3. We often say that "travel broadens the mind". Do you agree with this sentence?
Yes, other places have other people and culture and we can learn many things from others to progress as a human being.
The answer is very simple - San Escobar :p and to be serious I thought it would be some kind of country in Africa. My dream holiday is to go to Japan because it's very important for me to discover the regional cuisine. Besides, I like Japanese culture and agglomerations very much, combining old with new, tradition with progress. I agree with the fact that travel broadens the mind, I have visited most of Europe and several states in the USA, so I had a chance to get to know different cultures, approaches to life, mindset. Every time I come back to the country I see things differently and I come to the conclusion that we are still a closed country but I hope that it will change quickly!
1. I have never thought about it before, but if I would have to guess I would say the least visited country to be cold and uninviting. It is surprising to see that this paradise island is (one of) the least visited countries.

2. My dream destination is Bhutan. It is a little country in Asia that consists only of mountains. The country stands out by its cultural isolation from the rest of the world. Much like Japan, Bhutan kept it's cultural differences to this day, decorating the mountains with colourful flags, marking the way to the temple that sits dangerously on a slipping slope.
When I travel I usually see cities, try regional food and watch the local customs, although my real passion is visiting the outdoors. Hiking trip in Bhutan would be marvellous to me.

3. Definitely! People that don't travel tend to have parochial attitudes. They are more likely to have violent tendencies to the minorities. Seeing the world by yourself and experiences other cultures gives a perspective on your own world.
I remembered a perfect comic about this topic: https://cdn-zenpencils.netdna-ssl.com/wp-content/uploads/2012-08-21-travelnew.jpg

1. Before watching the movie - what country did you bet is the least visited in the world? Have you heard about the place mentioned in the movie?

I have no idea, I’m really bad at memorizing the names of cities and countries. If I have to guess, it’s probably something really small or far away from the civilization. Something cold perhaps.
I did actually! Right now, I’m in the middle of “Maya”, a book written by Jostein Gaarder in which one of the main characters visits Fiji Islands. I think most of its popularity Tuvalu island owes to its location, right next to International Date Line, based on 180o longitude.

2. What would your dream vacations be? Would you look for comfort, adventure, a place full of people, or rather wilderness?

I don’t’ think I have one specific type of my dream vacations. I like to backpack travel, sleep under the stars and go from one place to another day by day. However, I wouldn’t mind staying in highly comfortable and chic places, full of people and splendor from time to time. The only requirement I have is to explore as much as possible, benefit from the surroundings and culture. It’s vital for me to do so, as my credo is that traveling broadens our mind.

3. We often say that "travel broadens the mind". Do you agree with this sentence?

Of course, I do. There is no better way to learn new things about different culture, habits and language than by traveling to that place and spending some time with native residents. Travelling not only expands our knowledge. It also teaches us tolerance, understanding, it shows us various approaches to everyday life and problems.

Before watching the video I would take for granted that Somalia is the least visited country, as it is one of the poorest countries and probably there is no government at the moment. It is also a very dangerous place, as the law is not respected, people live there on the edge of poverty and criminality is common there.
To be honest, I have never heard about this country before. I was astonished by the shape of the island as it looks unreal. I think we should definitely care about such places like this, its location and shape can cause that this place will disappear soon.

What would your dream vacations be? Would you look for comfort, adventure, a place full of people, or rather wilderness?
I am not kind of social person and I do not care about comfort too much. I rather prefer wilderness and adventures and the environment I love the most are mountains of any kind and size.

We often say that "travel broadens the mind". Do you agree with this sentence?
Yes, I truly agree with this sentence. I think that travels affect us in various aspects and let us learn about cultures, habits, climate, languages, economy. It might help make new friendships or even be inspired in an unexpected situation in a way that can help us set up a new company or simply find our own way. There are numerous examples of people who started their own business or created a product based on traveling experience. I would say that Dietrich Mateschitz (Red Bull establisher) is a great example, as he created his product by simply copying the original Thai drink. Another example is Philip Knight who was inspired by his travel to Japan and that let him start cooperation with Onitsuka Tiger and then establish his own company.
1. Before watching the movie - what country did you bet is the least visited in the world? Have you heard about the place mentioned in the movie?
When it comes to the least visited country in the world, I would bet on some insignificant islands that are practically unknown to anyone. Of course, such a place will not be mentioned anywhere, except in the form of trivia. Personally, however, I've never heard of Tuvalu and I'm not surprised at all, because if it wasn't for this post and the film or my own curiosity, I probably wouldn't know it for the rest of my life.

