1. Do you wake up at the same time everyday?

This time may vary on weekends, but as long as I have a full-time job I have to wake up at the same time most of the days.

2. What is your ideal time to do some exercises, workout?

This marine soldier made a huge impression on me when I saw his for the first time on Casey Neistat's channel on Youtube. In this video he explained the importance of these small victories for your feeling about yourself. And as I tried it I ensured that exercising gives you more energy in the longer terms, so I prefer to exercise in the morning.

3. Do you browse social media in you bed before you go to sleep?

No, I replaced this habit with a new kindle, so now I read books.

1. No, I do not. I wake up very irregularly, mainly it depends on the time I have to get up. When I don't have to get up at the appointed time, I usually wake up around noon.
2. I work best in the evenings and at night, most of the activities, when I can, do it closer to evening e.g. I write this comment after midnight.
3. Yes, I do. I practically always browse the phone before going to sleep, most often it is facebook and various sites with memes, etc.
1. Yes, I wake up at the same time every day - usually around 9 am.

2. I do best with tasks and exercises in the evening. I prefer to sleep well in the morning.

3. Yes, I watch social media before going to bed. This is my habit, and I don't think it makes me unsleepy or unable to fall asleep.

I think it depends mostly on the season. In winter for example I tend to wake up after 9am, while in the summer I tend to wake up usually an hour or two earlier, so after 7am. Also if sometimes I don't get enought sleep in the week I will sleep a little bit later on the weekend, but I guess that normal for everyone.

2.
In the evening, after work, so 4 or 5pm. I tried to do it a few times before work, but I didn't like the fact that I had to wake up super early and then have to take a shower again all before work, it all felt rushed.

3.
Unfortunately yes, even though I am aware that's something I should stop doing, even with using red light screen filters.
Well, unfortunately I do not wake up at the same time every day. On the usual day, I wake up at around 8 am and immediately start with breakfast and work.
On the weekend I seem to wake up earlier, but still, no fixed hour.
I believe that the main reason is the amount of work that I have sometimes.
Not necessarily, it is high, but it can be quite liquid so I have a hard time to plan my day appropriately.
Certainly, I need to work on this. I am sure that from now on it will be different.

In my case, online lectures are perfect time for exercises :)
Don't get me wrong, they are in the background and audible.
Actually, I have discovered, that I learn more this way.

I do not browse social media in the bed.
My goal is to always go to bed, disconnected and soothed.
So far, this strategy is paying off.
1. I try my best to never fall asleep without an alarm set for a specific time. In winter, when there is little sun time on the sky, I try to get up earlier, even when I have a day off. Most often I choose an hour just after sunrise. Today it was 7:30

2. I exercise twice a day. Stretching works best for me right after waking up. This way I cheat my body by making it think that something important and demanding is going on. The day starts dynamically. I usually do strength exercises after breakfast or before lunch. I do not have specific schedules for all other sports, but cardio is best for me in the morning, before breakfast.

3. For a very long time I have carefully watched my behavior on social media and I find that overall it does not matter much to me whether I use the phone or computer near bedtime. I pay attention to minimize the amount of blue light in the evening and turn on the night mode in my devices. Mr. Willink went to far with generalization, that the only activity of an Internet user before bedtime is clicking on clickbaits. Personally, I work best in the evening or at night. My productivity then is then almost twice as high compared to normal.
1. Do you wake up at the same time everyday?

I try to wake up at the same time from Monday till Friday, however, it is quite difficult for me to wake up at 7:30 on Saturday or Sunday. It is affected by many circumstances, sometimes I go to a party and come back at 3 am. or I watch a movie or read a book till some late hours, or I just want to make up some hours of sleep, because the previous week was difficult. In my opinion it is quite difficult to wake up at the same time every day.

2. What is your ideal time to do some exercises, workout?

I prefer to work out or to play some sport after work, so it is usually around 6 or 7 pm. It is actually a great time for me to relax and then come back home and have energy to spend a couple of hours however I want. Sometimes I spend time by just relaxing at home or I might study for the exam. Before the quarantine I actually really enjoy going to the restaurant or grabbing a drink with somebody, so I hope I am going to be able to do it in February.

3. Do you browse social media in you bed before you go to sleep?

Sometimes, but not very often. To be quite honest, normally I am just too tired to waste another 30 minutes on checking Instagram, Facebook or Twitter.
1. Do you wake up at the same time everyday?
No, I didn't notice that I woke up at the same time every morning. When I get up for work I sometimes get up evenly at 7 am but I usually wake up between 7:30 and 8:00 am.
2. What is your ideal time to do some exercises, workout?
I used to think that the best time to workout was in the evening, but because of lockdown and the work I do at home, I switched to morning exercises and I must admit that I have much more energy afterwards.
3. Do you browse social media in you bed before you go to sleep?
Yes, and I browse social media a lot before bed mainly to get tired and sleep well.

I try to wake up at 8 every day, but I don’t always do. There are days when I went to sleep really late or I didn’t have much sleep and then I change my alarm for 9 or 9:30. I noticed that I feel much better when I wake up earlier ( maybe not super early like 4:30 ) than when I sleep until noon and then start my day.

My ideal time to exercise is definitely morning, ideally first thing after waking up, although sometimes I feel a bit weak in the morning and I feel that in the evening I would have much more strength.

I usually don’t browse social media before going to sleep, I try to just read a little and try to fall asleep.

