Have you ever wondered how the stock exchange works? How is it that some people earn millions, and some lose their life savings? I recommend watching the video that describes the basics of the stock exchange.
1. Have you ever invested on the stock market? If not, do you plan to do it?
2. Do you consider the stock market a good place to save money for the future?
3. Do you know any Polish companies that are highly valued on the stock market?
Comments
No, I've never done that, and I don't plan to do it. NEVER. I'm a person who don't like a risk, so stock market isn't appropriate for me.
2. Do you consider the stock market a good place to save money for the future?
It's some place to save money for the future. But if I had to invest, I would choose something more safe, for example a treasury bill.
3. Do you know any Polish companies that are highly valued on the stock market?
In my opinion it's: some bank or some assurance's company. Oh and CD Project of course, it's highly values on the stock market.
2.It depends. In general, it's worth it, but only if you are good at it or have an adviser, because you may find that you will invest money where there is a high risk of loss. If we invest money in stocks with high risk, it is worthwhile to be aware that we may lose it. In this case, it is easier to make some decisions when we know that this money is not critical to us.
3.It seems to me that CD Project RED has the highest ratings, and then Orlen. Unfortunately, I don't know any more
2. It's not just save money. You are putting your money to work. They earn more money if put in the right place.
3. Nope. Maybe Zywiec?
2. Long-term investments are safer, but I would strongly recommend that you take an interest in intermediary companies in such investments. The story from the movie "The Wolf of Wall Street" would not fill you with optimism, but you can actually find companies today that have good ratings and will make our money grow.
3. Of course CD Projekt RED, it is the industry I am interested in and in which I have invested.
2. It depends. If you (or your representative) now what You're doing, it might be quite good. Even low-risk investments offer much higher profit than basic bank deposit. Although, as always, higher risk equals to higher profits. If I had to say for myself, I think I would invest in low-risk investments, but still keeping part of my cash on safe, risk-free bank deposit.
3. I guess everyone will wirte the same here: CDProjekt Red. It raised to the top couple of years back (due to astounding success of Witcher 3 game), and stays there ever since. Of course, around time of new game release, there are huge fluctuations of their share price (like it had place not a month age with a CyberPunk premiere). But even these fluctuations doesn't cause any major shifts in ranking.
Yes, I started investing money on the stock market something around October. I made a few mistakes at the start but it didn't hurt me at all. I think right now my knowledge about investing in stock exchange shares is quite huge. Anyway on the stock market there are a lot of possibilities to invest money. Maybe it is not so hard to learn everything but there are a lot of things to understand and this requires a huge amount of time.
2. Do you consider the stock market a good place to save money for the future?
In my opinion it is a very good place to save money for the future. It is also great to protect your wallet against inflation. Moreover you can find there a lot of possibilities to earn more money. People can earn there a lot but they can also became bankrupt.
3. Do you know any Polish companies that are highly valued on the stock market?
Yes, of course. In Poland you have indexes like WIG20, WIG40 etc. This is equivalent to twenty or fourty the biggest companies in Poland. If you want some examples I am an investor of CD Project. In WIG20 you can also find Allegro, Orlen or Play. If you really like to invest i recommend you to have a look at New Connect and some foreign stock markets.
2)If you buy a company stock, it depends on you buying a share of the company while you own stock. There are no return promises, or even if you're going to get your initial investment back, but in two ways, you might make money. Second, if the business goes well and some buyers wish to purchase the stock, the price of the stock will increase. Competition is the final price determinant, and volatile markets can result in profits that cause you to concede or accept temporary losses at a rate of return lower than you anticipated.
3)My answer will also Collab's with everyone's CD Project RED also IBM building. Ofcourse there is more companies but what I know is here I share.
2. Yes, but it requires some psychological skill and knowledge of the market. Simply investing and waiting for a profit in 1 week won't work here. Investing on the stock market can be profitable, but there can be years that you lose 40% and you have to stay calm and wait until the situation gets better.
3. It depends if the company "is Polish" because it is run by people from Poland or you mean whether they are present on GPW. I know some companies like CDR or ALLEGRO which have high value, but the value is not always the best indicator. CDR is a good example because it is and was over-hyped. The earnings can be big, but the losses even bigger if we invest in time when the peaks were being made.
If I wanted to invest, probably I would like to employ some IT/Data Science to it, in order to develop technical knowledge, along the way.
Anyway, currently I am too occupied for a topic like that. In order to make profit, first investment would be time :)
Money is a solid argument for learning to trade. In my opinion, the stock market offers a great way to earn.
However, in the personal case, I prefer to have a job and continue to learn my specific craft.