2. What would your dream vacations be? Would you look for comfort, adventure, a place full of people, or rather wilderness?
The holidays of my life would have to be far from the masses of people. I would prefer a holiday in the Scandinavian landscapes for sure, probably Iceland, because I was always fascinated by the rawness and originality of nature there. I associate such views with the fantasy genre, which is my favorite. In general, the climate in Iceland, the terrain, fauna and flora - all this stimulates my imagination and gives me some kind of inspiration. the holidays of my life would have to be far from the masses of people. A small cottage on the shore of a fjord with a beautiful view of the mountainous terrain is my dream. Complete alienation and forgetfulness of the temporal world.

3. We often say that "travel broadens the mind". Do you agree with this sentence?
As I mentioned in the previous answer, new experiences and visited places always give me energy and strength to act. My imagination starts to work better, automatically improving my mood. Of course traveling broadens the mind - it is also associated with learning about new cultures, customs and people. We can get different views on the facts and not trust stereotypes.
1. I thought that the country with the least number of tourists is some eastern block country. I've never heard of Tuvalu. However, after watching the movie, I really would like to visit this beautiful land. It looks fantastic and notice how the people of Tuvalu react when the filmmaker says he is a tourist - that's cute.

2. I am a person who likes peace and quiet, so whenever I have a choice, I choose a quiet place, without tourists, where I can calm down.

3. Yes, I fully agree with you. Traveling we get to know foreign culture, customs and cuisine. We can also meet lots of great people. Yes, we should travel, travel broadens the mind indeed.

1.I've never heard about it. I would bet it could be some island in Caribbean sea, not on Pacific. There is many small islands there.
2.I always look for wilderness and adventure vacations. But sometimes a week in some high-end hotel is also nice.
3.Yeah, I could agree with that. By traveling we can meet many people with much different point of view. Some of them can be inspiriting to try other aspects of something.

1. Wow, that was very interesting. I never thought about what country is the least visited in the world. I knew that there were very small countries, but I didn't even suspect the existence of such an exciting place as Tuvalu.

2,3. I don’t like the hustle of big cities, therefore I prefer small and not the most popular places among tourists, because often such places hide a great historical and cultural heritage. In a such kind of places you can truly feel the spirit and history of the country as well as the rhythm of life of its people.
What about my dream vacations? I would really like to take a break from everything in a place like Tuvalu. A calm and quiet place, on the ocean with such hearty people, this would be perfect.
1. Before watching the movie - what country did you bet is the least visited in the world? Have you heard about the place mentioned in the movie?
Before watching the movie, I bet that the least visited country by tourists is the Åland Islands. I heard about them for the first time when I had to add a system list of countries to choose from during registration. I have definitely never heard of this country before and thought that no one knows this country. I've never heard of the country mentioned in the movie before. I was surprised by the appearance of the island, its shape.

2. What would your dream vacations be? Would you look for comfort, adventure, a place full of people, or rather a wilderness?
My best vacation was last summer. I was in a secret room. I liked it very much. My boyfriend showed me around many islands. I consider this to be the best vacation ever. Everything was so amazing and exciting.

3. We often say that "travel broadens the mind". Do you agree with this sentence?
Yes, I agree with that. I think that travel influences us, our character and teaches us. First of all, some people are worse than us and that there are people in the world who have a good heart and character.

I can think of many countries, for example those which are the most dangerous so people don't want to visit them - like maybe Afganistan, Siria or North Korea.
I've never heard about this country before but it looks fantastic in the video and I feel encouraged to visit it someday.

My dream vacations consist of palms, tasty food, hot weather and a sea 😁
I would look for comfort and a bit of adventure, sightseeing and swimming. I've always wanted to visit Dubai or Caribbean.

