Holy crap! I won’t lie, at first I thought “oh gosh almost 18 minutes video”, but as soon as I started watching it, I really didn’t want this guy to stop talking. Such an inspirational and motivating talk, I would say one of the best that was published here. Thank you for showing it!

Answering the first question, I would honestly say that my motivation depends on the day, however I would rather call myself motivated than unmotivated. The problem with my motivation and achieving goals is that I can not work on things until I actually finish them, especially if it takes a lot of time. Whenever I feel motivated I start drawing, I take on guitar lessons or even start my own english dictionary to learn vocabulary. Unfortunately, I am really impatient and give up things very easily whenever I see that I need to work harder to actually see the results. I was really motivated to start playing the guitar. I had been learning for 4 years, until I realized that I will never be like the best rock musicians. This shows my problem, I am motivated to start things, but I lose my motivation when it comes to finishing them.

When it comes to what was said in the video, I absolutely love the idea of not thinking about your grades, talents or what you are or are not good at. Just take on new challenges, realize ideas and do not waste time. I really respect and admire that guy for deciding something and just keep doing it. No excuses, it felt like he is the most stubborn man in the world but in a very positive way. He really motivated me to start doing everything I gave up. I wish I was as stubborn as he is in fulfilling his decisions.

I had some goals for the new year. One of them was to give up sweets. Unfortunately, I have a boyfriend who loves feeding me with chocolate so I already gave up this one. The other one was to make my own portfolio website and I am still working on it. I hope that at least this one will work out.

When I was looking for material for this presentation, after watching this speech I knew that I wanted to share it. Many thanks for the appreciation, because I think his method is great and shows how big goals can be achieved in small steps. Generally, I have it, just like you, I start a lot, I finish little. And as for the guitar, don't worry, I played for 6 years, went to music school and found that I had no talent. You have to try to find out;)
Wow, what an amazing video! Thanks for sharing it!

1. I can't say I feel motivated, but from what people around me say, I can admit that it seems that I have the motivation to do much. I usually achieve the goals I set myself, but I don't set myself that many goals. I have a motivation to 'do something in my life' rather than 'do this one thing'.

2. I already heard about this method from one of my co-workers. He had some widgets on his phone and I took a look at them to see what they are about - it was one push-up, one page of a book, and one other thing which I don't really remember and it completely does not matter. At the first moment, I thought: meh, one push-up? Doesn't make any sense... But some time later I realized: have I done 7 push-ups this week? Well, maybe I did because I was going to the gym, but how about books? This time I had a problem reading them regularly and believe it or not - the method worked insanely well. I started with reading one page before I went to the bed. But... the books were interesting. So I read more and more. I can't say that I read 50 books this year like the man on the video, but at least - 1 - I started to read more books - 2 - I improved my sleep quality because I did not spend this time before going to sleep in front of the computer.

3. I don't set up goals just because it is a new year. When I see something interesting I just start doing it. For this moment I am practicing Wim Hof's method.

1. I am. Or at least I like to think I'm motivated. Maybe more driven, than motivated. I hate to just stay and do nothing. Whenever I set my mind to something, I achieve that sooner or later. Ther are two motivations behind me: one, to be proud of achieving it and the second, not to be ashamed when I fail.

2. I have mixed feelings about that video. On one hand, I agree with most of the speaker has said, on the other, some small matter we're disagreeing in, are pretty important for me. I believe that hard work and not cracking under pressure are just sure ways of achieving success. I know that there are multiple ways to do that, but theese two ale fool proof, at least for me, while the speaker talks more about adjusting goals and why we should want it. I'm not saying ith's bad, just not my cup of tea.

3. I want to learn 2 more programming languages to become better programmer, that's for sure one of my most abicious goals. The plan is simple, I've already bough 2 courses online, every 2/3 days I'll spend an hour learning and then, I'll be able to achieve that by the end of the year :).

