That's a really interesting topic and a great video! I was really surprised to learn about "trait gratitude" and that it actually depends on our genetics, personality, and culture. Who would have thought!

Coming to answer your qiestions:
1. Of course I have. I think it's human nature to feel that way sometimes. Personally, the one and only thing that helps me to get rid of the feeling of dissatisfaction is just pushing myself a bit harder to complete the goals I have. And that's it. If I'm feeling dissatisfied is only because I know that I'm not doing enough.

2. I have heard of gratitude before and I think that's a beautiful thing to exist in our world. I'm not sure what exactly you mean as for solution? If you mean gratitude journaling then I think it's a great way to remind yourself how much you have already done.

3. I have heard of it before but I don't think I'll give it a try. I see how it might be beneficial but for me personally, it would feel weird to make a list of things I'm proud/grateful of/for. And to be honest, the things that I'm the most grateful for in my life are already on my mind every day. This might sound a bit cheesy but I can't go a day without reminding myself what I'm truly grateful for, because those are the things that seem just normal in day to day life, but are really special for me.
1. Have you ever felt dissatisfied with yourself? How did you deal with it?
Yes, I often feel dissatisfied with myself. As I mentioned, I am a player of an amateur football team and I always judge myself strictly, I expect the most from myself. Even if my team is not losing, I am still dissatisfied, because I know that I could have played much better :) How do I deal with dissatisfaction? I try to exercise more and motivate to play better in the next match.

2. Have you heard of gratitude term before watching the video? What do you think about this solution?
Of course I heard. A very interesting idea, but I think there are several types of self-dissatisfaction. As I wrote above, I don't need gratitude, just more time to train and improve my coefficients.

3. Have you tried gratitude journal mentioned in the video? Would you consider trying it?
No, I've never considered anything like this. I don't need a gratitude journal, I find it useful for weak people who have personal problems. I believe that I am not in this group.

1. Have you ever felt dissatisfied with yourself? How did you deal with it?
I have foru sure in many aspects but luckily I have learnt how to deal with it. I have been always a person who like self-development. I read books about it and try to redirect my mindset for productivity and it effect in good feeling about myself. I believe that for success we need a great foundation which starts in our mind. Knowing what we want, understanding our feelings, goals and actions we want to take in order to achieve them. I strongle recommend a book "7 habits of effective action"

2. Have you heard of gratitude term before watching the video? What do you think about this solution?
Yes I did, many times actually. But I never knew how should I interpret it. After watching this video I understand that it also starts in our mind and I want to practice it. I just made a purchase of a book about gratitute.

3. Have you tried gratitude journal mentioned in the video? Would you consider trying it?
I do plan and want to practice for few weeks and see if it can really affect how can I feel. I think that this method is to remind ourselves about little things in our life that we tend to forget.

Firstly, thank you for sharing it. This is a very important topic, especially in recent pandemic times, where overall mental health decreased drastically. And, of course, Kurzgesagt video is always a blast :)

1. Have you ever felt dissatisfied with yourself? How did you deal with it?

It's easier to count times when I felt satisfied than dissatisfied. I think it was like this ever since, I kind of got used to it and rarely feel I need or want to change it. It's obviously depressing, but also makes you push forward harder than others. It's constant pressure, but if you manage it properly, it can work to your advantage.

2. Have you heard of gratitude term before watching the video? What do you think about this solution?

I've heard about it before, probably way to many times than I wished I had. I've never tried it but I feel upfront discouragement from positive affirmation or, mentioned above, gratitude journal. In my honest opinion, it's fooling yourself things are better than truly are. Why not, instead, accept your (and everyone else's) misery and learn to live and function with it?

3. Have you tried gratitude journal mentioned in the video? Would you consider trying it?

As stated above, no I haven't, but I feel little urge to try it. New year time always a good opportunity to change things a bit. I'm a little convinced. The first entry would be - I feel gratitude towards you for sharing this video :)
1. Yes, for the past 2 years I almost always felt dissatisfied with myself. I would like to be better at my job, I try to improve my skills in a free time, but I'm not satisfied with the results. Also, I wanted to do many things last year and I've done only like 20% of them.

2. I think I have heard it some time ago. This video reminded me of it.

3. I haven't. And I don't feel that it would benefit me in any way. I would write about one item week per week. Tasty coffee? Come on... Unfortunately, it just seems stupid to me.

1. Have you ever felt dissatisfied with yourself? How did you deal with it?

There are ups and downs in everyone's life. Every failure has a negative impact on our self-esteem and self-perception. The piling up of adversities can cause dissatisfaction with oneself and one's life, so I think that every person has had moments of doubt and dissatisfaction in their life. I have never tried to remedy this in a special way. It passes with time.