I definitely agree with this statement. Every journey gives you new portion of knowledge, influences you and could change your point of view as a result of contact with new cultures and habits. With every trip we become more experienced and brave which is certainly helpful and valueable in everyday life.

I didn't really think of that too much but I thought some country located on an island but I didn't even know that type of island existed.

I watched this video a few weeks from now, but previously I didn't know this place existed.

I just had my best vacation. It had something of everything. Wilderness, comfort, adventure, friends, loved ones, it was just amazing (highly recommend to visit iceland).

Yes I agree with that sentence. It opens our mind to new things, knowledge, possibilities and gives us a glance of other country culture that can open our eyes.
Before watching the movie - what country did you bet is the least visited in the world? Have you heard about the place mentioned in the movie?
I was thinking that it might be a small island country but I had no clue which one is the least visited in the world. I have never heard about the country shown in the movie but it certainly looks beautiful.

What would your dream vacations be? Would you look for comfort, adventure, a place full of people, or rather wilderness?
Honestly, for me it always matters who I am spending my holidays with rather than where. Maybe complete wilderness is not my thing but other than that, I don't care as long as I am spending time with people I like.

We often say that "travel broadens the mind". Do you agree with this sentence?
Yeah, I agree with it. Travelling allows you to see things different from those you already know. Learning new allows us to perceive old in a different way which I think is the main meaning of "broadening the mind".
1. Before watching the movie I have thought of some random island country in the middle of nowhere. I think I might have heard of the place mentioned in the movie, but in a different context.

2. I used to like wilderness and adventure type of holidays, but now I only want comfort.

3. Yes, definitely. Traveling gives a perspective and a different point of view on some things.

1. before watching the movie I've thought that Timor-Leste or Kiribati. Yes I have heard about Tuvalu, I had geography in high school... And I don't believe that it's the least visited country in the world.

2. I don't really know - I think it would depend on what I need at this particular moment. Sometimes I need to rest and isolate myself so I'd choose wilderness, but I'd like to have some luxury holiday at least once.

3. Yes, of course. It gives us a different perspective, we can meet new people and this allows our brain to try&learn new things, what developes it.

I bet South Sudan is the least visited country in the world.
I've never heard about the place! It looks fantastic, have you seen plane tickets price from Poland though? :o
2) What would your dream vacations be? Would you look for comfort, adventure, a place full of people, or rather wilderness?
After watching the video, I think spending a week in Tuvalu would be perfect for me :) Especially with this kind of weather.
3) We often say that "travel broadens the mind". Do you agree with this sentence?
I agree and I'm happy that traveling is much easier and cheaper nowadays.

1. Before watching the movie first thought that came to my mind is one of the Africa countries. I've never heard about Tuvalu but I'd like to visit this country.

2. My dream vacations I would spend with my friends in a hot place where I can go to the beach and lay down all day. I'd like to visit some interesting and beautiful places or buildings near by as well.

3. Yes, I completely agree with that. While traveling you encounter with many different cultures and habits. You get new portion of knowledge and meet people with various point of view on same things.
1. Before watching the movie - what country did you bet is the least visited in the world? Have you heard about the place mentioned in the movie?

I think that the least visited country is some small island which is probably located near Australia. There is plenty of such countries where the population is only few thousand and the possibility to get to such country is near impossible.
I’ve never heard about the country in the movie. I’m not surprised because I have never been interested in topics like countries or geography.

2. What would your dream vacations be? Would you look for comfort, adventure, a place full of people, or rather wilderness?

My dream vacations would be without my phone. I think it’s the main thing that enables me to fully rest. The second thing should be the places without a lot of people, so the big cities or popular places are not for me. I like being in a comfortable place but this doesn’t mean I need a 5* hotel. I think that the person or group of people we are with is very important. We should choose the friends or family that we like to spend time with.
So my dream vacation is being on a small island with beautiful beach or turquoise sea. Living in a small wooden house near the beach where I can see the sunset with my beloved one.

