Znalezione obrazy dla zapytania: milk
Each of us drank milk. At least once in our life, although probably all of us may not remember the taste. We have always been taught that milk is very healthy and important for our diet. But is that really the case? If you want to know more about milk, its origin and properties, watch the video below:

and answer the questions below.
Questions:

  1. What is your answer to the title question of the video on YouTube?
  2. What do you think about milk in general? Do you like milk and dairy products?
  3. Do you have lactose intolerance? How do you try to avoid lactose intolerance?

Comments

1. Certainly, milk is not poisonous, of course, after drinking it is possible to feel unwell but it is not a threat to human life. In addition, calcium intake in milk may be effective against cancer. Research has shown that milk and dairy products are completely neutral, of course if you consume a reasonable amount of these products.

2. I have a similar point of view to the one presented in the film. It seems that milk is a neutral product. I myself limit the consumption of milk and dairy products. Weekly, I drink one glass of milk - I make myself cocoa, because I remember my childhood years.

3. No, I have no problems with lactose. However, I limit the consumption of milk and dairy products. I don't have any magic substitute. I just try to avoid it and limit it.
What is your answer to the title question of the video on YouTube?
I don't like milk as I have lactose intolerance.
What do you think about milk in general? Do you like milk and dairy products?
In my opinion we shouldn't drink milk. In nature only infant childs do it and I think there is a reason for it. There are many products made from milk which I like for example cheese. I rather try do not drink it or if I have to, use soya milk.
Do you have lactose intolerance? How do you try to avoid lactose intolerance?
I do. I don't have to do much to avoid is as it happens only when I'm drinking too much clear milk. I never had a problem while eating other products based on milk.
1. Milk is for sure a good beverage. Calling it a poison is nonsense.

2. I like milk and dairy products in general. I don't drink much, but still, I like the taste of it. As the video explained, it has many nutritional values and there is no reason connected to our health why we shouldn't drink it. The fact about polluting the ecosystem is another thing, though.

3. Yes, I seem to have. I simply drink lactose-free milk, but I eat all other dairy products without a problem.

1. Milk might not be the most nutritive product and proccess of its production is not that good for the environment (which I was not aware of), but it's definitely not poisonous and doesn't have negative impact on one's health, unless someone has lactose intolerance.

2. I cannot imagine my life without diary products. If I was certain that milk causes more harm than good to my health I think I would be able to give up on it, but life without cheese makes no sense to me.

3. Luckily no. However, probably it would be best if I limited dairy products consumption.

In my opinion it is a healthy drink that we should drink, especially kids.

2. What do you think about milk in general? Do you like milk and dairy products?
Yes, I like milk, cheese in general and many dairy products. But i don't mind the alternatives as well.

3. Do you have lactose intolerance? How do you try to avoid lactose intolerance?
I don't have it though I heard about problems with lactose in the old age even before watching the video. I don't have any technique to avoid it I simply don't drink gallons of milk per day.

1. In my opinion, calling milk white poison is an exaggerated term. In fact, cow's milk isn’t recommended for drinking by people with lactose intolerance, but other people should definitely not exclude it from their diet. It should be remembered that soy milk or other plant milk are drinks, so they have substances such as acidity regulators or stabilizers…

2. I like the taste of milk, especially in the summer straight from the fridge. I don't drink much milk on a daily basis, but I make white cheese from it, which I love. I also like blue cheese very much.

3. Fortunately, I don’t have lactose intolerance. I can't imagine my life without milk products, because I certainly wouldn’t replace milk with plant drinks called "milk".
1. For me it is a healthy drink. Friend of mine told me some things why it is not healthy do drink which were not mentioned in video. He told me that a cattle milk is healthy when you drink it from one cow and not idk from one hundred, because of some patogens.
2. For me milk is a basic food, I eat it every day and all dairy products.
3. I don’t have lactose intolerance but sometimes I feel bad when I drink to much but not often. And about avoiding lactose intolerance i think the best way I to don’t eat it. Also I heard that there are some drugs that help to digest lactose
Hello, here are my replies to your questions!

1. In my opinion, everything may be a poison if you don't moderate your consumption. And I believe that popular fizzy drinks like cola or beer are way worse than any food products coming from animals. I personally love drinking milk, especially if it's fresh from cow. I know that some people are lactose intolerant, but nowadays they can always go for alternatives (like soy milk) .

2. As I mentioned before - I love milk and dairy products as well! A sweet or salty yoghurt for lunch is a treat! I also love buttermilk, especially with salt and pepper. Best for small hunger.

3. Luckily, I don't have lactose intolerance. I never took any steps to avoid lactose intolerance since both me and my father love dairy products and we consume them on a daily basis. Given that my dad is in his early fifties now and he's still on good terms with milk after lovingly consuming it so often - I doubt we have anything related to lactose intolerance in our genes.

1. What is your answer to the title question of the video on YouTube?

Every now and then in the world arise in order to compensate or reduce the amount of some species something explodes. Avian flu, swinepox and now harmful milk. We all know that older people do not need as much milk as young but they need it. So everyone regardless of age should take some form of calcium from milk.

