Week 3 [25-31.03] Asian hype

Krzysztof Gonciarz is one of the most popular Polish youtubers. He is quite different than most of his business friends. He is known for being  a fan of travelling, taking amazing pictures and lately he  has been a fan of a healthy  lifestyle and  being fit. Sometimes he also blogs about self-improvement. Watch his video from Seoul and answer those questions:

  1. Do you  know Krzysztof’ s blog? Do you watch it regularly?
  2. Are you excited about Asian cities like Seoul, Tokyo or Hong Kong? Why/why not?
  3. Is there any vloger like Gonciarz that you like and want to share with us?

I know Krzysztof Gonciarz's blog, but I rarely watch his videos. His videos are beautifully done and he talks about things that are interesting for me. Unfortunately, I don’t see this kind of “spark” on his channel that will attract me for longer. I had a really short phase for his videos, but it was for short amount of time. I’m attracted to the idea of travelling to big Asian cities, because they’re absolutely insane looking compared to European cities. I’d really like to travel especially to Tokyo and Kyoto as they’re the Mecca of the Japanese traditional and modern culture. I don’t watch a lot of vlogers, but when it comes to making amazing videos about Japan I really appreciate channel “Rachel and Jun”. They’re an international marriage – she’s American and he’s Japanese. They talk about their experience as couple. Because they’re raised in different cultures they have a lot of cultural shocks when it comes to coexisting as a married couple. They also frequently travel across Japan to show their audience what they can experience and see at all the prefectures.
Thanks for recommending this youtube channel, I will check it out later for sure. When it comes to Krzystof I used to enjoy his videos a lot, now don't know why I stopped watching him. Reason for this may be a fact that he stopped blogging about world and started blogging about himself.
I would also loved to visit Tokyo and Kyoto. Also eating crabs at Osaka would be nice.
I did not know that he runs a blog, I associate him mainly with youtube. I watched his videos but it was some years ago when he was probably a little more popular or he was starting to be recognizable.
Of course I'm fascinated with Asian cities and generally Asia. However, Japan made a special impression on me. Their amazing approach to performing activities such as cooking, producing all kinds of things or attention to detail is worth copying.
When it comes to channels that touch the subject of travel, Travel Thirsty is one of my favorite. In the context of vloggers and showing the world, I regularly watch the channel Turbulencja. This man talks about aviation and nuances connected with the functioning of passenger jets. The channel is aimed mainly to aviation enthusiasts, but I think that someone who likes traveling will find something there for themselves and may stop feeling fear of flying if it occurs.
1. I am aware of Krzysztof Gonciarz existence, but I am not familiar with his blog, but I heard a lot of positive opinions about his work.

2. Yes, definitely. I love big, highly populated cities with magnificent skyscrapers and huge network of transportation. I am actually quite radical about that – I hate when space is wasted in Warsaw for parks and dwarfish buildings. In my opinion if someone doesn’t like the noise or need more green areas then maybe such a city is not a place for him. American and Asian cities are the best of their kinds. I think that all cities should at least try to become as perfect as those really big in Asia.

3. No, unfortunately I am completely not interested in such stuff.

1. I don't know Krzysztof. I watched his film for the first time.
2. I am not excited about Asian cities, maybe because I have never been in them.
3. I don't interested in vlogers, bloggers. I don't know anyone like that.

1. Do you know Krzysztof’ s blog? Do you watch it regularly?

I know Krzysztof Gonciarz blog, but I never watch it regularly. There are too many films to keep up with him. I like some specific videos about his journeys because I could get to know new staff about other culture from inside, and that was really interesting.

2. Are you excited about Asian cities like Seoul, Tokyo or Hong Kong? Why/why not?

I would love to see cities like Tokyo or Hong Kong, but only for several of days. I hate crowd in the long run, and I know I would not be able to live in it. Although, it would be great to experience new culture and such a big city for the first time.

3. Is there any vloger like Gonciarz that you like and want to share with us?

I like every vlog or blog with food, cooking, eating, food-traveling. I like to use it with finding new recipes, reading opinions on new restaurants or watching traditional food in other countries.
1.Do you know Krzysztof’ s blog? Do you watch it regularly?
No, I don't know him but I like to watch this woman :

