Week 10 [17.12-23.12.18] Food delivery services

I want to talk about proper nutrition as this is a part of each person’s daily routine.  There is so
much information now about how to eat healthy, but I personally don't want to dig into how to do
it right.  You need to understand such topics as "calories", "proteins, carbohydrates, fats", "snacks".
From my point of view, this is boring, first of all I would like to eat tasty food. However,  with time I
noticed that food affects almost all the processes of vital activity so I understand that eating healthy
is very important to keep yourself fit, full of energy and healthy.

 Fortunately, I don't have problems with eating healthy due to my wife cooking at home and taking
care of calories, and balance of vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates, fats in our food. However, it
consumes a tremendously huge amount of time of her daily routine. Because you not only should
cook but also do shopping staying in a long queues in supermarkets and traffic jams. Nowadays the
rhythm of life is extremely fast, you need to work, study, keep yourself fit, take care of your health, and
also anyone would like to have some time left  for yourself and for relaxation. So, spending the third or
fourth part of the day preparing healthy food is quite difficult.


 One of the options is to use food delivery services like "Pyszne PL" or "Uber Eats" all the time, but
even thought it helps to spend less time preparing food, is quite expensive and not actually helping
eat healthily.
calories you need, also they delivering fresh food every morning to the selected place - your home or
work. And what is also important it allows you to eat healthy and keep track of what you eat. I'm
considering trying such a service. And I will appreciate if you will share your experience.

I do not use any of the food cervices, I prefer to cook on my own. And, despite being one of the Biedronka gang, I still try to eat healthy. As much as possible from a position of a student.

I can’t say that I eat healthy because I don’t pay too much attention to what I’m eating. Generally I often prepare meals at home and from fresh products so I believe that those meals are healthy. Sometimes when I don’t have time or simply don’t want to cook, I order something or go to fast food.
I don’t know any of these services and I haven’t used any of them. I only can say that I’d like to try them in future.

I do my best to eat healthy. I can't say it's super healthy and I don't count calories and stuff but I try to avoid fast foods etc. Of course, I love pizza and generally eating a lot, but I try to avoid it as much as I can. I don't use any of services listed above. I was thinking about it a few times but it's quite expensive and I like cooking anyway. I asked a few of my friends that have tried some of these diets and their opinions were really different. Some of them loved it, others hated after a few weeks. I think it's a good solution for people that are single and have no idea about cooking or time to do it.

I don`t eat healthy food most of the time, because I don`t like to cook it, and I hope I will change my attitude to it someday. I use food delivery service starting from last year, but before I have visited restaurants by myself and order some food to home. As already mentioned I would like to start cooking by myself and stop consuming unhealthy food.

Now I don’t track how much "calories", "proteins, carbohydrates, fats", "snacks" I eat during the day. My daily ration consists of cereal with milk for breakfast, dishes that I buy at work and warm up in the microwave for lunch and for dinner I cook myself. Also I’m trying to eat fruits every day to fill my body with vitamins.
No I don’t use such services. I don’t think that I will remember to put every dish to the app to track how much calories I ate.

Eating is the best way to improve our frame of mind and health. As I’m person who respect body and try everything to improve myself I decided to eat healthy. I have balanced diet and I never better before I change my eating way. I never heard about this services but I will check it.

I'm trying to eat healthy because with my everyday work and studies I have sitting way of life so I need some exercises and healthy food because otherwise I would be fat as hell. And of couse it is good for your mind and body it makes your life better.

No I never used services like that. I sometimes use delivery services to get some nice good food from the restaurant when I dont have time to cook it myself. I'm trying to make my own food just to learn how to cook and try it yourself.

I like healthy eating when you are talking about that but sometimes I want to eat something unhealthy like chocolatte or some chips but I don't like fast food. I noticed that I dont like fast food like mcdonald or kfc right now. I highly prefer healthy.
Unfortunately I don't eat healthy at all. I have a lot of bad habits like eating too less and sometimes too much. Often I don't eat breakfast or supper. It is because preparing valuable meals take time, which is precious. Also I have resigned from eating white bread and now I don't have many ideas what to eat. I often just grab something in the local shop or canteen. Some of my friends use delivery services and they are really happy about how it works. I have also considered using them and I think I should start soon.
I am trying to eat healthy but usually I don't. It happens that I don't eat breakfast when running to university or work in the morning but I am tring to change it. From the other hand, I don't eat fast foods at all and I am trying to limit sweets as much as possibile. I stoped eating meat 6 months ago and my diet is based mainly on vegetables and fish.
I haven't used any of the services which you mentioned but i have been thinking about it. Based on my friends reviews the best service is "nice to fit you" (https://ntfy.pl) however all this kind of services are rather expensive and that is what is stopping me the most.
I’m trying to eat healthy because I can see that it’s really important and a lot of things from our live like for example how we feel depends on our diet. Sometimes when I eat fast food or something like that I have less energy and feel sleepy.
But.. preparing a healthy meal cost a lot of time and sometimes money (to buy a really good products). I’ve never tried food from services like: kikfitbar, maczfit or ntfy, but I think that it’s definitely worth to try, because I get a personalized meal and I know what exactly I ate and how much calories it had.

