School
A university  is very important because you can pick  one which doesnt force you to learn new things or vice-versa. I really prefer schools which force me to learn because you are there to be better, not only to get a diploma Universities  are  very expensive in Australia or in USA, it is  about 15-20 thousand euros per two years (graduate studies). Not all of us can afford to pay for them. Most universites  require IETLS exam to prove your English skills .

Flat or Room
The next step is finding accommodation. It Is also not dont cheap things because a room or flat in countrys like USA or Australia will cost a lot of money (500-600 dollars  for a shared room). For a flat you will pay (about 1000-1200). For people from Poland these costs are too high and therefore most of us work. Also, dorms in the UK are disgusting. Smelly rooms, shared bathrooms made of plastic. Still, you do not share it with anyone. For breakfast they offer sweets and fast food, inter alia,  sneakers.

Profits
Having  experience how to survive in other countries and language skills . Of course you will aquaint very used things from this travel and it can be really nice time in your life.??

Some time ago I thought about leaving and studing abroad. It's a great thing for sure, yet it's also difficult at some points. Except the fact that you would be alone and have to communicate in other than your mother language on a daily basis, what seems enought already, I get the impression that it's not so hard as one may think to get on an abroad university. At least if talking about architecture studies, when in Poland you not only have to have technical drawing skills, but pass an entry exam on a level as you were an architecture student already. That's outrageous for me. Even a lot of people who I know after technical architecture college weren't able to get on Warsaw achitecture studies. While to get on such course in Glasgow it's enought to send some your drawings and have decent matura results. Of course only the best would get scholarship, but at least it's quite possible to be accepted.

I have never studied abroad and I have never wanted to study. The only option is Erazmus but I haven't used it and I won't. I know that my language skills would develop more if I went abroad for one semester than if I stayed in Poland and study for many years. I have thought about "work and travel" in USA maybe I will go in future.

One of the greatest benefit is for sure perfect ability to speak language of country where studying. Another one is for example possibility to visit and stay for a while in another country than you've grown up.
Actually I'm not planning to study abroad. It's too late for such plans, but if I would be able to choose one more time I would definitely consider studying abroad. I don't know where, it depends of type of university and their possibilities.

I spent 10 months in Korea, on student exchange. I have to admit that it was time of my life. New experiences, cultural exchange and a lot of nice people. I think that if there is such option, one should take it. I think saying that you learn to live by yourself is overestimation, since you are joining group of people in your age, with similar interest, so it is not so hard to find friends.

Unfortunately I haven't studied abroad. There is a statement 'it's better to regret doing something than not doing it' and in fact, I don't think I would regret if I would go, but studying abroad is a thing that I regret not doing it.

To be honest, I have a lot of frieds who studied abroad and they are very happy. They have nice memories and everybody of them says it helped them in many fields - especially in improving language skills.
I heard that studying abroad is an important factor for employers but I don't know if it's true.

The most important advantage in studying abroad is making friends. Thanks to such trip, you don't have only 'native' friends. You know people from all over the world, becuase the same like you, they come for studying abroad ;)

I've never studied abroad but as a former International Baccalaureate student I have many highschool friends who left. The very adventage of studying abroad is the language experience and different culture.

I didn't have enough money to start studying abroad and I was afraid to take a loan. But I know it's almost always worth the money.
I don't plan to study abroad simply because I don't plan to study anymore after graduating at our university. But If I had been before my univeristy studies and been allowed to choose again, I would probably have choose studying abroad. Unfortunately, nobody suggested me to consider that option and I myself had not been aware of advantages of such choice.
I believe it helps you to be much more resposbile and independent, gives you the possibility to familiarize yourself with foreign cultures, develops your social and language skills, broadens the mind and open up new horizons.