2.Are you excited about Asian cities like Seoul, Tokyo or Hong Kong? Why/why not?
Hm.... nooo, I prefere other countries like Columbia, Brasil, Chile, Spain, they are very warm and firendly people with different culture than us , they enjoy every moment in their life and it's amazing !
3.Is there any vloger like Gonciarz that you like and want to share with us?
hahah I show You at firt questrion, but I can recomend You guys another one , who is also good :
https://www.youtube.com/user/urbexhistory
I meant video-vlog, my mistake. Sorry. I' m also fan of "Turbulencja", pretty cool in my opinion. Japan is great country, but only as a place to spend your holidays. Working there might be quite hard.
So, I recommend you checking his video vlogs, specially some older episodes - hope you will not be disappointed. I do not agree with you that big cities should not be without green spaces. Almost every big city like Tokyo, Hong Kong or New York have some famous park. It's better for air and it's also great place to jog.
I fell most like you about big Asian cities - they are cool, but only like for two weeks of holidays.
You can check some most popular Krzystofs videoblogs. They used to be really cool, now his most recent work is a little bit worse, cause he mostly focuses on himself, but still, you can also check it out - maybe it will be fun for you ;)
Thank you very much for opinion! I see you are a big fan of latino culture. Very nice. Have you ever been is South America?

I haven't heard of it, I don't watch Polish bloggers.

Are you excited about Asian cities like Seoul, Tokyo or Hong Kong? Why/why not?
They love me, I hope when I visit there. These countries are developing very quickly and I would like to see it live. The CIS countries have a very popular program about the city for 2 days to live on $ 100, unfortunately only with English subtitles

Yes, but they're Russian-speaking, Anton Ptushkin

I heard about Krzysztof Gonciarz’s YouTube channel few times already and I saw few of his videos, but I never started to watch him regularly. I think that his videos are really nice, interesting and made professionally, but I just don’t watch YT that often. I am very excited about going to any Asian country or city because I have never visited any of them yet. I hope that in the near future I will gather some money and go witch my girlfriend on a trip to Korea or Japan or China. I can’t really share any other vlogger witch you, because as I said earlier, I don’t really watch that much of a YT or any other vlogs. I am more of a TV series/films guy.
1. I have heard somewhere about his existence, but nothing else. I didn't know that he have a blog, so I don't read/watch him.

2. Yes! Asian cities are very huge and crowded. They have impressive buildings and giant transport network. This is amazing. I would love to visit Shanghai, Tokyo and Songdo - the newest and most modern city in South Korea. Perfect for people who like technological innovations. FOR ME!

3. I don't think so. I don't read blogs usually.
1. Do you know Krzysztof’ s blog? Do you watch it regularly?

I know Krzysztof Gonciarz from several videos on YouTube, which the platform once pointed to in featured videos. Unfortunately, I do not usually watch vlogs, because after several years of cooperation with the YouTubers industry, I have put a huge distance on it. Of course, when sometimes YouTube will suggest a vlog with an eye-catching title to me, I may watch it, especially if the topic lies in my interests.

2. Are you excited about Asian cities like Seoul, Tokyo or Hong Kong? Why/why not?

Of course! A different culture, behaviour, food, atmosphere and climate of cities such as Seoul, Tokyo or Hong Kong have always interested me. It is possible that this is due to the fact that Asian culture is almost completely foreign to us, and its mystery and uncertainty, causes this curiosity of the west part of world.

3. Is there any vloger like Gonciarz that you like and want to share with us?

Forgive me, however, as I wrote earlier, I am not a fan of Vlogs. However I suggest checking a TV channel called Discovery, where you can find many interesting documents about many, many topics around the world.
Thank you for the vlog, but I'm afraid I can not watch it, cause I do not speak Russian. Big asian cities can be quite cool, but imo more as a place for holidays than living.
Ok cool. Hope you will be able to have you dream trip very soon. Cheers!
It's actually quite stereotypical. There was a time when I thought that living in Hong Kong or Tokyo would be the best thing ever for me. When you speak with someone who work as a coder in Asia, they are quite sceptic about it. Payload are quite low, you work more than 40 hours a week and the most important thing is a fact that f.e. in Japan they use mostly deprecated technologies, because they do not speak English ;( quite sad, I'm afraid. California is a place where young programmer want to be. Cheers!
Ok, thank you very much for your opinion. I'm also quite sceptic when it comes to youtube - most people who creates there are thinking only about money.
Sure i know him yet, im fed up with him. I stoped whatching him a year ago i guess. Still i can't say bad word for his videos. I guess im just mostly fed up with volgs themselves.
Sure i do. I love travelling, understanding different culture and even more i love asian food so sign me up for a trip. When it comes to your 3rd question then you can already guess the answer.

I dont really watch Vloggers the only "vlog like" channel that i watch from time to time is Food Ranger on YouTube, but its been long since his channel has evolved more into a food show than a vlog.
When it comes to Asian cities in China, Japan and South Korea i do wish to see them one day. On my notable "to visit" list there are Seoul, Kioto, Tokyo and Osaka.
But Japan, South Korea and China have many many more cities worth visiting, just wish we had more time to do so.

1. Yes, I used to watch his videos. I like him but his videos don't interest me much now. I prefer his second, less formal channel.

