1. I've heard about the previous generation of the Unreal Engine but didn't hear about the new one. I've only read some news about new generation of consoles coming up soon.

2. I'm not so much into games now so personally I don't have so much feelings about the news, but I always happy when we push forward and bring our civilization to the next levels.

3. I liked it and it's unbelivable how far we are now in terms of graphics quality. I can only think about the gamers' machines that would need to run such a graphic intense games.

1. Do you know about this engine? Or have you heard about this before?

I don't play games, but I know that there's been a big hype on the internet with the appearance of this engine. The game engine deals with the interaction between game elements. It can have built-in graphics, input, network or AI modules, detecting collisions between game objects. Also such an engine allows for more accurate physics response and will make the game based on this engine more realistic.

2. Are you waiting for her release after you learned this news?

I didn't wait for this because I don't need it for anything.

3. How do you like the presentation in the video, are you impressed by the innovation?

I was impressed with the graphics, but I don't expect super graphics from the games, but an extensive storyline level. No games without any story will give you satisfaction from the game.
Morrowind still surprises me today with the level of expansion, the number of forks and dialogues. The world is huge and the illusion of participating in something real, going beyond what is displayed on the screen, is perfectly built. Many later games did not give such an experience, especially those after 2012-2013.
This is a very famous engine. Unreal Engine is quite a popular tool, but I don't know if I've heard about version five. I think not. Probably many games that will be implemented on this platform will be of good quality. I like only a few game titles and I don't program games, so I don't care when it comes out. I'm not waiting for him. The presentation shown in the movie aroused amazing impressions for me, as it was shown how, for example, caves are generated. The play of lights also makes an amazing impression. I wonder if the lighting technology used in the new graphics cards is used there. Graphics is going to be more realistic than reality :O
I agree with you, I also really love the series of games and the Morrowind universe. Sometimes graphics can fade into the background, but at times I want to look at the screen and feel stronger the virtual reality with a good story and nice graphics.

1. I saw this video on some stream before and I was really surprised that it is working so smoothly. I think it was on Lirik's stream on Twitch. He sometimes makes a stream about stuff connected to games in some way.

2. I'm waiting for Playstation 5 and new games on it, but right now I cant wait for cyberpunk 2077. I think it will be even better than Witcher series.

3. I'm iterested in new technology and surprised that we have come so far so quickly. Few years back we still played a game when we saw pixels and everything was quadratic and "basic".
1. Do you know about this engine? Or have you heard about this before?

Yes, I have and I have been learning it for some time now. The longer I work on it the more amazed I am of the possibilities it gives to the content creators. The upcoming generation of the engine seems to be able to let game developers create sceneries which might as good as big budget feature films which is crazy by all means.

2. Are you waiting for her release after you learned this news?

I can't wait to try out the newest Unreal Engine and if the time works out well then I might be able to create my masters degree project using this engine. It seems that the premiere might be a little to late for me to start working on it and fit in the deadline.

3. How do you like the presentation in the video, are you impressed by the innovation?

I am very impressed and even a little bit grateful that I am a vitness of such a revolution in content creation. I wish it's premiere was scheduled a little bit earlier so I would be able to create my master's degree project on it but seems I am out of luck.

1.
Yes, UE is quite famous, I've played quite a few games that were based on its previous versions in the past.

2.
I am not an avid gamer, so I don't really keep track of new releases of games or game engines, so it was new for me.

3.
Yes, computer graphics has made a major leap in my lifetime, it is very impressive to see so much detail and be even more immersed in the game due to beautiful world rendering.

I am very glad that there are those who also share my admiration for this topic and are ready to work on new technologies. This is truly an amazing opportunity to explore new front.

2. Are you waiting for her release after you learned this news?
Yes, let's see what Epic's managed to achieve, I am excited.
3. How do you like the presentation in the video, are you impressed by the innovation?
Not really, in fact in regards of quality, it is actually pretty close to what Unity showed during one of the demos of the new engine version.
1. Yes, I've heard a lot about Unreal Engine and I must admit that it is impressive.

2. Yes, I gladly saw the use of this engine in some game, but currently I don't have time to play games, and besides, before we see it in games, it will take several years, because still common equipment with adequate power, are only for enthusiasts, so it costs a lot of money.

3. Yes, it is impressive, but we know that this is only a presentation, and it always looks best on a presentation. And in reality it's different, so you have to pay attention to it.
1. Yes i heard about this engine, because I'm looking for information about playstation 5 all the time and this engine is associated with it.

