Recently I found an interesting video made by a man who is a sound and communication expert. His name is Julian Treasure and he teaches people how to speak in public and how to be excellent speakers. During his speech he describes what distinguishes terrible speaker from a good one and how to speak so that people want to listen. He explores specific characteristics both good and bad and shows a few tricks that could be used to improve communication skills. I think it is useful to reverse-engineer the communication between people as a whole and look at it from a broader perspective.
