If you don't live in a big city in Poland, you can observe many stars at night. Did you ever wonder how would look our sky in the next millions of years if we would count only on existing proven astrophysical theories and calculations? It would be absolutely empty. All celestial bodies in the galaxy are rotating around the biggest black hole in the middle of galaxy (in Milky Way this black hole is 6.4 billion times heavier than our sun) with such speed that the gravity generated by galaxy’s observable matter could not possibly hold them together. This leads us to conviction that something we cannot see is at work and is giving galaxies extra mass, generating the extra gravity that galaxies need to stay intact. Something, that will ensure us that our sky will remain the same as it was a million years ago. The official name of this strange and unknown matter is the “dark matter”. It was interesting for me and also I've found more interesting content on this channel. It's rare thing that article is interesting for me and this one was so... Maybe because of it's topic and generally men's atmosphere :)

The video presented there actually shows the simple steps that are to be taken in order to achieve economical worldwide equality -- the only thing that will allow Earth to form a type-3 civilization, which requires wiping out the borders and dispersing the differences and conflicts between nations and cultures. A wonderful picture of an utopaea future -- it is always nice to dream a bit, isn't it?

My personal favourite. It is fun. It is entertaining. And it shows, how far humanity have advanced in implementing robotic organisms in everyday life. After watching the video I was fascinated of how driverless car already surpasses human on the road, preventing crashes and dangerous situations. Well, no wonder, -- it can see in all directions and thinks, and, most importantly, acts a billion times faster than human brain. I anticipate the day, when a driver license will be as exluisive as a space shuttle pilot license now.
Since I am a supporter of legalization, I was surprised and pleased at the same time that this topic was raised in our course. It was also pleasant to realize that the current generation is aware of what it is dealing with.

I actually wish I had more time to chat with author about WWII and history in general. An original and interesting presentation topic is a rare thing. And here you also have a statistical data, and the story of two ships, from the beginning to the end, basically, the data is really well-arranged.
