Week 12 [22-28.01.2018] My training

Each of my trainings I start from a warm-up. The warm-up is an essential part of training and one of the most important. Some people don't do warm-ups before training, and I think it's a big mistake because you risk injuring yourself. I spend 10-15 minutes on the warm up. After that, I start my training. Usually my training lasts from 90 to 120 minutes. I'm a powerlifter, that's why I focus on 3 main exercises: a bench press, a squat and a deadlift. Each of them I do on different days of  a week along with assistance exercises. So usually, it's one group of muscles in one day, but sometimes I can mix them and for example can do the bench press with squats etc. Main exercises could take more than half of whole training time. It's because I'm trying to increase my strength. In such types of training people usually do few reps in set with a long pause between sets. All of us have watched or heard about those talent shows: "America's got talent", "Britain's got talent" and so on. This video is about first audition of Piff the Magic Dragon on TV show "America's got Talent". He's a magician from Las Vegas, Nevada. He is very serious person,  the same as his magic tricks. He always wears a realistic costume of dragon when he performs. Sometimes it's hard to realize that it's just human and not a dragon. Did you like the way he shows magic tricks? Today’s kids are surrounded by totally different enviroment than kids from 90’s. They are growing up in the world with such a great oppurtinities to develop their skills thanks to technology progress. Week 12 [22.01.2018 - 28.01.2018] Benefits of snowboarding

Most of the people are complaining about boredom during the winter time. Of course they are happy at the beggining of that season thanks to snowing, christmas time but after few weeks they are getting tired because of lack of physical activity. Whilst you don’t have any influence of changing seasons, you don’t have to wait till summer because there is perfect solution which calls snowboarding.                                      There are a lot of advantages of this winter sport. First of all it puts you in a good mood due to releasing endorphins responsible for happiness. It also increase your flexibility because you have to change directions. Moreover it requires body balance. You are increasing self-confidence whenever you obtain new skill and crossing your own barriers.             Sheryl Sandberg is listed first on Forbes’ list of world’s most powerful women. She started conquering technology industry by working at Google after that she’s gone to work for Facebook where she holds a position of Chief Operating Officer. She is also a first woman to be elected as a member of Facebook’s board of directors. Sandberg put on paper her journey to success and her will to lead in a book called “Lean in” where she gives many pointers on how to be apart of this game and how to get to the top.               The book is called “Lean in” and that is a piece of advice she would give to anyone no matter what.
