I agree that meat in the modern world plays too big a role. Recently, I even read the article that it is recommended to eat up to 100 grams of ordinary meat (not red meat) twice a week. Where it often happens that we eat much more every day. Currently, I try to limit meat consumption to these two days a week.

No, he did not change anything, 90% of the information in it I had heard earlier from other sources, only reminded me of some statistics, which now helped me to recall the scale of the problem based on the latest data.
3. Have you ever tried vegan diet? If yes, how was it? If no, do you plan to try?
Yes, I've been on a vegan diet before, but I could not stay on it for too long because of my problems with the lack of iron accumulation in the body. Overall, there was no difference between ordinary and vegan diet for me. I did not feel much difference in terms of well-being.
I'm weird about meat, I can't eat rabbit, turkey, pig, veal, horse . But I eat chicken fish and seafood.

It didn't change dramatically , I eat only chicken from meat, since I do not eat fruits and very few vegetables then I don't have too many options of dishes.I additionally take different food additives,to compensate for the shortage.

To be really honest with you i dont think any video, good or bad, could change what i think about meat and how much of it i consume in my life. When it comes to some things nothing matters as far as reasonable thinking and even evidence of health repercussions goes.
I dont think i will ever try vegan diet, i might go and reduce how much meat i consume but nothing more.
I do not think that the consumption of meat is bad. I love to eat meat and it is very difficult for me to refuse it.

On the one hand, yes. But the impact of this video was not so strong as to give up meat. In my opinion, this is a personal choice for everyone.
3. Have you ever tried vegan diet? If yes, how was it? If no, do you plan to try?
I myself have not tried to give up meat. Most of my friends cause harm to their health, refusing meat. Since they do not know how to eat right and do not know how to replace meat in their diet.
I like eating meat, but not all types - I prefer fish, chicken and a little bit of pork, rarely other types of the red meat. I know that eating meat it's not so good for my health, so few years ago I decided to cut it a little bit.
2. Did this video influenced your opinion about eating meat?
I don't think so. A lot of information contained in the video are known for me, but I think that it should go viral, because a lot of people are not conscious when it comes to this topic.
3. Have you ever tried vegan diet? If yes, how was it? If no, do you plan to try?
No, never, but sometimes I think I should try it for a while. I'm just lazy so I don't want to prepare some good vegan dish. I know it's not so hard but it requires changing your habits.
I can not often eat red meat, because my body pushes away it (I just don’t want to eat) Sometimes I can eat a small steak. I usually prefer fish, seafood. Sometimes chicken. So my body feels comfortable as much as possible, and I will always give fish to taste more preference than red meat.
But I think we must eat what is most comfortable for us. After all, it’s very stupid all your life to limit yourself in red meat if it gives you pleasure and is well absorbed by the body. We are still all individual and food is no exception.
2. I have known all the pros and cons for a long time. Small chances are that anything will change my mind.
3. I tried the dishes and were not filling for me, especially when playing sports.