2. I visited quite a lot different places in Asia and experience there was great but there are just places like anywhere in the world. This just doesn't excite me.

3. Sorry, I don't really watch vloggers.

His popularity is thankfully falling.

He is quite different than most of his business friends.
Rather he is tryharding to be such an ironical guy with his badly edited videos.

Do you know Krzysztof’ s blog? Do you watch it regularly?
No, his videos are mostly a clickbait. A lot of people record such things, and you don't have to pay for it.

Are you excited about Asian cities like Seoul, Tokyo or Hong Kong? Why/why not?
I have been in japan, quite nice place. And I'm not an Asian fanboy.

Is there any vloger like Gonciarz that you like and want to share with us?
The Food Ranger, however I'm not a big fan of vlogers anyway
I don't know Krzysztof's blog, but after your article, i took a look on his youtube channel and subscribed. I don't think that i would watch it regularly, but when i have time, i always explore something new.
Yes, definitely i'm excited about asian culture. I don't know a lot about that, but i believe that in nearest future i would go there and dip into their traditions.
Sure, i recommend to everyone to watch Ryan Serhant - american real estate agent, who is really hard-working person and he motivates a lot people, who can't find themselves.
I also think that Gonciarz now creates worse vlogs than he used to, but guess nothing we can do about it.
Maybe one day you will have more free time to visit all cities you want ;)
Most people think that f.e. Japan is a paradise and in real life it is not. When you work as a software developer then Warsaw is really good city.
So share with us those channels ;)
Will check you channel later. I'm also not a big fan of Gonciarz nowadays.
I'm not a big fac of "coaches" but maybe some other people here will enjoy it. Thanks!

1. Do you know Krzysztof’ s blog? Do you watch it regularly?

Yes I do know his blog and I’ve been watching it regularly for some time in the past in the very beginning of his adventure with Japan. For now, unfortunately, I don’t have so much time to follow every youtuber regularly but from time to time I still visit his channel. Krzysztof’s vlogs are known for a world-class level video and montage quality, moreover, he’s an interesting person himself and for sure that’s a reason why he is still one of the most popular polish vlogers.

2. Are you excited about Asian cities like Seoul, Tokyo or Hong Kong? Why/why not?

Visiting Asian countries have always been on my wishlist. Their architecture is so different from ours and therefore alluring. What is more, I would love to have a taste of their cuisine which seems to offer many tasty dishes. Generally speaking, travelling is my passion and every country seems interesting to me especially those exotic and with hot climate.

3. Is there any vloger like Gonciarz that you like and want to share with us?

There is one YouTube channel I could share with you, it’s named BezPlanu. You can find there really interesting vlogs from different places of the world. The best thing is, that Bartek, whose channel it is, is always concentrated on the content of the video, not on himself. In his videos you can virtually visit Venezuela, Transnistria and other interesting countries firsthand.
1. no, I do not know.
2. Asia itself, yes, it fascinates me, but generally I do not like cities.
3. I mainly watch automotive, for example "mighty car mods"

I know Krzysztof's blog, but I don’t watch it regularly. I enjoyed watching his videos, they are well-made and he talks about things that are interesting to me. We can learn many interesting things from his vlogs, for example about the culture of Japan and not only.

Yes, I’m very excited about modern and highly urbanized cites like Seoul or Tokyo.

Yes, there is “Przez świat na fazie”, I used to watch it regularly. I like when I can learn new things about new culture and laugh at the same time.
1. I know him. I seen some of his films on YouTube.
2. Some cities in Asia like Tokyo are amazing and some are less. Anyway, the architecture that is associated with the culture of the Far East is very interesting. I would like to see some of the Japanese temples that I have seen in the pictures.
3. Recently, I started to watch Weronika Truszczyńska's vlogs. She shows herself and her life in China in them. By the way, she probably appeared in the film made by Krzysztof
I know him I actually knew him before he moved to Japan but I don't watch him very often because I'm not a big fan of life vlogs. I am very excited about Asian cities and their culture and infrastructure and I totally love Asian food! Tokyo is in the first place on my go-to list. I don't know any vlogers because as I already mentioned I'm not a big fan of life vlogs.
Yeah, I agree that Krzystofs vlogs are truly beautiful, although lately his content is much worse in my opinion. Still, I think that he is better for kids than some pato streams or some prank masters.
So you may check Krzystofs vlog someday.
Channel you mentioned is really great, I'm really enjoying it. Glad to find some other fan of it.
I know that Krzystof is quite famous for making "Zapytaj beczkę", but in my opinion it is not funny :(
I know Weronikas vlog, sometimes she adds some cool stuff. Cheers!