It's not necessarily because of risk, I just feel like trading is not my pair of shoes.
Regarding noted companies, CDPRED is currently a big player.
I have been investing on the stock market since half a year, every month when I receive my salary, I try to put some percentage so it can slowly grow. I really believe that, because of the situation that is in the world today and the huge inflation people will put even more money into the stock market. I plan to invest a lot more in 2021.
2. Do you consider the stock market a good place to save money for the future?
If we strictly talk about savings and the little, but continuous growth of your money it really depends on what stocks do you buy and what is the situation on the market. Many stocks are overpriced, so you have to do your own research and focus on the stocks that may not be the most profitable in short term investment, but like I said can substantially grow over a long period of time.
3. Do you know any Polish companies that are highly valued on the stock market?
In January the "CD Projekt SA" stock was very hot. If you were able to sell it on Thursday this week, you were able to make a profit around 40-45% in just 2 or 3 weeks, which in my opinion was just a great investment. However, I am not sure about it right now, on Friday it lost around 60 pln and the stock costs 300 pln right now. On the other hand, it might grow to 400 pln eventually, however it might take a little bit longer. There is also one more concern that is quite volatile, however it almost always comes with short term profit.
Once upon a time, a few years ago, I invested some money in bitcoin. But I quickly quit, because I don't know much about it and I didn't invest a lot of money either. I have not invested in other stocks and I don't intend to. Recently You can hear a lot about GameStop, which has jumped over 3000% up over a few days. Also Elon Musk from what I read took part in it. I also don't understand why it happened that these shares grew so and what contributed to it.
2. Do you consider the stock market a good place to save money for the future?
I don't think it's a good idea to keep the money saved in stocks. Since the market is very unstable and if we don't keep an eye on it, we can lose all the money, and of course we can become terribly rich.
3. Do you know any Polish companies that are highly valued on the stock market?
CD Projekt RED was certainly highly appreciated on the stock exchange before the premiere of the game "Cyberpunk 2077", but after the premiere it lost a little on the shares. But I think there is still a highly valued company that will surely develop. This is a good example of the fact that you never know how the stock market will unfold, despite the fact that reviewers and other computer game people praised and rated Cyberpunk 2077 highly.
No I have never done that before and I am not planning because it is kinda dark forest for me. I think you should be very lucky to do that and moreover all the time be up to date about stock market and other stuffs connected.
2. Do you consider the stock market a good place to save money for the future?
I don't think so because stock market is unpredictable right now and even small difference or any changes can affect a huge effect on market.
3. Do you know any Polish companies that are highly valued on the stock market?
No unfortunately I don't know because I am not really interested on it
2. It depends. You can be lucky and gain a lot of profit or lose a major amount. I don't think that's it is a good idea. There are other possibilities.
3. Well, CDP was worth a lot before the Cyberpunk launch. After it, the stock price went down by 45%. It's slowly rising up again. Also, Allegro was quite successful if I remember correctly.
I've never invested in the stock market. I thought about it and read some basic information on the whole process, how to get started, and so on, but I've never had the motivation and courage to do so. I will definitely try it one day, though.
2. Do you consider the stock market a good place to save money for the future?
I think it is a good way as the charts show that the overall tendency of the general stock market indexes like Dow Jones or S&P 500 is rising, but it's also an easy way to lose money if you don't know what you're doing and don't have a plan and experience.
3. Do you know any Polish companies that are highly valued on the stock market?
I know that CDProjekt Red and Orlen are some of the more popular and well valued. I don't know much about other companies' stock market values, but I know some stock market indexes like WIG, WIG20, WIG30, MWIG, and SWIG and there's the word "Catalyst" that stuck to my mind, but I can't recall what it is exactly.
So far I haven't. Investing in stock is by definition one of the riskies ways to multiply your savings. It requires a bit of knowledge as there are many variables potentially influencing the value of individual stocks and whether you lose or make money. It is also, potentially, one of the most lucrative ways, there have been multiple cases in which value of certain stocks multiplied hundred-fold in a matter of one day. My approach to saving money is however choosing safer instruments, such as e.g. government bonds
2. Do you consider the stock market a good place to save money for the future?
Not really, unless you truly know what you're doing. As I've said above it is a very risky place to put your money. It can be relatively safe if you buy stocks of big, stable companies like google or amazon and just profit off dividends every year or so. I'd suggest other investments for purely saving your money however.
3. Do you know any Polish companies that are highly valued on the stock market?
I think KGHM is and always has been one of the most valueable companies stock-wise. I don't much of any others
Yes, I have invested on the stock exchange especially in bonds because I am very risk averse so I do not like to invest much money with high risk and bonds give me an opportunity to make a stable profit in opposite to shares or stocks.