I was thinking about studying abroad, I would really love to finish school somewhere in the States or Japan or any other country with well developed technology and good university...Of course it is hard, because you have to not only learn a lot but also in another language. But I think it is great opportunity to learn another culture, foreign language and of course all the material from the studies. I am thinking about maybe some short studies abroad in the future, but we will see.
I have considered studying abroad after I graduated high school, but now I don’t really feel bad that I stayed in Poland.
Studying abroad may have so many benefits, but I think that I may become more lazy if I studied abroad, as many of my friends.
Now especially in IT business, it’s possible to work from almost anywhere, if your employer accepts remote working.

When I think of studying abroad, I can see a lot of advantages, for example:
1) It’ll look good on your CV
2) Meet a diverse range of people
3) Gain independence
4) Be spontaneous and adventurous

The experiences you take advantage of abroad can influence the rest of your life in regards to career goals. You will probably discover a newfound passion which could influence your major or career path, or maybe you will decide you want to work abroad or learn a new language. One way to maintain an edge over the competitive work force is to continue you higher education overseas. Maybe you will decide to study towards a master’s or doctorate degree abroad.

I thought to study abroad but at the end of the 3rd year of my studies I found a good job that now it is a pity that I would be out of it. I have many friends who are leaving for student exchange like erasmus. I think it's good way to try study abroad and see if it be suitable for you because this exchange lasts from half a year to one year. I also have a friend who went to study in China for 5 years. I think that studying in such a place like China or other Asian country is a very courageous move because there is a completely different culture and teaching system than in Europe.

Well I'm going to finish study in a half year, so I'm not planning to study in foreign country. When I was young I checked foreign universities, mostly in US. The most important thing was amazing teaching staff. But studying in US is very expensive (about $50.000/year) so I gave up :) But if someone will decide to study in foreign country, because he want to meet some new friends... For me that shouldn't be the main reason.

For me studying abroad have their pros and cons. When you study abroad you will definitely learn the language. The disadvantage is that you are far from family. In my opinion, in Poland, you can find good studios and good jobs.
Study abroad is very interesting, but at the same time it is difficult. You can face a lot of different difficulties: another language, another culture, search a room, etc. And this is normal! This is the best way to get more and more experiences and exposure in life. For any person who leaves his country, life and study in another country will be difficult, but very interesting :) Personally, I want to continue studying in Japan, I would like to get acquainted with their culture closer.
Studying abroad could be very intersting experience, but it depends on so many things to be success for someone that I dont thinkn so that I whenever dare to do something like this. That doesnt mean that I dont want to see the world, I really love to travel around the world, but with comfort that you can come back to your country whenever you want.

I actually study abroad now in Poland:) and I have been studying in Ukraine, so I can compare it, and I would say that there is no such a big difference. Maybe if I were younger, I would possibly enjoy the student life in a new city. I don't have big problems with accommodation or language. But maybe if I were studying somewhere far far away, I would think different. For example, I planned to study art in Iceland, but then I decided to stay in Poland, because I feel comfortable here.
I thought about it for a while, but in the end I decided to study in Poland after all, since I didn't really want to leave everything behind for no real advantage. Indeed, I'd probably study abroad if there was no college/uni that was meeting my needs, but fortunately I really enjoy my time in PJATK, so I have no need to study abroad, neither want to, since I have my entire family and all friends here :).

While studying abroad does have some advantges like independence, honing language skills and meeting other people I would not want to study in different country. I would not study abroad because first of all i don't want to leave my family and friends, and second of all I like my current work and i would not exchange it for anything.

If you know annual statistics, polish universities are very low in comparison with europeans. Maybe that's why many polish students want to study abroad. However, those stats aren't especially true if you think about computer science courses. Polish developers are one of the best in the world. That's why I've never thought about studying abroad.