2. Have you heard of gratitude term before watching the video? What do you think about this solution?

I have never had the opportunity to hear about this type of solution. Expression of gratitude can help to realize what is currently around us, so that our self-esteem and well-being increases. This solution can work.

3. Have you tried gratitude journal mentioned in the video? Would you consider trying it?

As I mentioned before, I have never heard of this type of solution so this technique is all the more unknown to me. I think it can be a great idea, especially since it is tested and tested by professionals.
@Palina H
Thanks for sharing! I also was very surprised when I first heard about it.
Your attitude is something that more people should have. Good for you!
@Daniel Trzaskoma
You shouldn't be so hard on yourself. It can lead to many mental health problems. I think that being "weak" isn't something to be ashamed of.
@Filip Bartuzi
It's great that you find my presentation useful :) I hope that new year and starting your journal will help you with your problems. Take care!
@Jędrzej Kowalczyk
Well it seems to me that you might have a problem with yourself. Maybe you should reconsider trying this journal or consult it with a specialist? I hope new year will be better for you.
1. Have you ever felt dissatisfied with yourself? How did you deal with it?

I definitely have been dissatisfied with myself many times in my life and most likely it is going to happen to me again. I believe everybody has been dissatisfied with themselves many times. However, in my opinion, the most important aspect of dissatisfaction is not about being sad, angry, mad or devastated in a particular moment, it is actually how you are able to deal with your failures. I strongly believe that every failure should be treated as a lesson, not only in professional life, but also in private life. I always try to use my dissatisfaction as a lesson to become a better human being and be happier. If I did not get a particular job, I really worked twice as hard to succeed and be accepted on the next interview. If I decide that some relationships are bad for me, I also try to put more effort into the next ones. There are many challenges and obstacles that everybody has to overcome in their life, in my opinion it is just part of life and as soon as everybody can realize that the better it is for them.

2. Have you heard of gratitude term before watching the video? What do you think about this solution?

I actually heard about it many times when I was living in the USA. Many people said that even if you wake up you should be happy about it, because you were given a chance to live another day. I believe that it is just not for me. To be honest I believe that many daily small things make me happy and I am appreciative of many aspects in my life. Of course, it is sometimes important to change negative aspects of your life into positive ones, however I have never had the problem of not enjoying my life. Moreover, I think that too many times, people feel sorry for themselves and instead of that they should take the action and try to change things and people that they do not enjoy in their life.
3. Have you tried gratitude journal mentioned in the video? Would you consider trying it?

I actually tried it a couple of times, but mostly because of curiosity. It was quite weird for me and seemed a little bit fake. Like I said in my previous comment, nobody is going to be happy for you. Everybody has only one life and I think people should really not waste their time on how unhappy they are and more on how to be happier. Positive way of thinking will always better the negative thoughts.

1. Have you ever felt dissatisfied with yourself? How did you deal with it?
There were times when I felt that way. It happens when you're working really hard on something but it doesn't end up with success. I'm usually giving myself a while to calm down. Giving myself some explanation and moving on. There is no point in overthinking stuff like these. Nothing good comes out of it.

2. Have you heard of gratitude term before watching the video? What do you think about this solution?
It's not that i haven't heard about it. The term itself is well known but the analysis is a different story. I actually enjoyed the video as the explanation was really good. I think the solution mentioned is quite decent. We should be grateful for what we have and embrace every opportunity we have with happiness and smile on our faces.

3. Have you tried gratitude journal mentioned in the video? Would you consider trying it?
I have never tried it and i think these kinds of journals are not my thing. Don't get me wrong - I think it's great idea to make one - just not for everybody

Unfortunately, I'm a perfectionist, so the feeling of dissatisfaction is very familiar to me. If I fail to achieve my goals, I feel very bad. I don't really know how to deal with it, I think I'm more used to this feeling than I've learned to deal with it. Over time, I'm learning to demand less of myself and set myself goals, but without any time limits.

I've heard about term gratitude, but unfortunately this does not solve my problem. But everyone is different, maybe it helps someone. As I wrote earlier, for me the lack of time limits is a better solution.

I've never tried the journal of gratitude, but I think I do it myself. I try to think every day about what I can be grateful for, so that I can appreciate my life and not get depressed. From this point of view, it helps me to look at gratitude, but at other things. It makes me more happy.

