Week 10 [17.12-23.12.18] Football physics

The ball is amazing, you can do amazing things with it, see for yourself watching
a movie!

  • Do you play any sport with the help of a ball eg football, basketball or tennis?
  • Did you shoot or hit an unbelievable, looking like Roberto Carlos?
  • Do you play sports that are not necessarily related to the ball?

Comments

I have a degree in a sport -- swimming. I also have professionally played another sport -- chess. So no, the ball sports were not a part of my life. Though I was a member of a university handball team, I cannot say that that kind of sport is for me. Oh, table tennis is a thing though. As an ambidextrous person I tried to play with two rackets. Not a good idea, as it turns out.

I am very interested in tennis sports and I play tennis on the weekends or days when the weather is not very cold or rainy.
I am not a professional athlete, I do not have professional shots, I am trying to enjoy exercising all the time.
Professional hitting the ball requires training and special skills which is achieved with repetition and experience.

Yes, I play football, not professionally of course, but it’s been my passion since I was a child and I love to do it from time to time with my friends. Recently, we were even participating in an amateur league and we played matches with other teams every Sunday. We didn’t do well, but it was still fun. :D
I don’t think that I ever scored such amazing goal and I think that not too much people did. This hit is considered one of the best in football history and I’m always shocked how he even did that.
I believe that ball sports are more fun to watch and play as they are mostly team sports. From those which aren’t related with ball, only swimming and riding a bike comes to my mind, maybe jogging also.

I was involved in football as a child and was in the teenage team, often went to competitions.
I had attempts to make such a blow, but it turned out faster, not sufficiently twisted, etc.
Yes, as a child I was an active child and was engaged in all kinds of sports that I was offered. After I had to leave football, I went to tennis, swimming, various other school competitions. In winter, I love to ride a snowboard, for me, it is an interesting and active sport now.

I have played with the ball games, such as football, basketball a lot in childhood and I enjoyed it. Unfortunately, my friends stopped playing so I have found another passion - rollerblading. Now I think that I have already reached semi pro level in rollerblading and I am getting even more excited from what I will be able to do later on. Now I am just terrified of performing some jumps and stunts. My favourite types of rollerblading are downhill, slalom, freestyle.

I think I played all the basic sports that use the ball. I often play football and, as I go back to my hometown, tennis. Roberto Carlos's strike against France is epic. I also remember when from the end line he screwed into the goal when he played in Real Madrid. When it comes to such an impact with the outside of the leg, I didn't manage to do so, because it takes a lot of strength to do so. I only managed to shoot similarly, but only on the inside of the leg.
Every year in March, I'm skiing in Italy. I wait whole year for this time :D

Everyone should do a sport, because it is healthy. I don’t play with any game with balls but I train Ironman. I consider to play on high level with ball people should be talented. In Ironman counts determination. I like watch every sport and I’m always support representation from my country. I saw shoot by Roberto Carlos and I’m very impressed what people can do with ball.

great, also used to play chess, but ak was small, I even managed to win the contest but it was a long time ago, swimming is a very healthy sport, all muscles work and in addition greatly improves the work of the vertebrate, keep it up!

It's the most important thing to do something only for yourself, in fact such an impact can not be worked out just like that!

The only sport I like - using the ball - is basketball. Everything else is gone. I have never been interested in football-related sports because I have always been a very weak player. I could never score a goal playing football, so I decided to do sports that are not related to the ball. I started going to the gym and it was a golden shot. I love training at the gym and I often encourage my friends to train together. I understood that everyone must find a sport that will satisfy him and in which he will be good.

I used to play football and as I remember I didn't have a great technique. But it isn't necessary for defenders so I was not so bad. Now I go to the field near my home and play basketball sometimes. I don't need a competition with others and I just need throwing a ball to a bucket for clearing my mind. So it's kind of therapy for me. Also I go to the pool because I want to keep my body healthy.

The problem with ecological cars emission in UK Since the adoption of the European Emission Allowance Directive in the European Parliament, all car makers have tried to submit. Since 1992, the Euro I standard has been in force, which limited the emission of carbon monoxide to the atmosphere. The Euro VI standard currently applies, which limits the series of exhaust gases. In addition, solid substances such as suspended dust (PM). Dust suspend in atmospheric aerosols may be in liquid and solid form.