I know people, who really recommend studying abroad, for example while Erasmus. It is agreat opportunity, to live and know other country, to meet people and gain some experience. When I was younger I wanted to study abroad, but now, when I am a student, I have got a dog and some commitment here so I wouldn't go. But, I've got a friend who took a 6months unpaid leave to go for Erasmus as it is her last year as a student.
One of the biggest advantages is meeting new people, it's probably the best thing in studying abroad to meet people and their cultures. Of course we can see different ways of teaching and that's cool too, but if I go to study abroad I want to meet new people. I would like to go to Spain, I like the climate, culture so it would very interesting to go there.

Studying abroad has many benefits. It's more difficult but the advantages are, in my opinion, worth it. Learning new language, often very different culture and people, all this enriches us tremendously both knowledge-wise and experience-wise.
I do not have plans for studying abroad at this moment, although I do not exclude such possibility from my path.

I never had a chance to study abroad.
My friend is studying in Canada and he loves it. According to his stories, the way of studyimg is absolutely different than in Poland.
For example, no one is cheating on tests and if someone saw that you are then you have many unpleasantness or you can even be expelled from the university.
I think the biggest advantage is making new friends from all around the world and improving your language skills.
Did not ever have the time and possibility to check that. I think abroad or in your home country but different city you have to face similiar problems. Money. flat, new school, lack of friends at start. That is what you have to deal with on the daily basis. Although language training and visiting a new country is something that we usually pay a lot through the years. That way it is a bargain offer so anyone who might should take a shot :)
The benefits of studying abroad are: to learn or improve a new language, to get to know new cultures, to get acquaint with interesting, new people. I am planning to study in Japan next semester. I have been learning this language for the past 3 years and I want to check my efforts. Learning the language made me want to get closer to Japan. I am in owe of the Japanese way of being.

I don't think I'm going to study abroad, my education is hopefully nearing it's end, unless I decide to take up some specialized education. I'd love to attend CALarts or something similar, but I don't know if it will be possible. Generally I think programs like Erasmus are a great opportunity for people to learn about the world, other cultures and how school works in different parts of the world. Not to mention meeting new people.

In the past I always wanted to study in the USA. It was my dream when I was in high school. After I went to the university I realize that there is no different between learning here or in any other places country. It depend on our self’s how we invest this time we spent. I think that degree doesn’t matter today . Furthermore the cost of education in other countries are more higher than in Poland. It seems to me that we should appreciate what we have. Travelling is great but I would like to go abroad after I finish my education.

Week 12 (12.01-18.01.15) Are you an early bird or a night owl ?

Owls are nocturnal creatures. They’re wide awake at night and they sleep during the day. If this sounds like bliss to you, then, like about 20 percent of the population who find themselves most active at around 9 pm, you may fall into the same category as our feathered friend. Night owls often have difficulty waking up in the morning, and like to be up late at night.  Studies of animal behaviour indicate that being a night owl may actually be built into some people’s genes. This would explain why those late-to-bed, late-to-rise people find it so difficult to change their behaviour. The trouble for night owls is that they just have to be at places such as work and school far too early. This is when the alarm clock becomes the night owl’s most important survival tool. Experts say that one way for a night owl to beat their dependence on their alarm clocks is to sleep with the curtains open. The Theory is that if they do so, the morning sunlight will awaken them gently and natura...

Week 11 [03-09.06.2019] The problem with ecological cars emission in UK

The problem with ecological cars emission in UK Since the adoption of the European Emission Allowance Directive in the European Parliament, all car makers have tried to submit. Since 1992, the Euro I standard has been in force, which limited the emission of carbon monoxide to the atmosphere. The Euro VI standard currently applies, which limits the series of exhaust gases. These include: hydrocarbons, nitrogen and carbon oxides, and dust.   The most significant change was brought by the Euro IV standard. For the first time it introduced the limitation of nitrogen oxides, which are responsible for the harmful compounds of smog.   What is smog?   Smog consists of sulfur oxides, nitrogen and carbon. In addition, solid substances such as suspended dust (PM). Dust suspend in atmospheric aerosols may be in liquid and solid form. These can be particles of sea salt, clouds from the Sahara and artificial compounds made by people. These compounds...
