Owls are nocturnal creatures. They’re wide awake at night and they sleep during the day. If this sounds like bliss to you, then, like about 20 percent of the population who find themselves most active at around 9 pm, you may fall into the same category as our feathered friend. Night owls often have difficulty waking up in the morning, and like to be up late at night. Studies of animal behaviour indicate that being a night owl may actually be built into some people’s genes. This would explain why those late-to-bed, late-to-rise people find it so difficult to change their behaviour. The trouble for night owls is that they just have to be at places such as work and school far too early. This is when the alarm clock becomes the night owl’s most important survival tool. Experts say that one way for a night owl to beat their dependence on their alarm clocks is to sleep with the curtains open. The Theory is that if they do so, the morning sunlight will awaken them gently and natura...

Week 11 [1.06-7.06] How E-sport and video game industry is growing
As it depicts the near impending and approaching future, that many people seem to ignore completely. The game industry already outgrew movies, theater, and music, while being younger than 30 years old! While movies have been around for two centuries, and theater and music are several thousand years old. This will entirely shift the sports and many other industries towards the electronics era.

Both of those topics are interesting and were pleasing to read. I have never thought about cannibals that way, neither did I know that there were so many types if pizza.
What's funny is that both of those topics were food related actually.
I will choose "My history of board games" as my favourite presentation.
https://konwersatorium1-ms-pjwstk.blogspot.com/2020/03/week-3-1603-22032020-my-history-of.html
Firstly, it was one of the presentations which were not copied and translated in English by Google. And with well-formed and literate questions.
Secondly, the topic is close to me. I also like board games. Thus it was interesting for me to know about the games I have never played before.
Unfortunately, it will be a subjective voting cause each week every student had answered just six presentations from all available.

https://konwersatorium1-ms-pjwstk.blogspot.com/2020/05/underwater-construction.html
It was standing out among others, with its formula of few short thoughts about different, important topics. Moreover despite covering 6 of them, it was very polished and condensed, so we could be introduced to all of them without reading wall of text.

As it has a few key concepts about how to increase our efficiency, presented in an easy to read and enjoyable way.

Week 10 [25.05 - 31.05] South Park
By Kristofer Kiersky May 26, 2020
SOme time ago i was watching South Park. I even played game South Park the Stick of Truth. I like this series and this presentation made me happy :)
I believe such topics require more understanding from people, because most of them usually don't think about the consequences. A strong "NO" should be said by the whole world. Staying quiet will be a silent agreement for everything governments want to do with us, and this won't be their last word.
It was unconventional and interesting to read. It consists of many topics, among which everyone will find something for themselves. It wasn’t just a presentation about specific topic, interesting to a small subset of people here, but an honest piece of the author’s thoughts.
To be clear my vote goes to: Week 5 [30.03-05.04.20] 10 ways to have a better conversation

Not sure if it's the best one, however after reading it I got a little interested in "underwater" cities, constructions and I've actually ended up watching two documentaries on sunk cities. So yeah, thank you author for making one of my afternoons a bit more interesting :)

It was probably the only one that made me emotional in some way.
Personally this is my favourite show and the presentation was briliant and funny to read in my opinion.
I have never had an oportunity to understand gymnastics as a sport and the rules and also it showed me a twist in gymnastics wich was Rythmic gymnastic. I really enjoyed the experience of reading this and i remember it the most.

I was most interested in this presentation. It was great to learn about people who have amazing abilities and stand out from the crowd.
I read a lot about it and read this article with great pleasure. And of course an article about board games that interested me
because he is also a fan of such games
Reason is that topic is very controversial and the presentation is very well done. I wanna that more people should read the text of this presentation
