Owls are nocturnal creatures. They’re wide awake at night and they sleep during the day. If this sounds like bliss to you, then, like about 20 percent of the population who find themselves most active at around 9 pm, you may fall into the same category as our feathered friend. Night owls often have difficulty waking up in the morning, and like to be up late at night. Studies of animal behaviour indicate that being a night owl may actually be built into some people’s genes. This would explain why those late-to-bed, late-to-rise people find it so difficult to change their behaviour. Week 1 [07.10-13.10.19] Ant War
Since it's completely true!
It was one of the very few articles I've read with great interest and I learned something new. It wasn't easy to read a number of articles about becoming your best self or being introvert.
I was always making parallels between movie “idiocracy” and reality haha.
If I had to pick one which stuck in my memory the most, it would be like in case of my predecessor in post above, article about city activists from week 2 (City activists). I found out about something new, which is nice, especially since it's something we should be aware of as it's something harmful. Article was very well written and it's noticeable that topic was thought out.
Because this is a topic that interests me. And I could learn new things.
Week 9 [09.12-15.12.19] Survival of being buried alive
I hope someone who will have a proper idea which will really work for the 2nd question, would share the answer with me, thanks in advance!
I'm a big fan of cinema so I really enjoyed a presentation about Disney history from week 4. It was really interesting and gave me a look inside the development of one of the most powerful film companies right now.
A very short but very specific and very interesting topic was shown.
