Week 12 [18.06-24.06.2018] Tesla Inc.

Tesla company was founded in 2003 year by Elon Musk, Martin Eberhard, Marc Tarpenning, Ian Wright and JB Straubel. Company specialized in production of cars, Solar Roof, superchargers (SolarCity) and Tesla Powerpack. They make huge progress in electrification of cars and cities. At this time we know about such cars manufactured in Tesla like Tesla Roadster, Tesla Model S, Tesla Model X, Tesla Model 3 and truck Tesla Semi.
Tesla Roadster
Tesla Roadster is the first car produced by Tesla Motors and also the first car in a SPACE! Official presentation of it was in 19 July 2006 year in Santa Monica. It has been assembled in Great Britain. Tesla Roadster was as start for Tesla company because they have business strategy to make first expensive electric car to make money for future cars development and production.
In 6th of February 2018 Tesla Roadster has been launched into space to Mars orbit instead of usual beton brick to demonstrate opportunities of Falcon Heavy rocket. Elon Musk commented this decision and he told that it’s more interesting to launch car in to space first of all because they are the first who made this and there are nobody wanted to launch something on first rocket.

Tesla Model S
Tesla Model S introduced in International Motor Show in Germany in 2009 year. It was the second car produced by Tesla Motors and the first part of business model to sell high-price car and get money for cheaper car development.
Tesla Model X
Tesla Model X introduced in 9th February 2012 year in Los Angeles. This is the only fully electric luxury crossover provided in a market. It has big panoram-window and doors that open up. This is the fastest crossover of planet after the moment when it won Lamborghini Aventador SV.
Tesla Model 3
Tesla Model 3 is a third car in Tesla business strategy. Tesla company had problem with name of third car because they had plane to name “Tesla Model E” to get models name sounds like “S E X” but Ford not allowed name of the car by this name argue this as they have rights for this name so Tesla had no way and they named this car “3”. Elon Musk  told that “Ford killed all SEX”. Tesla Model 3 is a first model oriented for global user marked first of all because it costs $35 000.

At this time tesla presented new roadster and Tesla Semi truck and they also developed level 5 autopilot. Tesla opened their patents for everyone to make electric car usual fenomen for us.

I'm a petrolhead so electric cars aren't the ones I like the most because I love the smell of petrol but I like gadgets and technological things and I can say that I'm keen on electric cars to some extent. It's very futuristic and I'm willing to see what more will be achieved. I've tried to drive both, the hybrid and the electric car and it's funny new experience. Maybe some time I will bu one electric car just for fun but I will always be petrol fan.

I really like the idea of efficient and eco-friendly electric cars, but the concept itself is not new. There was an attempt in the late 90's to start mass production of electric cars like Tesla but it failed. I guess the reason the whole idea with electric car failed back then was due to high costs of producing one and experimental nature of such cars.
No, unfortunately, I 've never had an opportunity to drive an electric or hybrid car.
Not sure, If I would buy an electric car, but I would like to have a hybrid for sure. In my opinion, a car which can run both on petrol and electricity is more convenient than a regular electric automobile.

Honestly, i believe that one day we will have only electric cars around the world and i hope that this future is closer to us that we can't imagine. Yeah, i had an experience to drive a fully electric car and that feeling was really awesome. I have never tried to drive hybrid cars and i don't believe in them. My dream for today is to buy tesla, don't know about exact model but it would be breathtaking moment for me

I am very interested in electric cars. Electric machines have fewer pellucid burns because they do not create air pollution, and they have many fans in the world.
Yes, I've driven an electric car. It's very attractive to them, while I was having a different feeling than driving a gasoline car.
Yes, I'd love to have one of these cars, maybe I bought one of them in the near future.

2. I have not tried to drive yet, but I hope that soon I will have such an opportunity.

I love sound of a powerful engine and always will. However, if petrol cars will be replaced by electric cars, it won't be a problem for me. But for now, they are still not enough popular, and there isn't enough of infrastructure to support them, at least in Poland. Their current technologies don't offer the same level of convenience as petrol cars when it comes to charging batteries. So i would like to try to drive an electric car, but I wouldn't buy one at this point.

Yes, one of benefits of petrol cars is sound but not always, especially in the city where a lot of sound pollution.

The idea of electric cars is very good and I think that everyone should start using an electric car as it's more economical and ecological. But unfortunately the world is probably not ready for this. There are a lot of petrol stations on the road, but where you would charge your car when you would need to? I guess that hybrid cars are the more realistic option for now for people to use and they could be a thing in the near future. Recently, I got into hybrid bus and I was really surprised how quiet it was comparing to the normal ones. I don't know if it was a matter of being hybrid or not but it really surprised me positively.