Marcin, thank you very much for suggesting a method that will help me start reading books regularly. Currently I have 3 books to read and I have lost my regularity in reading them. I think one page a day as a compulsory task will motivate me to read them back. I also remember that when I read books before going to bed, my sleep was better and in the morning I got up more refreshed. Time to come back to that. :)

1. I want more motivation for myself. When I start something almost every-time finish what I've started. The problem with me is that I rarely get anything started. Procrastination is my biggest problem.

2. As always, there is a dude on the stage that explains to people what got HIMSELF motivated at some point in life and now he is staying motivated till the end. But the reality is that everyone needs to find what and how motivates him for himself.

3. I am going to register an LLC and begin a startup that will hopefully sell out for a million USD to some tech giant. My fathers success and lifestyle motivates me the most.
Are you a motivated person? Do you always achieve your goals?
I think I am motivated, but sometimes I need someone to push me towards my goals. I can not say I always achieve my goals, maybe I am on the way for it because my goals are huge and need a lot of time to reach them.

What do you think about the method of achieving the goals presented in the video? Do you think you could apply it in your life?
As for me it was like well known methods which works just for several days after watching this kind of videos. For sure they are really great and might be helpful, but recently I was disappointed to listen to them because in general they are talking about the same thing on different videos. I don't think that I need a motivation speech. My theory is like " if someone needs a motivation speech he is motivated enough because he was motivated to watch the video or read".

What's your most ambitious goal for the new year? How do you want to achieve it?
My goals are not for a new year usually I don't have any goal for new Year, month or week. I have my goals in general for couple of years.
However having a goals for new year is good idea, maybe it is caring about my body and mental health. Stay fit and sporty after a corona time

I think that I am a person with little motivation for various activities. In order to motivate me to something, many factors are needed to achieve it. I would like to change that. Although I think most of the things I choose to do for myself are just not very heavy and there are few of them. I usually lack motivation for bigger and long-term goals, maybe it's because I think how much needs to be done and how long it will take, which is scary and seems impossible to achieve. Consequently, I give up setting a goal.

I believe that the method shown in the video is a very good way to achieve goals. Often times, our goal is so ambitious and on a massive scale that this alone discourages us at first. Therefore, if we take this small step and persistently overcome these small tasks, we are able to achieve such spectacular effects that certainly exceed our imagination that we can do it. The thought of reading a paragraph of a book will bring me closer to reading it in its entirety much more than the thought - I have to read 200 pages. The person on the video is a perfect example that we can achieve all goals. I am eager to try to use the knowledge from the film to achieve goals that have not been fulfilled so far.

My most ambitious goal this year is to lose some weight. I'm going to definitely eat a lot less fast food and eat better. I will try to use the knowledge from the movie and start with small steps. As a first step, I will limit eating fast food to one time in two weeks. Also, to lose some weight I started exercising at home, unfortunately the gyms are still closed.

It really depends on my mood and how I feel at exact moment:) But I mostly do achieve the most important goals.
What do you think about the method of achieving the goals presented in the video? Do you think you could apply it in your life?
I absolutely love the idea of not thinking about your grades, education etc. I also think that judging yourself will never help you to achieve yor goals, it will only bring more stress to your live. So breath in, breath out and keep going.
What's your most ambitious goal for the new year? How do you want to achieve it?
Well id rather not say:) But I think that writing it down on paper, creating a simple “plan ” can really help in achieving my goal.

Week 11 [03-09.06.2019] The problem with ecological cars emission in UK

The problem with ecological cars emission in UK Since the adoption of the European Emission Allowance Directive in the European Parliament, all car makers have tried to submit. Since 1992, the Euro I standard has been in force, which limited the emission of carbon monoxide to the atmosphere. The Euro VI standard currently applies, which limits the series of exhaust gases. These include: hydrocarbons, nitrogen and carbon oxides, and dust.   The most significant change was brought by the Euro IV standard. For the first time it introduced the limitation of nitrogen oxides, which are responsible for the harmful compounds of smog.   What is smog?   Smog consists of sulfur oxides, nitrogen and carbon. In addition, solid substances such as suspended dust (PM). Dust suspend in atmospheric aerosols may be in liquid and solid form. These can be particles of sea salt, clouds from the Sahara and artificial compounds made by people. These compounds often come fr
