Some time
ago I heard a programme about a couple of
voyagers. They were talking about a voyage with their little son.
It was very
inspiring and fascinating to hear about their
love for travel.
Both of
them had stable jobs and both of them abandoned them for insecure and expensive
but full of passion travels.
It turns
out that they haven’t resigned from their careers. Both of them reconciled their
passion with their work. Łukasz is a co-owner of Bubbleology.
What is
Bubble tea and where it comes from?
Bubble tea
is fresh flavored milk and fruit tea. It may be served hot or cold. Bubble tea
consists of tapioki beads, which we can suck with a thick straw. It also includes
green, black, red or white tea.
It was
created at the beginning the 80s in Taiwan.
How is it
possible that the owner is always somewhere, far from his business and the business is doing great?
I admire
this man and his partner.
Probably if
Łukasz-the voyager and the co-owner of Bubbleology hadn’t set off, we wouldn’t have Bubbleology.
His partner
and the mother of his child is Natalia who actively engages in their business.
She is a marketing researcher and the co-owner of a research agency Brainlab.

She is one of the most influential bloggers in
Poland 2015. Her blog’s name is Tasteway: http://www.tasteaway.pl
That’s not
all. They will open their new business DESEO with Piotr Chylarecki in a moment.
Deseo will be a stylish pastry shop. It is a café and a boutique with unique
sweets where confectioners will undergo training.
You can
read more about it at
I told you about
their baby as well, so…
His name is
Maks. His first travel took place when he was 3 weeks old. When he was 2,5 months,
he went on monthly travel in Europe. He is 4 years old and he was in 40 countries
in 3 continents, inter alia Burma, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Indonesia,
Mexico, UAE and almost all of Europe.
Natalia and
Łukasz are a great example that it is possible to connect a family life, passion and business. They are
great and fulfilled people who are looking for new challenges all the time.

Unfortunately I can’t believe that this is possible in all paths of career. Some of my friends who build rockets are obligated to work only in Poland and signed agreements of exclusivity. The same situation is with lawyers who knows their domestic law but are not specialists of law in every country.
(off-topic, I just LOVE bubble tea! :))
Even when they didn't have a lot of money I remember traveling to a lot of different places and just sleeping in a car on the way :) They belong to a scuba diving club so we were often traveling in a bigger group. I have a lot of great memories and both I and my sister inherited the love for traveling. My parents also still travel often and I think they are quite happy with their lives and accomplishments :)
Actually I've never tried Bubbleogry drinks :) Are they any good?
I totally agree with you regarding second part of your statement.
Anyway travelling is awesome and probably I'd like to have similar life, but I don't think I'd take the risk to leave my business behind.
I really like a picture of sweets that you have posted. I know one place in Warsaw where they have also beautiful sweets, you really can't resist! I highly recommend this place :)

check out their profile, cakes they sell are amazing! They look and taste great :) Has anybody of you been there? :)
Of course I'd like to live the life similar to their's life and I'm sure I will be :)
But I think it is quite "simple" to travel with kid when he/she is under school age and especially if it's not a teen. But when your child goes to school or is a teen I think it is very difficult to travel with all family.
Something about tapioca, the best desserts in Warsaw from this has VegeMiasto at Bank Square:

I really recommend all fans of healthy sweets! :)
When you choose this lifestyle you immediately give up on having a home (or not, if you're filthy rich) . You have no place to store your stuff except digital data. And do people 'traveling' for life ever visit underdeveloped countries? What do they do, when they get lost in place with no internet/google or english speaking folks to ask for directions? And do they never get sick? Or do they have some magic worldwide travel insurance?
On the other hand I've got a younger sister, who is in senior year of high school. She manage completing IB programme with great grades (which means in a nutshell that all of her lessons are in English and of course final exams too), working and having rich social life. Everytime I call her, she's preparing to another trip abroad (for which she's paing on her own despite the fact she's only 18). I don't know how she does it but I'm pretty sure that she'll end up like this couple from the presentation. I admire such people - it is really an unimaginable success to be fulfilled in all of life fields.
When it comes to bubble tea, a don’t get its popularity. It’s expensive and awful :P
Regarding bubble tea- I don't like it, but some people, like Parycja love it.
Did I mention that I really like bubble tea? ;)
It's great that there are people who can combine work, family, passion and travel. But personally I am not an advocate of combining work and private life. I think that between these areas of life should be clear border. If there are no boundaries you never know if you're at work or at home.
The article describes the perfect combination of work, passion and family. It's nice to read that someone could create a perfect combination of those things. The company he had built, base on observations and experience which he gained over the years.
I think that we all have to try to find the job that would give us pleasure and will develop our passions.
This sweets are amazing appearance. It look very tasty
Thank you for your comment and for your link. ;)
Maybe someone other been there?
This reminds me of a service called Lifetramp, where you can meet for a day with people working in various fields and spend a day with them. This is a great opportunity to see how others managed to find an occupation that brings them joy and also to try for a short period of time if your dream job really is as dreamy as it seems from a distance.

What I want to say is that my job doesn't stop me from traveling - it's my school. I can't travel far away because of obligatory classes. My job allows me to work remotely, maybe it would be a good idea to allow regular students to go for a week or two and work remotely?