Indeed, the fashion for Asia has recently been observed all over the world. Their cultural trends in music, comics and films simply stimulate an increase in tourist flows to Asia. I think this is a good thing, cultural exchange is starting to gain momentum every year more and more.
I would like to visit Seoul and Tokyo, but as a tourist. I have not figured it out yet. But it seems to me that life in such densely populated and technological cities is not for me. Although many people from my environment prefer just such a modern life.
And I see Krzysztof Gonciarz for the first time. But his content deserves attention, it is true.
1. I don’t know him, don’t watch him and don’ read his blog. I basically don’t’ watch any youtubers well maybe if I look for some information then maybe I will see one.
2. I must admit that that I’m little exited about these. They life style the way they think even they food is different from ours. Yes, in modern world some of these aspects are getting more and more like ours because of tv, internet and fast international travels but it’s still almost like new word especially old parts of these cities.
3. Nope (look point 1)
Do you  know Krzysztof’ s blog? Do you watch it regularly?
I’ve heard the name, never seen any of his work.
Are you excited about Asian cities like Seoul, Tokyo or Hong Kong? Why/why not?
They certainly look beautiful. Cluttered dirty neon-filled streets in the rain are a mood. They remind me of VHF era anime movies, cyber punk and pixel-art games. I take great pleasure watching them, preferably from a safe distance. Honestly I found even the noise from the video tiring. Still, I would like to immerse myself in their reality at some point. I love the cuisine.
Is there any vloger like Gonciarz that you like and want to share with us?
I’m afraid not. Don’t really watch vlogers.

First met with the work of this guy, at first glance you can see a qualitative approach to his beloved cause, after watching I subscribed to his channel
Yes, of course I am very impressed by the culture of Asia, the cuisine and I wonder how this nation lives.
DDP (Dongdemun Design Plaza) marked this place as a must visit place Dongdaemun Design Plaza reminded me a little bit Cloud Gate of Chicago Millenium Park just in color and shape but more urbanised and simplified.
Sometimes I watch a video of one guy - Alexander Tikhomirov, he is a traveler who makes videos on YouTube channel I advise to watch his videos in Bali, this is amazing.
I have already known Gonciarz for years. His hilarious series “Zapytaj Beczkę” takes care about my black and blue days and improves mood with one hundred percent efficiency. I’m up-to-date with whole collection of his productions. Asian cities and mainly their culture strike and surprise me by keeping everything in orderliness. All public branches such as healthcare and transportations are well organized. I recommend channel about China by Weronika Truszczynska.

this is first time I've watched his video.

Are you excited about Asian cities like Seoul, Tokyo or Hong Kong? Why/why not?
I am. It's interesting to see how differently people behave when they had another cultural background and traditions, and how it affected their culture, music, architecture, families and other aspects of life. And Asia is really different from western culture, and is less influenced by foreigners. That's why people are so obsessed with Asia.

Is there any vloger like Gonciarz that you like and want to share with us?
I really recommend to watch Johny Harris videos, where he is exploring different edges of the world.

No, I have never heard about his blog ever. But, I am interested in that kind of blogs, so I will visit the blog with pleasure! I would like to visit Tokyo nexty year.
No ii havent heard about any other vloger who posts vlogs like this.
Yes i know Krzysztof Gonciarz for a pretty long time now. I have been watching his blog, because of its content. His videos are very informative and i learned many things about Asian culture as a whole. I came to his channel just to watch things about Japan, but i must say, i stayed for a longer time. I think the cause of it was quality of his productions. Krzysztof has ability to present information in intresting way, despite the topic. Whether it is something related to Asian culture or its just a blog about getting drone license it is interesting. Regarding the second question, i am not so excited about Asian cities, but the way Krzysztof described it makes me want to know more. I do not think i encountered similiar youtuber to Gonciarz.

1. I know his blog, I don't watch it regularly but I enjoy his videos.
2. They're very modern so that is exciting to me, however they are also very crowded which is not that great.
3. Dawid Fazowski is a great and funny travel vlogger! I highly recommend his YouTube channel.

The problem with ecological cars emission in UK Since the adoption of the European Emission Allowance Directive in the European Parliament, all car makers have tried to submit. Since 1992, the Euro I standard has been in force, which limited the emission of carbon monoxide to the atmosphere. The Euro VI standard currently applies, which limits the series of exhaust gases. These include: hydrocarbons, nitrogen and carbon oxides, and dust.   The most significant change was brought by the Euro IV standard. For the first time it introduced the limitation of nitrogen oxides, which are responsible for the harmful compounds of smog.   What is smog?   Smog consists of sulfur oxides, nitrogen and carbon. In addition, solid substances such as suspended dust (PM). Dust suspend in atmospheric aerosols may be in liquid and solid form.
