I try to give my body all ingredients without superfood. Did you know that you should give your body 2 g of protein for every kilo of your weight? For example one egg = 6 g. You can't give your body as much protein as you need from everyday food.
I think that superfoods is nice idea to diversify our daily menu.
I have tried most of them, but my favorite is chia seeds. You can make something like pudding by mixing some milk with chia seeds. This mixture you have to leave for a couple of hours and it's done. Chia have a huge amount of fatty acids and it's very very healthy.
I like chia pudding especially as a sweet part of my breakfast.
I ate something that contained acai berries, but I don;t know how they taste themselves. Now I'm looking forward to preapre dessert with chia seeds - I've heard that it tastes as pudding :)
The other ones I haven't tried as far as I know... so thank you for this presentation.
haha :)
I have tried spirulina and chia seeds, and to be honest I really liked it. I don’t know if it was only placebo effect but I have felt lighter and better, and even it was all in my head I eat it from time to time now.
But if you could consult with a professional dietologist then it could be a good idea to add such things in your menu.
I've eaten Goji berries and Chia seeds; in some desserts they're tasty but they probably won't taste good in and of themselves.
From some time I wanna buy chia seeds and prepare some sweet snack from them by myself, but I haven't found time yet. But I'm looking forward to this opportunity after exams.
The meaning of this is that you actually burn fat by eating Coconut Fats (including coconut milk, coconut cream and coconut oil).
