2. My favorite cuisine is definitely Polish one. Each time I visit my grandma traditional food seems to be the greatest part of the visit. I love cucumber salad along with potatoes and good "schabowy". Dishes mostly considered as Polish ones would be - the one I mentioned already, as well as "bigos" or "pierogi" which can appear on the table in various types, depending on what somebody enjoys the most.
I've never tried real Ukrainian cuisine as i've never been to Ukraine but as You described in the article some of Ukrainian products are very similar to Polish ones, so after living my whole life in Poland i can most certainly tell that i'm not a very big fan of Polish cuisine. So by analogy i would say that i won't be keen on Ukrainian cuisine too, but I would like to try it in the future.

I don't have my top 1 favorite cuisine but if i were to choose one of my most like it would've been German one. It's a lot of meat and fat, and tasty spices. My favorite dish from German cuisine is Currywurst, and it's a sausage heated in curry-tomato sauce. It's delicious!
I have never tried Ukrainian cuisine but after this article I definitely will. I can imagine how does it taste but I can't have opinion before try. I'm optimistic because I love every kinds of dumplings or similar dishes. Ukrainian cuisine looks very similar to Polish dishes, which I really enjoy.

My favorite food though is Georgian cuisine like Chaczapuri or Chinkali or Hungarian cuisine where we can try Langosz or gulasz soup. I am fan of dishes with sos, chopped perfectly to bite size. Japanese cuisine like Sushi is also great. I'm foodie, I love to taste and eat every kind of food.
I am originally from Turkey and the holubtsi looks like something what we have called as "Dolma". But this is the general way of saying for this kind of meals, I guess you are only cooking it with cabbage and include meats inside, we cook it with different varieties for instance one with meat and one is without meat with olive oils for the vegetarians and we cook it with different vegetables such as (Quince, paprika, tomato, artichoke, pumpkin, eggplant and many many different vegatables.) It's yummy. so worth to try whatever holubtsi made it from :D

The Turkish ravioli is one of my favorite dish in the World. Honestly, for me there is nothing called as best, if a meaty meal meets with yogurt, I call it as the best.

I have never tried Ukrainian cuisine before, because my country doesn't have too many Ukrainian canteen, but one of my hobbies is eating delicious food, so I would like to try it someday. and I would like to try Ukrainian dumplings, because I like eating dumplings, especially with soup, I was very surprised the first time when I tried Polish dumplings, it was completely different from Chinese dumplings, so now I am curious about Ukrainian dumplings, also want to try Ukrainian traditional soup.

My favorite one should be Cantonese cuisine, because I was born in a city called paradise of food--Canton. and the traditional dishes were called Dim Sum, maybe some people have already tried Dim Sum in Warsaw, anyway, they are not so authentic.
My grandmother also cooks traditional food and all my family loves it. I'm sure no restaurant food will taste better than my grandmother's :)
Your choice is very interesting. To be honest, I don't even know traditional German dishes. I only heard that they cooked delicious sausages. Although I'm not a fan of spicy food, I would like to try the dish you wrote about. Thank you, that opened something new from German cuisine and think not only for me.

Ukrainian traditional holubtsi is made from meat mixed with rice, and all this is wrapped in cabbage. During cooking, add tomatoes or tomato paste, grated carrots, sour cream, and bay leaf. It's not hard to cook yourself. I hope you will like Ukrainian holubtsi when you try them.
I've never heard about Dim Sum. Can you explain what it's made of?
2. My favourite cuisine is Italian and it's hard to say why I exactly like this one. I like all kind of pasta with tomato sauce, especially lasagne. Maybe this is the key why I love it so much. And of course who dosen't like pizza :)

I never tried Ukrainian cuisine as I never got the chance to visit this country but from what I've read some of your dishes are very similar.
I'd definitely want to try different varieties of borscht depending on your regions as it's my favourite soup.

My favourite cuisine is Italian. I just love pizza and different types of pasta's.
I don't have one favorite cuisine but I like some meals from Asian cuisines(curry, sushi, seafood), American(steaks and burgers), Italian(pasta) and some others. But the most important thing is that the food must be tasty.
2. I like Polish cuisine, because it is tasty and filling, but I am short thought with Polish cousine, because I eat it every time when I visit my parents. So when I eat out I prefer trying something new, for instance last week I have tried Gegorian cousine for the first time and I can reccomend it. When it comes to my taste spicy food really gets me and I can say that Mexican and Thailand food are the best for me.