2. Yes I'm waiting for a new game generation since new year's eve. I saw on this video that is going to be released in 2021 so we need to wait some time more.

3. I'm very impressed, it looks amazing and it uses AI which I'm interested in.

I don't know anything about this engine, I just saw some demo and it looks amazing but that's all I know about it.
2. Are you waiting for her release after you learned this news?
Not really, it looks great, but I haven't played games requiring such an engine for a long time, so what do I need it, unless they create something that I could not resist
3. How do you like the presentation in the video, are you impressed by the innovation?
It’s great they are better and better in terms of graphics quality I look forward to what else they will come up with in the next version of this engine.

1 & 2. Do you know about this engine? Or have you heard about this before? Are you waiting for her release after you learned this news?

I've seen some videos about the engine and I have happily joined the hypetrain. I enjoyed the trinity/illuminati memes. I am looking forward to seeing the games not just demos.

3. How do you like the presentation in the video, are you impressed by the innovation?

I sure am. I am happy that I will witness the revolution in content creating. The people, who were responsible for the lightning effects will be able do to something else like helpiing in directing the game or other proggraming stuff. It will free space in the staff to get them in other places like I've mentioned before.
I am very glad that many are also interested in this topic. I am glad that our opinion converges ...
It's just something fantastic!

I've heard that something like that was in creation. I didn't expect them to finish so quickly. I've read about the next generation consoles that supposed to support it and that is pretty much all I know about that project.

2.2. Are you waiting for her release after you learned this news?

After watching a video I was shocked by how beautiful it looks like. Shadow and light working together, all the details, and even a movement of the character were really good looking. I can't wait for it to be released.

3. How do you like the presentation in the video, are you impressed by the innovation?

The video looks impressive, the presentation gives us a lot of promises but as we all know it's usually far from the product we get. I hope the finished live version of this technology won't differ from what they were showing in this demo.

1. Do you know about this engine? Or have you heard about this before?
Yes, I know Unreal Engine. I heard about this engine when they created Unreal Tournament in 1999. A lot of games use this engine. Personally, I didn't use it - I chose the Unity engine because it allowed scripts to be written in C # instead of c ++ and had a very wide selection of assets that could be used in its application (both paid and free).
The downside of the Unity engine was the lack of this environment for Linux systems. Today it is obsolete and we can create applications in Unity on linux, windows and macOS.
For small projects, the Unity engine seems better to me than Unreal.
2. Are you waiting for her release after you learned this news?
The graphics in the technological demo look really beautiful.
I hope that really good projects using this engine will come about. Good games such as BioShock or MassEffect or Fortnite, which is very popular now, have already been created in the Unreal engine.
The best news is that the engine capabilities have been presented on the console (PS5) - After the premiere you will be able to enjoy excellent graphics for a long time without having to replace the graphics card on your computer every year :)
3. How do you like the presentation in the video, are you impressed by the innovation?
The graphics presented in the film made a great impression on me. I think I will buy the PS5 as soon as it appears on the market.

3. How do you like the presentation in the video, are you impressed by the innovation?
1. I have heard it so many times, in the world of computer games such a premiere is a really big event. As it seems to me, the first gossip about it has been around for about six months now.
2.Of course I can't wait for those games to be released. It's possible that I'm going to buy a ps5 and a bigger screen to see for myself how it's going to look on the big screen.
3. I am very impressed, I've already watched this video several times and each time I'm surprised how good it looks and how much the graphics have improved. I'm just curious how it's going to look like in terms of performance, because preparing a video that shows new achievements is not difficult.

2. Are you waiting for her release after you learned this news?
I cant wait for presentation of new game engine generations.
3. How do you like the presentation in the video, are you impressed by the innovation?
Engine capabilities look impressive. If every feature will be fulfilled this engine will be amazing.
1. Do you know about this engine? Or have you heard about this before?

Yes, it is the one of the most advanced licensed engine.

2. Are you waiting for her release after you learned this news?

I am not deep into this part of IT industry however it is always great to see such innovations as presented in article

3. How do you like the presentation in the video, are you impressed by the innovation?

Pretty much, I know how much time its needed to develop such functionalities like those presented on the video

1. Of course I knew about previous Unreal Engines. I also watched this presentation as soon as it was available. YouTube recommendations assisted in it.

2. I want to see with what cool things people will come up using this engine. Although I don't even dream about playing a game on this engine. I have 2 laptops and don't plan to construct my own workstation with dedicated graphical cards in the closest future...