I think that electric cars is the future of motorization and we’ll se less and less petrol cars as the time goes on. No unfortunately I haven’t but I’ve seen many on streets. What is quite surprising is that they are so quiet to such an extent that it can be dangerous to walk on the street. Yes of course I’d like to have electric car, there are many benefits ranging from ecology to using bus lanes or reduced price of parking tickets.

Electric cars are what should have become of carmaking industry years ago. Instead of using some middleage technology of burning substances, polluting air and enriching ground drilling economies, we could make not polluting technological cars. I do not have driving license and not really going to get one soon. If i am going to get a car it would be an electric one, just hope to that time there will be enough charging stations.

I don't have driven license, so I haven't got an opportunity to drive hybrid or even electric cars. But I totally want to try.

Do you want to have such type of car? Yes, of course. Tesla is a little bit expensive but there are a lot of another good and cheaper options.

I think electric cars are inevitable in cars manufacturing but I'm not a fan of them.

Yes, I drove few hybrid cars and driving experience is the same as normal car, the only difference are sound, acceleration and fuel consumption.
Do you want to have such type of car?
Nope.

I am really like electric cars! I believe that this is the best invention in recent times. They are really can improve our life and the ecology around us. But while corporations and countries make big money in the oil market, they will not give electric cars to develop! Yes, electric cars are expensive, but saving on gasoline will very quickly pay off big expenses for buying the car. Unfortunately, I have never tested an electric car.
I would like to have a similar car, perhaps in the future with sufficient zeal, I can afford it.

I have never drive electrical or hybrid car on my own but I hope it will be unforgettable experience. People who drive one told me a lot of stories about its hilarious momentum and 0-100 acceleration. To my mind electrical cars will be the dominating ones in the future. The amount of petrol and diesel is limited but people did manage to produce electrical energy and the problem of global warming is getting more and more serious each year. That's why I think that electrical cars will be in almost every single driver as their main car.

Of course I would like to have one. Such combination of acceleration consumption and price is definitely for me. The only thing that I miss in such cars is sound. You can always generate such sound that petrol cars have but you won't be able to make your brain believe in it.

As much as economic and comfortable to drive electric cars will never take over as long as we have any oil to come by on earth. Thats my opinion. I like Tesla vision, i like how they try to change the way we commute i dont really like the big damn screen in the middle but i understand its concept but ill never say i wish i was driving an electric car as long as powerfull normal cars exist they are just too much fun.
I mena having an electric car for daily use would be great but if i had to choose "one" im not giving up my fun from driving an conventional car for that.

Oh gosh, im dreaming about tesla model 3. I think the desing is awesome and whole idea that comes behind tesla is huge. I have never drove a fully electric car but i think i wont mind the difference. Ive watched many videos how it is to have tesla as daily car even in poland and still i hope ill get one of those. But for model X, blah its aweful. Sure Features are cool, but i dont like its design.

Electric cars are the future. I like tesla but only the S model. Tesla Model X is terrible. I have not seen this new model yet. I've never driven a hybrid car. I wanted to buy a hybrid, but when I saw the price, I gave it up. The burning that they give us is cheated. I checked the new Audi a3 E-tron that burned 2l in reality burned 8l and costs 180,000 zlotys. For this price you can have a really good car and a bigger one that will have the same or less burned.

I think that electric car is a good solution but I have never tried it. It can be our future! I have read about that a lot but I'm still waiting for my first ride. Do I want to have such type of car? Yes, of course! Nowadays, it's too expensive for me but I hope that one day Tesla cars will be for daily use.

What do you think about electric cars?

I'm quite hyped about them, but I think that we need some time to introduce them in our country. For example, we don't have a lot of chargers for them, especially in a smaller cities. Also, when we have the charger, it's usually already taken by another electric car, or it charges so slow, that it's better for you to find another one.

I've tried hybrid cars. It's a weird feeling, when you are driving slowly they're making almost no sound :D

Do you want to have such type of car?

In the future - yes, but only when the technology of the batteries will be better.

I like the idea of electric cars and I am in love with Tesla design. I hope in the nearest future people will drive only electric cars and I wish I would have one. I have never tried to drive it, but I think it depends on the model - some could be real boring, but Tesla is a real bolide, you may not even feel that it is electric, because that car is fast and it's a pleasure to drive it, I think. Electric cars are our future, for sure.

Electric cars may be the future of travelling. Without pollution of the environment, we can move to different places. Nowadays the pollution caused by petrol or diesel cars is way too big. I think if electric cars were cheaper more people would buy it. I have never had an opportunity to drive such a car, but I wish I had. I was wondering about hybrid when I was buying a car but finally I decided to buy diesel. Hybrid was just too expensive to handle it. That is the main problem for casual person. Second problem is that there are just a few places where I could load electric car even if I live in the capitol of Poland. Until it is not solved people will buy petrol cars as I did
