I think that "Plastic surgeries for cosmetic reasons and good taste" by Paulina Stanek and "(Too) late motherhood" by Aleksandra Stodulska raised very up-to-date issues that were interesting to think and talk about.

The best presentation in my opinion is "The true success story of Apple's iPhone" by Sebastian Żakowski because it shown real data and was about subject that interests me a lot.

I really enjoyed "Star wars - special effects" article writen by Katarzyna Buczylko as this aricle has a lot of interasting facts about very popular topic right now! STAR WARS saga :)

I think "Webcomics" (Katarzyna Buczylko) was my favorite, cause I learned about existence of some good comics. Especially the 'Ava's Deamons' one, pity it's updated so rarely.

Almost every subject was interesting in some way :) But I remembered best 2 topics,and I even went deeper to get know even more, and these are:
"Week 10: Star wars: special effects" by Kasia
and "Week 5 (02.11 - 08.11) Nuclear Energy" by Helena

I also enjoyed all sport related articles – the one about crossfit written by Agata, about kettlebells – by Nina :), and Paulina's post about bike helmets

I refrain from voting this time. Many presentation this term presented very deep understanding of the topic and nice skill in writing. It would be unfair to vote for only one of them.
From the other side I'd probably could cast a vote for the worst ones as we saw some presentations presenting quite poor level. After reading some of them one could think a tool like Google Translate was used in the process of writing and after reading other it was clear that author didn't know the topic s/he wrote on or was very biased. Though I'll refrain from casting this vote either.

I will vote but I agree that presentations should be held to a higher standard and require a minimum effort. Furthermore I think we could gain if our grammatical mistakes in the comments were corrected. At least those major ones.

Topic was really good prepared, interested with great videos and thought-provoking.

Word. There were a couple interesting articles written this semester, and I would rather avoid picking one in particular because honestly I'd just do that at random.

There were also a few presentations that felt so forced I didn't really bother commenting on. Sorry about skipping some of those.

For me the best one was: Week 5 (02.11-08.11) Crowdfunding. The phenomenon of spending money on a possible product by Oskar. Interesting and popular at this moment topic.

Owls are nocturnal creatures. They’re wide awake at night and they sleep during the day. If this sounds like bliss to you, then, like about 20 percent of the population who find themselves most active at around 9 pm, you may fall into the same category as our feathered friend. Night owls often have difficulty waking up in the morning, and like to be up late at night.  Studies of animal behaviour indicate that being a night owl may actually be built into some people’s genes. This would explain why those late-to-bed, late-to-rise people find it so difficult to change their behaviour. The trouble for night owls is that they just have to be at places such as work and school far too early. This is when the alarm clock becomes the night owl’s most important survival tool. Experts say that one way for a night owl to beat their dependence on their alarm clocks is to sleep with the curtains open. The Theory is that if they do so, the morning sunlight will awaken them gently and naturally.