2. What do you think about milk in general? Do you like milk and dairy products?

I like dairy products. I don't eat milk alone. I really like curdled milk, yogurt, kefir or cottage cheese. Especially those spring curds with radish and chives. Generally yes, I like milk products.

3. Do you have lactose intolerance? How do you try to avoid lactose intolerance?

I have no lactose intolerance. The only thing I can't combine milk with because it causes stomach revolutions is coffee. So I drink coffee, black, strong and without sugar (this is called white death - not milk!)

1. What is your answer to the title question of the video on YouTube?

In my opinion, cow milk is not a poison, but just a part of my daily diet. I do understand that for some people with health issues, most importantly lactose intolerance, milk and dairy can lead to serious implications, but I am lucky not to be a part of that group. However, if we consider the impact of the dairy industry to the planet, the production of milk, rather than its consumption, could be regarded as a poison to our environment.

2. What do you think about milk in general? Do you like milk and dairy products?

Personally I like milk and dairy products. I take my coffee with milk every day and I eat quite a lot of different cheeses, youghurts and dairy-based desserts. To be honest, I cannot imagine my diet without dairy products; I tried some lactose-free and plant-based alternatives, but did not like them as much as dairy.

3. Do you have lactose intolerance? How do you try to avoid lactose intolerance?

Luckily I do not have lactose intolerance and frankly I do not think about it often. Nobody from my close family or friends struggles with this condition and I do not take any measures that could prevent me from having lactose intolerance. Simply, I try to eat healthy whenever I can and have a balanced diet.
1. In my opinion, milk is both beneficial and harmful to drink. You just need to drink milk moderately.

2. I love milk. I drink it every day. I also consume a lot of dairy products, such as butter, sour cream but these products are bad for my weight, so I try to limit their use.

3. I don’t have lactose intolerance, so I don’t really worry about this. However, I heard that lactose is harmful, so I am trying to switch to vegetable milk, like almond milk.
1. What is your answer to the title question of the video on YouTube?
My answer to this question it is a healthy drink I don’t understand why did they say it’s a poison maybe I was because they wanted to attract my attention with a shocking title because in the film they did not cite any arguments that refer to it as a poison only that the research is not clear-cut and that milk can cause discomfort if you have lactose intolerance… more dangerous are peanuts if you are allergic to them.
2. What do you think about milk in general? Do you like milk and dairy products?
I don’t think too much about this product in general I like milk and dairy product like cocoa, pudding, milkshakes and other similar products.
3. Do you have lactose intolerance? How do you try to avoid lactose intolerance?
I don’t have lactose intolerance and I don’t know anyone who has it so it’s hard for me to say how can I avoid lactose intolerance because I don’t need to.
1. What is your answer to the title question of the video on YouTube?
In this case, my answer is Healthy Drink.

2. What do you think about milk in general? Do you like milk and dairy products?
In my opinion, milk is delicious. In our kitchens are a lot of products and dishes which contain milk but not only dairy products. I mean cakes, cookies pancakes, coffee and much more. I can't imagine our world without milk.
Yes, I like milk and dairy products.

3. Do you have lactose intolerance? How do you try to avoid lactose intolerance?
Unfortunately yes but I really love milk. I can't drink coffee and eat cereal without milk. Because of lactose intolerance, I usually don't consume dairy products and try to use soy drinks. It's not hard to me, because I like soy milk also.

Week 11 [03-09.06.2019] The problem with ecological cars emission in UK

The problem with ecological cars emission in UK Since the adoption of the European Emission Allowance Directive in the European Parliament, all car makers have tried to submit. Since 1992, the Euro I standard has been in force, which limited the emission of carbon monoxide to the atmosphere. The Euro VI standard currently applies, which limits the series of exhaust gases. These include: hydrocarbons, nitrogen and carbon oxides, and dust.   The most significant change was brought by the Euro IV standard. For the first time it introduced the limitation of nitrogen oxides, which are responsible for the harmful compounds of smog.   What is smog?   Smog consists of sulfur oxides, nitrogen and carbon. In addition, solid substances such as suspended dust (PM). Dust suspend in atmospheric aerosols may be in liquid and solid form. These can be particles of sea salt, clouds from the Sahara and artificial compounds made by people. These compounds often come fr

Week 12 (12.01-18.01.15) Are you an early bird or a night owl ?

Owls are nocturnal creatures. They’re wide awake at night and they sleep during the day. If this sounds like bliss to you, then, like about 20 percent of the population who find themselves most active at around 9 pm, you may fall into the same category as our feathered friend. Night owls often have difficulty waking up in the morning, and like to be up late at night.  Studies of animal behaviour indicate that being a night owl may actually be built into some people’s genes. This would explain why those late-to-bed, late-to-rise people find it so difficult to change their behaviour. The trouble for night owls is that they just have to be at places such as work and school far too early. This is when the alarm clock becomes the night owl’s most important survival tool. Experts say that one way for a night owl to beat their dependence on their alarm clocks is to sleep with the curtains open. The Theory is that if they do so, the morning sunlight will awaken them gently and naturally.