3. We often say that "travel broadens the mind". Do you agree with this sentence?

I totally agree with this sentence. We only have one live so we should travel to see as many foreign countries and different cultures as we can. Watching how other people live and what their lifestyles look like opens our minds for new experiences. In order to become the best version of ourselves, we must see as much as we can and learn from others.

1. Before watching the movie - what country did you bet is the least visited in the world Have you heard about the place mentioned in the movie?

So in my opinion, it should be a small country, which is not on a continent so basically it should be an island. But my guess will be Lichtenstein which does not fit into the standard that I aforementioned. I've been there and there is nothing but one huge city. I do not recommend travelling there just for sightseeing. But if you are travelling and this country happens to be 'a drive by' place, then it is really worth dropping by.

2. What would your dream vacations be? Would you look for comfort, adventure, a place full of people, or rather wilderness?

During my dream vacations I would definitely like to experience a bit of adventure. I would avoid places full of people. Sightseeing would probably be in the wilderness rather than in a city. But that does not mean that I do not travel to cities. That's just my dream vacations away from civilisation with some best friends.

3. We often say that "travel broadens the mind". Do you agree with this sentence?

Well, in my opinion that's the quintessence of sightseeing and travelling. You travel for fun but you also learn a thing or two about the culture and state of mind of the native speakers.
Bartosz Waś said…
1. I had no idea about the name of the country before watching the video and I was sure I don't know it. However I expected it to be some small island identical to that one shown.
I have never heard about Tuvalu specifically.

2. My dream vacation would be in USA or Japan.

3. Yes I agree. While traveling you can meet a lot of people different than you with different cultures and lifestyles. You can also see a lot of things from many different perspectives.

1. I thought it will be country with very bad climate conditions, but I wanted to know exactly, so I asked uncle Google about that. Like you asked – before watching the video, so in this place I started to rewrite my comment, because I actually did the same thing like at the start of the video. The answer, of course, was Tuvalu)), and of course I never heard about this country and didn’t know where it is situated. But without doubts can say, that it is the real heaven on the Earth.
2. I think “vocations”, can exist in minds of those, who have already achieved something. Vocation, in classic meaning, is the rest to recharge your energy, but when you burn out, it will not help you. Relaxing it’s not what you need. But I`m talking about myself. I prefer some extraordinary emotions, for example, to get lost in the forest, or maybe in some cave under the ground, or climbing on mountain. I`m feeling a little bit nervous in closed areas or when I`m in situation, that doesn`t depend on me. When you have found the exit from such situations, it makes you feel like there is nothing that you couldn`t carry out.
3. Agree, and also want to add that it`s not the only thing that broadens the mind. But, for sure, it`s better one time to see, than seven times to hear.

1. Before watching the movie I bet the least visited county is Nauru. It is a small county located in Micronesia. I have learned few interesting facts about it. It is a place based on volcanic crater.

2. I have never heard about Tuvalu. But this island looks amazing. I would love to visit it. The view is amazing. I would like to talk to people who lived there and to know their traditions and culture.

3. The next place where I would like to visit is USA. I would like to rent a car and road it from the west side to east side. This is my dream vacations. I think it will be mix of comfort and adventure, because I will stay in each stops for a while. Car ride will be a great adventure. Moreover when it comes to people, it doesnt matter for me. It can be full or noone.
1. I thought poor villages in Africa were the least visited places in the world. No, I hadn't heard of Tuvalu before. Although I wonder why so few tourists visit such a beautiful place.

2. My dream vacation will be on a beautiful tropical island, with crystal clear water and palm trees around. But of course, besides relaxing on the beach, I would not refuse to adventure. I'd like to try scuba diving. I'd also like to have a party on the beach with my friends.

3. Of course, I'm sure traveling broadens the mind. The more we travel, the more we visit new places, the more we make discoveries and learn something new.