3. Yes. Aside from the fact that everything is rendered in realtime, the most amazing feature for me was the amount of polygons that was achieved by breaking everything into triangles. OMG.

1. Yes, i did. Unreal Engine is really popular. And yes, i have heard about Unreal Engine 5, if everything that was said in the video is true, it might be revolutionary.

2. Yes I am, like i said earlier, if everything that was said in the video is true, the engine might be revolutionary. I cana't wait to see first games using the technology.

3. I liked the presentation, and I am really impressed by the technology. I'm even more impressed that it is running on PlayStation 5. The demo must be optimized really well, since PS5 is not as powerful as a high-end PC, and since PS5 will be more affortable, the technology migh be game-changing.

1. Do you know about this engine? Or have you heard about this before?
Yes, it was mentioned by my colleagues, I've heard that gamers have wait for this new release of this engine.

2. Are you waiting for her release after you learned this news?
I do not play computer games on regular basis. Some scenes from video where astonishing, I would be keen to watch some gameplays.

3. How do you like the presentation in the video, are you impressed by the innovation?
Yes, I am impressed, I hope it is software technology, not just very good parameters of hardware, which renders the scenes.
1. Yes, I did! I loved the trailer and the changes they plan in UE5. I was so excited when they announced it that I even told my grandma about it :D

2. Obviously! It is a shame that our diplomas won't be made using these amazing features. I'd like to see what students can achieve when they have a tool like this!

3. I have seen it multiple times before and I can still find other amazing things about this upgrade. The ability to put the high poly meshes directly into the project is a game-changer. No need for retopology that is very time-consuming will allow game developers to put, for instance, raw photogrammetry models into the game. Having this ability will make new AAA games richer and... breathtaking!

1. Do you know about this engine? Or have you heard about this before?

I’ve heard about this engine and its capabilities, it’s really impressing. I played some games that were developed using this engine, mostly older ones as I am not a vivid player.

2. Are you waiting for her release after you learned this news?

Although I’ve heard about the release, it’s not that I am counting the days to day zero. Of course, it’s impressing how the engine was being developed over the years and probably I will play a game that was created based on it but I can’t really say that I am having sleepless nights because of its release.

3. How do you like the presentation in the video, are you impressed by the innovation?

Of course I am, it never seizes to amaze me how advanced game are becoming, but as I said in the previous answer, I am not that hyped that it’s the only thing that I think of.
1.Do you know about this engine? Or have you heard about this before?
I've heard so much about this engine, I once tried to create a game in Unreal Engine.

2.Are you waiting for her release after you learned this news?
I'm not waiting very much but certainly the games that will come out on this version will be very nice and spectacular. I wonder if the game that was presented in the video will actually be a game and not just a demo presentation.

3. How do you like the presentation in the video, are you impressed by the innovation?
Of course, yes, every technological breakthrough is interesting information for me
1. Do you know about this engine? Or have you heard about this before?

Yes, I have heard about this engine, I also have heard about this presentation. I think it should be a revolution in-game graphic and it could have a big impact on game development.

2. Are you waiting for her release after you learned this news?

Yes, I am very excited about how new games will look like using this new engine and what possibilities it will bring for developers. I think in 4-5 years we will get a lot of very beautiful games with a great graphic and it will be very realistic. I can't wait to see it!

3. How do you like the presentation in the video, are you impressed by the innovation?

I think it is a great presentation, it's just breathtaking! It was so beautiful and all the explanation... I think it is a great opportunity for game devs to graphic in AAA games even more realistic!
1. Do you know about this engine? Or have you heard about this before?
Yes, I have read about Unreal Engine 5 and seen the presentation.
2. Are you waiting for her release after you learned this news?
Of course I'm waiting for release! It can improve games to the level of movies visual effects like "Avatar" or Marvel movies.
3. How do you like the presentation in the video, are you impressed by the innovation?
The presentation is amazing, the light and sound are so realistic as well as locations and animation. On the other hand, there are no new algorithms developed there. The developers just increased the number of palindromes as today's technologies such as Playstation 5 allow that.

2. Are you waiting for her release after you learned this news?
As I stated, this engine is certainly one of the best and my favorite, so I'm excited for what it will bring to gaming and maybe even revolutionize the graphics in games.

3. How do you like the presentation in the video, are you impressed by the innovation?
The presentation was awesome, at one point the graphics looked so good I even got shivers. I'm constantly impressed how people can make games look more realistic. Sometimes in the future I hope it will look exactly like our real world.
