In 1962 the movie "Dr. No" appeared on the screens, and it became the first among the series of adventures of the invulnerable James Bond. The role of the agent 007 was played by six actors, each of whom brought a bit of his charm to the image of Bond. Let's recollect again who has been selflessly serving Her Majesty the Queen of Great Britain during all this time.
In the late 1950s, the film company Eon Productions acquired the rights to the film adaptation of all the novels of Fleming, the films it has made are the official filmography of the Bond.
The first official James Bond was Sean Connery, who is still considered the best agent 007 among all who ever played this role. His JB career started in a film "Dr. No", after which Connery played in five more official parts: "From Russia with Love", "Goldfinger", "Thunderball", "You Only Live Twice" and "Diamonds are forever." The last time in the role of Bond Connery appeared in 1983 in the movie "Never Say Never", since it was filmed not by Eon Productions, he is not included in the official list of Bond.
The second Bond was the Australian George Lezenby, who replaced Connery, who refused this role. The film "On Her Majesty's Secret Service" was released in 1969, but in the next series of Bond "Diamonds Are Forever" Connery returned to the screen. Lezenby, by the way, is the only non-British actor who played Bond: Sean Connery is a Scotsman, Pierce Brosnan is an Irishman, and Roger Moore, Timothy Dalton and Daniel Craig are Englishmen.
When in 1971 Connery finally refused to shoot in Bond, the third Bond came. It was a real Englishman Roger Moore. They say that this candidate was suggested by Ian Fleming himself. For the first time Moore appeared in the role of agent 007 in the tape "Live and Let Die" in 1973, after which he played this role for another 12 years in the films: "The Man with the Golden Gun", "The Spy Who Loved Me", "Moonraker", "For Your Eyes Only", " Octopussy" and "A View to Kill". Moore was the oldest actor in this role - at the time of filming in the last film, Moore was already 57 years old.
The oldest Moore was replaced by Timothy Dalton, who played in the following two parts - "The Living Daylights" and "License to Kill " At this time, for the role of Bond there were two contenders, including Pierce Brosnan. But in the late 1980's Brosnan was bound by a contract with television, and the role went to Dalton. He left the project in 1991, when due to disagreements between the producers, the shootings were stopped. Dalton is the only Bond that wasn't nominated for any prize.
Brosnan first played the role of James Bond in 1995 in the movie "GoldenEye" - the 17th Bond film was not based on any novel by Fleming, the original script was written by several authors, and the idea of the plot belonged to a screenwriter Michael Frans. Also in this film, the role of M was played by Judy Dench for the first time. Then Brosnan starred in 3 more series of Bond: "Tomorrow Never Dies", "The World is not Enough" and "Die Another Day".
"Casino Royale" - the twenty-first James Bond film opened a new era of franchise and it was the first appearance of Daniel Craig. After the actor's endorsement of this role, some Bond fans and critics expressed doubts about the correctness of the choice, but when the film came out in 2006, almost everyone changed their mind. The enthusiastic reaction of the public was confirmed. In 2008, the second film with Craig was released - it was "Quantum of Solace", then "Skyfall", and the last film was "Spectrum", after which the actor decided to cease the participation in the filming of the continuation of the franchise.
So who will be the new Bond? Whom would you choose? Any suggestions? And who was your favorite? Do you think James Bond is a worthy hero? I would be glad to hear your opinion.

Brosman was the worst! Can't stand him in that role. Craig on the other hand is cold as ice and it kinda gives a new vibe to the Bond "hero".
As all heroes, James Bond is always on time! Unlike this article...
I liked Craig as Bind, but when he was younger. In the last movie he was too old.
Pierce Brosnan was good at indroducing himself.
I herad that Gillian Anderson was mentioned as an actor to play next Bind and I would like to see it. I saw her in "The Fall", where she was an agent and I think that she would be a brilliant girl Bond, but I understand that fans od Bong don't like this idea - it would be a great breakthrough.
From males actors I don't know who I would like to watch on screen.
For me Bronson and Moore is always on the top of the list of Bond's. Sean Connery is good but I do not see him as a perfect Bond and looks to mature for that role. Who would I like to see - I have one actor with perfect "English" that might be very good or very bad in it. I would like to see it in a future - Jason Statham might do the job.
Tom Hardy would be a good fit.
The best part in all Agent 007 movies were cars ;)