What would your dream vacations be? Would you look for comfort, adventure, a place full of people, or rather wilderness?
I like to spend my free time in silence, so I think my dream vacations would be to spend them on a desert island in the middle of the ocean face-to-face with nature. Such a holiday does a good job of clearing your head from the hustle and bustle of life.
We often say that "travel broadens the mind". Do you agree with this sentence?
Of course. Travel expands the outlook of a person. You can see how different people approach the same tasks that in turn develops you, because you can compare these approaches and choose the best ones, or look at the lifestyle of others and evaluate your own. So i definitely agree

1. I suspect it’s some kind of Island near Australia. I’ve heard there are a lot of places, which still are seen as a mystery.
This is the first time I see this place. For sure, it has some exotict vibe and definately it’s country that need more attention. Not only from tourist’s side.
2. I have always wanted to see Italy. Maybe it’s not something crazy and far away, but to be honest, until now I have been only in Spain and Germany. It is also mine small wish for the future to travel more. And as for Italy, I dream everyday about freshly grinded coffee and delicious pizza. This is the kind of holiday I want. With time to relax and ability to taste the culture of certain country – it’s the way that I rest the most.
3. Yes of course, 100% agreed! The only way to escape hermetic boxes in our mind is to get to know about other people, other cultures. It may really surprise us, how people live far away from our country. Travelling is definately learning by practice.

My first guess was North Korea due to the regime in that country and a fact that it is not open for tourists in general. Yes, I have heard about Tuvalu and I would surely like to visit this place in the future.

2. What would your dream vacations be? Would you look for comfort, adventure, a place full of people, or rather wilderness?

My dream vacations would definitely be adventurous and as wild as possible. I do not have any specific and dreamed location, but it should be something as much unspoiled by the people place as possbile.

3. We often say that "travel broadens the mind". Do you agree with this sentence?

I certainly agree with this sentence. I travel whenever I have a time to various places, mainly in Europe. I feel and think differently than usual when I do that. To be more precise, I feel more open minded and free from mind borders.
1. I’ll bet that it can be some small island in the middle of nowhere, where flights are very expensive. I have never heard about Tuvalu but it looks very cosy and one of a kind.

2. I would rather like to make a long trip across a continent to visit as many places as it’s possible. So it might be a mix of adventures, wilderness and place full of people.

3. Yes, for sure. Travels are very mind opening and they help us to look at many things from different perspective. We can learn from other peoples and see how they lives look like.

1. Maybe... some tiny island on some ocean? :D

3. Yes, for sure. You are meeting new people, new possibilities, new cultures, isn't it amazing and bewitching?
1 Before watching the movie - what country did you bet is the least visited in the world? Have you heard about the place mentioned in the movie?

I had a guess that it would be some kind of a place I would have never heard about if not for this reason. When thinking about least visited place I would aim for more syberian-like place, but I can't say that I am disappointed. I would have never thought and never heard about that place.

2 What would your dream vacations be? Would you look for comfort, adventure, a place full of people, or rather wilderness?

My dream vacations it would be to travel for a week to Bali - an island full of green tropical forests. It might be called a paradise on earth. I would love to spend my free time there.

3 We often say that "travel broadens the mind". Do you agree with this sentence?

Week 11 [03-09.06.2019] The problem with ecological cars emission in UK

The problem with ecological cars emission in UK Since the adoption of the European Emission Allowance Directive in the European Parliament, all car makers have tried to submit. Since 1992, the Euro I standard has been in force, which limited the emission of carbon monoxide to the atmosphere. The Euro VI standard currently applies, which limits the series of exhaust gases. These include: hydrocarbons, nitrogen and carbon oxides, and dust.   The most significant change was brought by the Euro IV standard. Week 12 (12.01-18.01.15) Are you an early bird or a night owl ?

Owls are nocturnal creatures. They’re wide awake at night and they sleep during the day. If this sounds like bliss to you, then, like about 20 percent of the population who find themselves most active at around 9 pm, you may fall into the same category as our feathered friend. Night owls often have difficulty waking up in the morning, and like to be up late at night.  Studies of animal behaviour indicate that being a night owl may actually be built into some people’s genes. This would explain why those late-to-bed, late-to-rise people find it so difficult to change their behaviour. The trouble for night owls is that they just have to be at places such as work and school far too early. This is when the alarm clock becomes the night owl’s most important survival tool. Experts say that one way for a night owl to beat their dependence on their alarm clocks is to sleep with the curtains open. The Theory is that if they do so, the morning sunlight will awaken them gently and naturally.