2. Do you consider the stock market a good place to save money for the future?
Yes, I think it gives me great opportunity to diversify portfolio of mine and as well to make some profit for the future. Investing in bonds is safe and the predicted profit is known from the beginning.
3. Do you know any Polish companies that are highly valued on the stock market?
Yes, for example Orlen, Allegro, CCC, CD Project those are the companies that are included to WIG 20 Poland.
I do invest on GPW on regular basis if I have some spare money that I don't fear putting down the drain. I do it because it's fun, kinda like gambling but a little bit less risky and more mature :D I even wanted to buy the famous now GameStop shares but it damn pricy right now so I'm just watching it from afar. I recommend you to read about it, a very interesting case that will go down in history as something incredibly unique.
2. Do you consider the stock market a good place to save money for the future?
For an ordinary person, no, I would rather advise against it. You need a lot of knowledge, experience and time spent on it to profit in the end. Or you have to be incredibly lucky of course. Rather than stock market I would recommend to buy ETFs systematically but unfortunately large sums are needed to keep the commissions from eating up the profit.
3. Do you know any Polish companies that are highly valued on the stock market?
I buy stocks mainly in gamedev, but I also know some big companies from other sectors. You don't have to be interested in the stock market to be able to name multiple of those. The biggest ones I guess are Allegro, CD Projekt, KGHM, JSW, Orlen.
I have never invested on the stock. I don’t have a special account in my bank account to do that. But I encourage my father to invest in cd project red before they released cyberpunkt. Their stock increased to 4 houndred zlotys but it still risky. Finally my dad invest couple of houndred zlotys and gives money back.
2. Do you consider the stock market a good place to save money for the future?
No it’s not very safe place to save money. It’s still very risky.
3. Do you know any Polish companies that are highly valued on the stock market?
I know cd project red. It’s very value company but has own history. Right now, many players and very known companies use want to sue them because of unfinished game. But I’m my opinions the game needs some more improvements that I waiting for.
I think that stock market is a good place to save money, only if you know what to do and have some viable long-term strategy, otherwise it is just a gamble.
Cd Projekt comes to my mind as one of the most valued Polish company on Warsaw Stock Exchange. Most of the state-owned companies are also highly valued, and being state-owned all of them are probably stable investment.
Yes, I keep a reasonable part of my equity in stocks. I'm worried about inflation and it seems that's the easiest place to protect yourself from it.
I don't do risky moves, I wouldn't call myself an experienced stock market investor. Usually long-term investments, a couple every few months
2. Do you consider the stock market a good place to save money for the future?
Better than keeping it under the bed in cash :) If your investment wallet consists of ETFs for indexes then you might be keeping increasing your savings with the pace of the market, which is good enough for me.
3. Do you know any Polish companies that are highly valued on the stock market?
I know PZU, KGHM, PKO, CDprojekt. You might name a lot of them. I usually invest in big players to keep my investments low risk (but also low reward!). I prefer to stay in Polish market, I feel I'm not experienced enough to deep dive directly into foreign stocks.
I have never invested any money on stocks and not planning to do so in the nearest future. I dont like to risk in generall and i think that i would invest money only in stocks of which i know something about, or i know something about company's stocks. Maybe in the future i will start to invest some money but at the moment im not planning to do so.
2. Do you consider the stock market a good place to save money for the future?
If you know what you'r doing i think it can be a good place but i guess that ther are better places to save money via buying something e.g. houses these days.
3. Do you know any Polish companies that are highly valued on the stock market?
CD Projekt SA has some sort of high value i guess. And i also know KGHM but i dont know the prices of theirs stocks.
Yes, I invested in the stick several times in my life and now I'm thinking about investing some more from what I gained by that process.
2. Do you consider the stock market a good place to save money for the future?
It depends on what do you know about investing in stock market, if you know the trends or you want to save some money by investing on low risk it is a good idea.
3. Do you know any Polish companies that are highly valued on the stock market?
Yes, first example that comes to my mind is of course CD Project. I know some of the smaller players in the game that are about to rise up in about year or two. Mostly, these smaller players are from game developers industry, thing that I'm interested in.
No, but I plan to do so in the future.
2. Do you consider the stock market a good place to save money for the future?
I think income diversification is a good thing so I think that it's good to keep some part of savings as stocks.
3. Do you know any Polish companies that are highly valued on the stock market?
The only Polish companies highly valued on the stock market I heard about are CD Projekt and KGHM.