Spaghetti, risotto, pizza, lasagne, ravioli and many more are the most famous traditional dishes - and also my favorites. They taste great, and if somebody somehow has never tried this cuisine before, do it as soon as possible.

I would say that is Polish cuisine because I grew up on them and Italian cuisine like lasagne, pizza, spaghetti and and some individual dishes from others cuisine.

Not one county in particular, but I like eastern food, and especially the Chinese one. It is so much different from what I used to but extremely peculiar and diverse. But I would say that I would prefer it to everything else. At the end of the day, there is often ignorance, not tastes that prevents someone from appreciating some type of cuisine.
To be honest, I have no experience with Ukrainian cuisine, but this article shows that it has a lot in common with other Slovenian cuisines. By similarities, I mean rich usage of meat that completely disqualify this cuisine for me, as I am vegetarian since pretty early childhood. Nevertheless, I could try vareniki if it is stuff with cheese, mushrooms or fruits.

I don't have favorite cuisine, but I like Arabic and Asian species, so India and Morocco's cuisines are fairly good. Generally, if some dish doesn't include meat in any form and doesn't look like brought from laboratory it is fine for me. :)

It is difficult to single out any special kitchen. Any kitchen has several incredibly delicious dishes. In general, I like to eat what I like and sometimes try something new
I would say that Ukrainian, Russian cuisine is partially the same.
2. I am a lover of Uzbek cuisine. I come from this country. Surely you also heard or saw Uzbek restaurants in Ukraine, Poland and other countries many times. If you heard then we have dishes called Pilaf. This is a very popular dish in all of Central Asia and even in the west. I advise you to visit the Uzbek restaurant wherever you are because there you will be fed very tasty and satisfying!

I like the Ukrainian cuisine very match! Cause of its variety, originality and old history. Borscht, for example, already was known in Trypillya culture (5-6 thousand years ago), and it was accepted by Eastern Slavs. Most of Ukrainian dishes are very calorie. To cook them, u use a lot of components and cooking, consists of several methods of heat treatment, that’s why they are rich in proteins, fats and carbohydrates. Dishes are very tasty although, because of supplements, that are adding to the main dish. For example, sour cream, it is added almost to every dish.

Every cuisine has its individual features. And to say that some cuisine is your favorite, u need to understand what food do you prefer. As for me, I prefer fish instead of meet; cooked in any way – fried, smoked, dried, soup with fish, salad with fish…

As I am ukrainian I have tried ukrainian cuisin. Of course, I love it, very much. When I try something from ukrainian cuisin I always remember y childhood, when my granmother cooked some delicious dishes and we all together was siting by the table and talking.

I like Italian cuisin. Pizza, lazania, pasta... Everything is delicious. Also I like Georgian one. Chinkali, some great steaks.
Your dishes seem interesting. I don't know if its Ukrainian or Russian cousine but i've heard about "Bliny", but it's similar(if not the same) as pancakes or Polish 'placki'.

My favorite cuisine may be Spain or Italy in Europe. Since I am Turkish, they are included in the Mediterranean cuisine. Especially the Spanish meats are delicious.
But still I am a fan of eating fast foods, just that you don’t have to waste time cooking something.
2. My favorite cuisine, besides Polish of course, is Mexican cuisine. I love burritos, cheese quesadille with chicken and corn, nachos and all types of tortillas. This kitchen suits me very much because it is rich in spices, products, flavors and colors which makes it so tasty no only for me but for many people around the world.
my favorite cuisine is definitely italian cuisine. it came from that my grandmother spent over 30 years in Italy and when she returned she cooked all these delicious Italian dishes. I learned to cook them myself and they are the basis of my nutrition on a daily basis. I think this kitchen is very valuable for our health because it is a Mediterranean diet that includes healthy fats such as olive oil and a lot of vegetables. my favorite dish is spaghetti and other pastas to which I add fresh tomatoes and sprinkle with real Italian Parmesan cheese.
I haven't tried it yet. A lot of we have in poland but i would really enjoy some local cousine.

I really like italian cousine because of it's freshness and simplicity. Pastas, pizza, seafoods.
I would like to try dumplings, it's one of my favourite dishes in Poland, so it would be fun to try if they are as good as ours or better!
2. It's really hard question to answer because all cusine from the whole word has delicious dishes, which i love to eat. For the purpose of the question i will chose chinese cuisine. The rice and vegetables with their sauce and spices is one of the best kitchen adventures i had in my life. Peking duck is one of their traditional dish, which suprised me with unexpected taste.