1. Do you wake up at the same time everyday?
Not always, if I don't have to do anything I sleep as much as I can, but usually i try to wake up early in the morning.

2. What is your ideal time to do some exercises, workout?
When I had the time, I usually did my workout around 11am, and I would say that it's my ideal time to do so. Unfortunatelly, nowadays I'm a lazy potato, so I don't exercise regularly.

3. Do you browse social media in you bed before you go to sleep?
Usually I don't do that, but it's mostly because I don't browse social media very often.
1. Do you wake up at the same time every day?

I don’t wake up at the same time every day. It is very hard to keep a strict sleeping routine. That’s because I have an irregular schedule of the day. I like to sleep a lot and sometimes I feel that my body needs more sleep. After watching this video I am still not convinced to wake up at the same time every day.

2. What is your ideal time to do some exercises, workout?

For me the best time is evening. I’m fully awake and even when I feel tired after a long day, quick work out makes me feel better and I sleep better. The worst that could happen to me is an early workout. After that, I feel tired for the whole day. I remember that once I went running at 7 am with my best friend for one hour. When I went back I was so tired and sleepy that I went straight to bed.

3. Do you browse social media in your bed before you go to sleep?

Yes, I do. But only the “creative one”. I do not read any news before sleep. I like to browse through Instagram and Tumbler. However, that’s true that our nighttime is sometimes more dedicated to reading stupid articles on Facebook or watching TikTok’s rather than sleeping or resting. For me, the best replacement for social media in the evening is reading a book. It gets me into sleeping mode quickly.

Yeah, I think waking up at same, fixed hour every day is a way to live the healthiest life. We both need to work on it, but I have same problem as you. Even though I have a streak of waking up at same hour for few days, suddenly I have to stay up late to finish homework and it all gets ruined.

In my case, I'm getting lost in thought every time I workout, but I'm glad you can connect studying and exercises together.

Not browsing social media before bed is truly an admirable act. Keep it up.
1. Do you wake up at the same time every day?
From Monday to Friday I wake at the same time, which is 7:20AM. I like to start my job at 7:30AM - and thanks to remote work I am able to wake up and start my work 10 minutes later :D At weekends I like to relax and sleep longer - unfortunately sometimes it is not possible, because I am used to getting up early and I wake up without an alarm clock.

2. What is your ideal time to do some exercises, workout?
I do not believe that I have my ideal time to do some exercises. I am one of those people who don't exercise. However, after watching this short video I think I will start 5-minutes of workouts during a break at work. I will try to do as many jumpers as I can in 5 minutes.

3. Do you browse social media in your bed before you go to sleep?
Unfortunately, I browse social media in bed before going to sleep. This is a very time-consuming activity and makes it difficult for me to fall asleep. When I see an argument on Facebook, I can go to sleep even three hours later than planned.

1. Do you wake up at the same time everyday?
No:) I used to before quarantine. But now there is simply no need for me to wake up same time every day. And I have tried to wake up at 4.30 for a couple of months. It really worked for me. The only thing I realized Is you have to settle essential goals in order to stay motivated to wake up this early.

2. What is your ideal time to do some exercises, workout?
5 PM for workout, and early morning and late evening for stretching 2 times a day (like 6 AM and 9PM)

3. Do you browse social media in you bed before you go to sleep?
Ohh yess and I am trying to get rid of this habit. I know it is bad for me.

Working out at 11 am sounds good, though I think it's also the rarest time people choose for exercises. I would say the most popular time is really early in the morning or in the evening, as most of us are not busy with school and work.

Well, leaving it to your body to decide is also a good way to handle your sleeping schedule, you never can go wrong with that.
I fully agree with the thing about books, it makes you feel so relaxed and chill, it's very easy to fall asleep after 1-2 hours of reading at nighttime. I wish I could get back into reading again though.

I also feel much better when I wake up at early hours. I really contradicts with my lifestyle, because I love to stay late at night most of the time. It creates a situation in which I know I will feel bad in the morning for waking up late, but I still prefer not to go to sleep early.
I really admire people that do it in the morning, especially before breakfast. As you said, I just feel out of strength then.

1. It depends on the day, so… probably I don’t.

2. 9 – 11 a.m. The problem I am usually hungry in the morning…I can’t do any workout because I will probably just get sick, sad and weak. Moreover, I’m crazy about breakfasts and I can eat them for 2 hours or more. You see, it’s quite complicated.

3. Yes as it helps me to actually stay awaken and not to fall asleep again. Sometimes I get too hypnotised by social media and lose a lot of time in my bed… Still, I enjoy it. I really love my bed, I do.

The problem with ecological cars emission in UK Since the adoption of the European Emission Allowance Directive in the European Parliament, all car makers have tried to submit. Since 1992, the Euro I standard has been in force, which limited the emission of carbon monoxide to the atmosphere. The Euro VI standard currently applies, which limits the series of exhaust gases. These include: hydrocarbons, nitrogen and carbon oxides, and dust.   The most significant change was brought by the Euro IV standard. For the first time it introduced the limitation of nitrogen oxides, which are responsible for the harmful compounds of smog.   What is smog?   Smog consists of sulfur oxides, nitrogen and carbon. In addition, solid substances such as suspended dust (PM). Dust suspend in atmospheric aerosols may be in liquid and solid form. These can be particles of sea salt, clouds from the Sahara and artificial compounds made by people. These compounds often come fr
