I have never heard about this meditation technique before, it is astonishing as I did almost the same thing, so usually it happened when i talked with someone on the phone and was holding a pencil with a piece of paper in my hands and depicted something similar, I let my mind go freely and it was indeed a very nice feeling. I am impressed that this technique is well-known and practical. I think I will take a pile of paper, a pencil and will draw on a daily basis, hopefully it will reduce the pressure and stress which tense me.
2. What other ways of meditating are known to you? Do you practice them?
I know concentration meditation when you need to control your breath and repeat some word, so in this way you focus on a single thing, which might be very hard I believe and looks a bit strange if you observe how other do that. I have never practiced that, however I would be happy to try.
3. Do you do any arts or crafts? Or perhaps you have another creative hobby?
I like singing and I am doing this from my childhood, also I can draw, however it is rather copying from some pictures from the internet than my own imagination creation.
I have never seen anyone describe this thing before but I have to admit that there is something to it. Creative block is something that has occured many times in my life and I know that there is no better solution to it than just doing anything. Don't think - just do. I will definately try this method next time I will have a pencil in my hand.
2. What other ways of meditating are known to you? Do you practice them?
There are many ways of meditating and different things work for different people. Sitting still in one place has never been a thing for me. I can't say that I've tried it regularly but I have never seen an effect or a reason to do it. The closest thing to meditation that I do is driving a car late at night. I know how it sounds but when it comes to relaxation nothing works for me bettter than a calm ride in the middle of the night.

I used to draw regularly but it doesn't happen to often nowadays. Most of my creative work relates to my school or job projects. However I like to create thing just for myself from time to time.
I have heard about it. I have never really tried meditation, but it would be interesting to try it out sometime. People induce into themselves a lot of positive emotions by meditating and it relaxes our organisms a lot. I will try it tonight. Maybe it will help me with the next week exam .

I don’t know any other ways of meditating, but my friend knows, so maybe I will ask her about it. She specialize herself in this type of things. Maybe she will also teach me how to do some basic forms of alternative meditation.

I develop video games. This is very creative hobby because you need to thing about the gameplay how to make it interesting and keep interesting after many hours of playing. You need to think about art style of the game and also soundtrack to make experience more complete. Also you need a lot of creativity when dealing with technical side of developing games
I haven't heard about it, and I most likely would not try this, as I am not into meditation at all

No, like I said -- not into meditation at all. I guess, my mind is just too troubled

Sadly, no as well. I am a mathematician guy, not the artist type :(
I do admire art, however. Sometimes. Thought I am most certainly not an expert in it.
Haven't heard about that technique before, but I did notice that drawing is a little bit meditative, where I could relax a bit and let and immerse myself in the practice.

Vipasanna (concentration on breath and observing thoughts), Body-Scanning (observing how different parts of the body feel like), fire kasina (looking at a candle without closing the eyes and focusing the mind on the candle) , Metta Bhavana (Wishing compassion to ourselves and all people). Those are the ones I had contact with, I don't meditate however as much as I would like, because my mind is always racing and it's hard to convince it to sit still for a moment.

Recently I've attended drawing classes for 1 year, but sadly don't have the time to draw anymore, also I experimented a little with making electronic music, particulary Ambient.
2. I’ve heard that coloring pages relax, though I can't imagine it. I don’t know about other meditation techniques, I’ve never been interested in it and never tried to meditate. I don’t feel that at the moment I need meditation.
3. I hate drawing and coloring. One of my hobbies is sewing with the machine, recently I was able to sew kitchen gloves and a dress.

To be honest I have never heard about this meditation technique before. I like drawing in my free time so yes, I can try it once. But if I would try this meditation I don`t think I could draw something so beautiful like the artist in the video.

I know such type of meditation technique when you should focus on some object, it can be breathing or mantras. As for me, during the quarantine, I began to practice yoga and started doing meditation after training. And it benefited me. I feel easy and relaxed after meditations.

Yes, I do some arts or crafts. I am not an art or graphic design student, but I like to spend my free time doing such activities. For example, in addition to drawing, I also like to make origami or sculpt plasticine figures. But I would hardly want it to be my job.

I've never heard of this meditation technique before. In my case, it's hard to do because I can't draw. I think I would be additionally nervous about drawing. And that would have a completely different effect. My friend once got a book to colour. In this book, you have to draw shapes that refer to mandala, although they deviate from their strict rules. But just like mandalas, they allow you to enter the world of wisdom, peace and quiet, create a specific space away from everyday life. They help to free the imagination and reflect the colours of one's own dreams.

I don't meditate, to meditate you need to be a little more interested in this topic. It's best to reach for literature and talk to someone who uses meditation in his life. In my opinion, acting on your own is not beneficial in this case. Meditation can increase stress and cause neuroses and even severe mental illnesses. There are many contraindications for using meditation.

I'm brewing (and drinking) beer. I recommend it to everyone, great fun, you can meet interesting people, it additionally increases the attractiveness of a person, because many people want to listen to how to make beer.I'm a beginner, because I've only had two brews so far.
I didn't hear, so I didn't try, but I'd love to try. I think I must to try different things and this is one of them. Just different behaviors often confuse us to invent something. This something can be the essence of our life.

Yoga is best known to me. I used to train yoga, but now I don't.

I don't have such a hobby. I also don't do arts or crafts. My hobby is fishing.

2. Other form of meditation for me is yoga, I try to practice it as much as possible and it really helps me to relax my mind and my body too.

No, I haven't. Yes, it kind of reminds me of these gibberish drawings which I was doing when I was a kid, and It felt somewhat right. Maybe I will try it.