"Culinary Sightseeing" is one of my the biggest hobbies, so also I would love to try some catering. But, in the other hand, I just can't say that I would like to limit myself to eating only prepared by someone meals. Why? Because I also very like cooking for myself. I'm culinary geek; kitchen is place where I can chill out, spending some in time in peace.

That's why I don't see myself ordering meals from food services like maczfit, but I think that I would try it for short amount of time.

Some people from my job are using catering services. Generally, they really enjoy it, but sometimes I see in their faces "oh no, health food again..." when rest of the group are talking about going for lunch to pizzeria etc.

From time to time I am trying to eat health. I had some periods that I was really crazy about health eating, like preparing food on my own, eating in fixed hours and eating same numbers of meals. But I don't always have time to do so.
I have never use those services and even heard about them.
It looks interesting. Maybe this will solve my problem with no time to prepare healthy meals.

hmm.. sometimes I eat healthy food and sometimes I eat mega unhealthy :)
I like to eat everything I like, I have one life so I wanna taste everything I want :)

I try my best to eat healthily. I don't cook, I eat in restaurants 98% of the time. After 3 years like this, I know the places where I can eat healthy food, and I go there most of the times.

I like KifitBar lunches a lot! They are always tasty, and the portions are enormous!

I would love to see more places like this in Warsaw. What we eat is essential for us and our health. I can pay more to make sure that what I eat is high-quality food.

For the last 3-4 years I'm trying to eat healthy food. To be exact, at home, primarily I'm tying to cook healthy food. Just because I know that later my body will be thankful for that. Although, I'm quite a fun of KFC and always happy to get some hot wings.

Probably not. I like my diet. I've heard somewhere that there is such kind of diet when you have no restrictions, just go to a store and buy what you want. This is how I live .

Unfortunately I don’t, I’m trying to, but I’m just so much in love with KFC chicken, oh gosh :(
I’m using different food delivery services, like pyszne.pl or Uber eats, but I’ve never used though healthy options. But I’m trying not to order fast food from those services, but something more healthy at least. Some time ago I considered healthy food catering, but I’m not ready to pick up my food at 3 am or something, this is just too much. Probably I will try those services, I’ve never heard about two of them, so thanks :)

I trying eating healthy but sometimes I just don’t have time for it. The beast way to eat healthy is preparing food day after and heat it at work. Unfortunately as I write after I don’t have time for it so I must order some food from uber eats etc. because I just don’t have money to buy healthy food from some company. I don’t use such a service because like I mention above this is sometimes too much for food.

1. I don't think that I eat healthy because I eat very irregularly. But I am conscious that I have to change it because in short period of time it can makes me fat.

Well, eating healthy is an actual challenge. Especially nowadays. First of all, we need to define what is healthy. For most of us, there is an obvious answer - “Well, you should it more vegetables and drink more water and eat less of a fast food”. Yet even vegetables cab be harmful if you eat them “improperly”. But there are so many factors and it is such a complicated topic, that I don’t want to dig into it. I’ll just say, that in my opinion, I eat unhealthily. First of all, I don’t have any “timetable” to follow. Every day amount of food I consume along with a time and place, where I do it, are almost completely random. Second, I really like sweets. So every day I eat whether two packs of cookies or an entire bar of chocolate. But I calm myself with a thought, that sweets help in thinking process, and since I think a lot at work, at university and even at home, there is no problem. And finally, I like fast-food. I haven’t eaten a lot of it until recent times. Now, I just have so much stuff to do, that I simply don’t have any time to go to a grocery store to buy some food and then cook it. So I’ve stared to visit places like KFC quite a lot. I haven’t used any of the mentioned services. I hope, I will not need to. But I really like trying new things, so as an experiment I would love to test them.

I try to fix my diet but most of the time couldn't sustain for too long since it require a lot of time to prep all the healthy food and junk food is so much more delicious.
Heard about that services but and even have a few colleagues from work who used it on regular basis. The biggest problem for me is that monthly fee is too high for most of people and myself included.

I think that I eat healthy. I drink a lot of water every day and also there are one grapefruit and one pomegranate in my food ration per day. I do not eat a lot of grilled and fried meals. I like vegetarian food and fish. Sometimes, during one or two weeks I do not eat meat at all. But I'm not a vegetarian because I don't like excesses and radicalism so I'll never give up eating big tasty burger or stake and I'll never give up going to McDonalds sometimes. But of course I think that people who eats a lot of junk food, fries, grilled meat etc. every day do not respect their bodies and would have their first hearth attack in 30 years.
