In my presentation I would like to tell you about an amazing woman whose exhibition we can currently see in Warsaw.   65 years ago her father took part in an unsuccessful assassination on Hitler, which was the reason why she was called “the daughter of a murderer”. Despite her severe childhood, she managed to create her own image as a mysterious girl from the East. Calisthenics are a form of exercise consisting of a variety of exercises, often rhythmical movements, generally without using equipment or apparatus. They are intended to increase body strength and flexibility with movements such as bending, jumping, swinging, twisting or kicking, using only one's body weight for resistance. They are usually conducted in concert with stretches.