• Have you ever felt dissatisfied with yourself? How did you deal with it?
Yes I did. I think everybody does from time to time. The reason is I think the life we have now is so stressful sometimes.
• Have you heard of gratitude term before watching the video? What do you think about this solution?
• Yes I did. I even practiced it once. And it seems so logical to me. When a person is happy with their life, he / she feels grateful. So it works both ways. You can feel completely satisfied with your life and then feel grateful. Or you may feel grateful first and then come to satisfaction with you life.
• Have you tried gratitude journal mentioned in the video? Would you consider trying it?
Yes I did. I tried and it works.

1. Have you ever felt dissatisfied with yourself? How did you deal with it?

Of course there are times in life when I don't feel satisfied with myself. They usually happen when something that I planned doesn’t work out for me or I lack the motivation to do it. It seems to me that dissatisfaction in my case is very short-lived and easy to combat. Just like in the movie, it is shown that in winter, it’s enough to look out the window into the frost, sit comfortably on an armchair in a warm room and drink a warm tea.

2. Have you heard of gratitude term before watching the video? What do you think about this solution?

Yes, I've heard about expressing gratitude. I think it is a very good way of life. If each of us had great satisfaction in showing gratitude, the world we live in would surely be a better place not only for us, but also for the nature that surrounds us. This can be seen especially in these difficult times of the pandemic. When people are in quarantine, family and friends help them by doing things like shopping.

3. Have you tried gratitude journal mentioned in the video? Would you consider trying it?

I have never kept a gratitude journal and never thought about it. I think that in my case it is completely unnecessary. I can enjoy trivial things and appreciate what someone does for me and give back the same or even more than that. I never thought that it is thanks to gratitude that a person can be satisfied with life, but after watching the movie, I think there is some truth to it.

1. I’m really grateful for this video. That’s something I really need these days. Now I’m feeling really dissatisfied with myself and my life. I feel I can’t deal with my life as good as everyone around. I feel I don’t work enough and I haven’t any plans for my future. Now I’m just trying to deal with it. I’m talking with my close friends and loved ones and trying to be not closed in myself. That’s helping me to notice how many great and helpful people I have around. And also I discovered how many people around me have the same problems.

2. I heard about gratitude term before, but I didn’t know about how important this feeling is. I think I should be more grateful for the things and life I have. Maybe then I become more satisfied.

3. No, I haven’t tried any journal, but now I’m considering to try this method. I think that enjoying the little things I have may help me to deal with dissatisfaction. Thank you for this video, it was really helpful.

1) I think everyone at least once, at some point of their life were dissatisfied with themselfes. I'm usually dissatisfied with myself when I put tasks to do aside, until it's too late to finish them. And as I'm working on it, it still sometimes get the better of me. I don't have golden solution for this dissatisfaction, I'm simply making amendments to be better next time, and try not to cry over spilled milk.

2) I've heard about gratiude before the video, but I didn't really consider it in that way. I have really mixed feelings about gratitude-solution. I think it might work for some, but for me, personally, it would be quite ineffective. I'm driven by being better, and simply stating facts will not make me change my feelings.

3)I've never tried gratitude journal, I've never even heard about it. I don't think I'd consider it. I've tried multiple times and after about a week I used to forgot to put in records, and after about two weeks, I'd totally forgot about it. So as you can see, I'm notreally journal-material. Another reason is that I usually feel pretty satisfied. Whenever I'm not, it's just shortterm feeling and it passes quite quickly.
Have you ever felt dissatisfied with yourself? How did you deal with it?

Of course. I felt many times dissatisfied with myself. I think it's a normal feeling and everyone was dissatisfied with themselves at least once in their life because of their behavior, for example. I think that every failure is a lesson and you should draw conclusions in order not to make the same mistakes in the future. I am also a realist and I know that I will probably not be dissatisfied with myself again in the future. I think that time and work on myself and drawing conclusions is the best idea to deal with self-dissatisfaction.

Have you heard of gratitude term before watching the video? What do you think about this solution?
Yes, I did. I was watching a video probably 1 year ago about it. I don't how to properly interpret it

Have you tried the gratitude journal mentioned in the video? Would you consider trying it?
No, I haven't tried the gratitude journal mentioned in the video. I don't consider it now. Maybe in future.

1. I wouldn’t see myself as a human if I had never felt dissatisfied in my life. To be honest, it happens very often. Self-dissatisfation is what drives people’s motivation. How do I deal with it? I try my best to set goals, search for the problem and try to solve it. Of course, sometimes it’s not that easy, and then I try to find relatives support.
2. Yes, I have heard it a few times. That became quite popular solution. Frankly, that’s not my thing. I have tried it and it seem not to work for me. However, I know it can be helpful for someone who focuses on things that don’t go well and for someone who doesn’t think positively.
3. I have never tried this method and as I said I don’t think that would be a good thing for me. I know that it is sometimes used as psychotherapy tool and I believe it can be an amazing thing to do everyday, as ritual. I have this ritual in my own head, that how I have been raised up so I don’t think I need it.
1. Have you ever felt dissatisfied with yourself? How did you deal with it?

