If you don't live in a big city in Poland, you can observe many stars at night. Did you ever wonder how would look our sky in the next millions of years if we would count only on existing proven astrophysical theories and calculations? It would be absolutely empty. All  celestial bodies  in the galaxy are rotating around the biggest black hole in the middle of galaxy (in Milky Way this black hole is 6.4  billion times heavier than our sun)  with such speed that the gravity generated by galaxy’s observable matter could not possibly hold them together. This leads us to  conviction   that something we cannot see is at work and is giving galaxies extra mass, generating the extra gravity that galaxies need to stay intact. In 2018 PWN published a note saying that the Youth Word of the Year is 'vase'. It was the unquestioned winner. The use of that word was increasing rapidly in social media and television. The photos on Facebook were presenting all different varieties of vase: ceramic, porcelain and many others. If I wanted to point out one word, that is the winner, not just one year’s but of the last ten years, I would point out a word Innovation. It can be found in many academic’s and scientific areas, but its definition is still being mistaken with other words like progress for example. It shows how attractive the word Innovation is.  Innovation requires some sorts of results. Recently, a new profession, the Broker of Innovation has been created.
