Owls are nocturnal creatures. They’re wide awake at night and they sleep during the day. If this sounds like bliss to you, then, like about 20 percent of the population who find themselves most active at around 9 pm, you may fall into the same category as our feathered friend. Night owls often have difficulty waking up in the morning, and like to be up late at night. Studies of animal behaviour indicate that being a night owl may actually be built into some people’s genes. This would explain why those late-to-bed, late-to-rise people find it so difficult to change their behaviour. The trouble for night owls is that they just have to be at places such as work and school far too early. This is when the alarm clock becomes the night owl’s most important survival tool. Experts say that one way for a night owl to beat their dependence on their alarm clocks is to sleep with the curtains open. I have a group of friends whom I know about 8 years and all this time we meet once a week. When it rarely happens, that we can't meet one week I actually miss them. And they feel pretty much the same way. Anyways, none of the people between my friends described themselves as introverts, before or now.
In my case it’s exactly like that. Sometimes I like to go to a party with my friends, or to a bar for couple of beers (nonalcoholic of course), but sometimes (especially after a really hard at work ) I like to close myself at home, unavailable for the entire world, turn of my cell phone and read some good book or play computer games for the entire night. If that’s makes me an introverted person than so be it. But there is never one distinct pattern of behavior for one person, sometimes you act like that sometimes you do exactly the opposite.
I think that making decisions based on thinking is way better than depending just on emotions. I followed my brain my entire life and it has never failed me :)
We know that people cannot be grouped in such a simple way. At the moment we have over six billion people and everyone has experienced something different and live in a different ways. I believe, that in a general sense this division works, but nothing more than that.
I think in my circle live both introverts and extroverts. We can't live permanently with each other, but can't live without each other too :)
If I remember well my friends never spoke about introverts before but I will ask them someday :)