Yes, I felt many times dissatisfied with myself. unfortunately, I believe it will happen again many more times. About how I dealt with it depends on what it is I am dissatisfied with if it's something that I have the power to act on I try to act on it. if I don't then I just say "it is what it is" or just get sad.

2. Have you heard of gratitude term before watching the video? What do you think about this solution?

Yes, I've heard of it but not in detail like in this video and I would like to thank you for sharing this video with us. I think gratitude can help deal with dissatisfaction but it is not the ultimate solution.

3. Have you tried gratitude journal mentioned in the video? Would you consider trying it?

I have never tried this gratitude journal and I wouldn't consider trying it. I just feel like it's not for me but I think there many people who would like it.

1. I am rather afraid of the fact that I couldn’t be successful in something, as exactly this “game with no loses” gives me a certain type of satisfaction. I usually remind myself that my life is a long way and most importantly, it’s an eternal process of self-development.

2. I have heard about that. I believe I tend to use this trick with myself even unconsciously, I even don’t define it as a serious process of the gratitude.

3. I would try it, since all my journals are rather for planning and other hard-working, busy and boring things.
I love that animated videos, it’s an amazing form of presentation. Also I like your topic, because as you asked in the first question, I did feel dissatisfied with myself, especially at work, when I failed, or was late with my task I should have done better. I deal with it always the same way. First of all, I need to make things that will be accepted, that I won’t fail and people can say that I did a good job. It makes me forget about the previous one, and just go on.
I have heard about gratitude terms before and I think that could really work. I have not tried it myself and I think next time I would feel dissatisfied with myself. I definitely consider trying gratitude journals. Also, I should definitely show this presentation to my friend who had a lot of problems with dissatisfaction about herself. I think it might help her a lot. Great work!
Have you ever felt dissatisfied with yourself? How did you deal with it?

Not really, I'm always trying to be happy with myself and everything around me. It's just easier way to live I guess. I'm always thinking that iyt could be worse or the Universe wants some things to be this way.

Have you heard of gratitude term before watching the video? What do you think about this solution?

I never heard of it before watching this video but I think it's a very good solution to fight with dissatisfaction. However I don't think it would work for me.

Have you tried gratitude journal mentioned in the video? Would you consider trying it?

I never tried it and I don't really consider tryin

Rituals are also crucial in everybody lives. I've recently read an article about them and I didn't realized how important they are. There is also a polish movie "Dzień świra" which tells about how them stops you from going crazy.

Week 12 (12.01-18.01.15) Are you an early bird or a night owl ?

Owls are nocturnal creatures. They’re wide awake at night and they sleep during the day. If this sounds like bliss to you, then, like about 20 percent of the population who find themselves most active at around 9 pm, you may fall into the same category as our feathered friend. Night owls often have difficulty waking up in the morning, and like to be up late at night.  Studies of animal behaviour indicate that being a night owl may actually be built into some people’s genes. This would explain why those late-to-bed, late-to-rise people find it so difficult to change their behaviour. The trouble for night owls is that they just have to be at places such as work and school far too early. This is when the alarm clock becomes the night owl’s most important survival tool. Experts say that one way for a night owl to beat their dependence on their alarm clocks is to sleep with the curtains open. The Theory is that if they do so, the morning sunlight will awaken them gently and natura...

Week 11 [03-09.06.2019] The problem with ecological cars emission in UK

The problem with ecological cars emission in UK Since the adoption of the European Emission Allowance Directive in the European Parliament, all car makers have tried to submit. Since 1992, the Euro I standard has been in force, which limited the emission of carbon monoxide to the atmosphere. The Euro VI standard currently applies, which limits the series of exhaust gases. These include: hydrocarbons, nitrogen and carbon oxides, and dust.   The most significant change was brought by the Euro IV standard. For the first time it introduced the limitation of nitrogen oxides, which are responsible for the harmful compounds of smog.   What is smog?   Smog consists of sulfur oxides, nitrogen and carbon. In addition, solid substances such as suspended dust (PM). Dust suspend in atmospheric aerosols may be in liquid and solid form. These can be particles of sea salt, clouds from the Sahara and artificial compounds made by people. These compounds...
